If employees are unable to treat customers with basic courtesy, they need additional training in professionalism, communication, and conflict resolution before representing a business. Incidents like this can seriously damage a company's reputation and make customers think twice about returning. At the appointment itself, she was very thorough in her explanations of what she was going to do, and was more than willing to provide suggestions about how best to prepare my skin for my wedding the day of.
