Sasha our server was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect! We ordered buffalo wings which were delicious and tender. They were not too spicy. We also ordered hummus and veggies with pita. My goodness such a large serving! We were able to take leftovers to our room and put in the refrigerator for tomorrow's snack! The lounge is beautiful. So classy looking with all the black accents. The booth even had a pillow to make it more comfy to sit. The lounge had several people but even with soccer on it wasn't loud. Very relaxing for sure! Looking at the posters in the elevator, every night there is something on special at the restaurant. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner too!

I'm glad this was his first experience, as this is what he has future spas to compare to lol. Check-in was super easy and fast. We were guided to the change rooms. We came on a Thursday afternoon, so it wasn't too busy. I mostly had the change rooms to myself. Inside the lounge is dim, with soft music it's perfectly relaxing. The lounge offers a great selection of teas. Lemon ginger is my favourite, which they had. They also have espresso pods. Of course they have some spa water, which was super refreshing. The main thing that surprised me was the selection of snacks they had! I've never been to a spa where they had basically unlimited snacks in the lounge. They had granola, cookies, brownies, biscottis and more. My bf received a 30 min massage, which focused on one area and I had a 60 min massage. My masseuse was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would have appreciated a deeper pressure on my legs and arms but the duration on these areas, was so short (as requested) I barely thought to even let her know I'd would like her to go deeper. I did let her know in the beginning though, that I do like a firm and deep pressure. Overall, she was just ok. The experience was still relaxing and she did loosen my neck and shoulders, which is what I was there for mainly. I so so appreciate that she used a hot towel to remove the oil on my back and the back of my legs. I love when spas do this. But I wished she had also done this after she worked the front of my legs and arms. There was so much oil on these areas, it would have been nice to have something to wipe it off. I did end up using the shower, since the oil really bothered me. The showers are spacious and I like that there's an area inside the shower to keep your belongings. I love the fact that they use loccetaine products. The scent they use is so nice. They also provide mouth wash, q-tips, cotton pads, hair ties, combs, plastic bags, tampons and a hair dryer. Check the drawers for the hair ties, combs and tampons. I wish I had checked these earlier cuz I really needed a hair tie lol. Oh and they also provide robes, sandals and towels. A wonderful experience from start to end. I think it also helped that the spa wasn't too busy that day. I'm excited to come back and try more services. Maybe even the hydrotherapy!

Incredible view from my room of the Falls and nightly fireworks. The hotel has everything you could ask for: a convenience store, gift shop, Starbucks, multiple restaurants, a spa, a small gym, and both an indoor and outdoor pool. The room was clean and had everything you could ask for. Really, the complaint was the limited TV options, but I probably only spent a few hours in my room, where I wasn't sleeping. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of the attractions, and just minutes from the border crossing. Really couldn't ask for much more.

It's about a 15 minute drive to the closest winery, so take note. Despite its name, the hotel isn't technically in wine country. If you are expecting a room that looks out on sweeping vineyards, you're going to be sorely disappointed. The hotel is located in a not-so-swanky area next to a Toys-R-Us, a Perkins, and a mall, with a view of the road. There are plenty of chain restaurants and places to grab food, but do not expect a fancy area. This is a place for simple, clean accommodations, but the rooms are overpriced for what you get. Our standard King room was clean and smelled fresh, decorated with appealing and calming blue tones. The bathroom (shower only) was bright and spacious. We made use of the free breakfast (standard fare, nothing exciting) and appreciated the complimentary parking. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but we did not get any recognition nor upgrades for being Diamond members (except for the welcome snack crackers). The free wifi worked well, and the small indoor pool was so adorable (really wish it stayed open later so we could've enjoyed a dip after a long drive). I probably would stay here again if I happened to be passing through the area. It's a good, solid Hampton Inn.

The room I booked slept up to 4 people, a bunk bed and a large twin, huge room with full kitchen, micro wave, full refrigerator and bath room. This is a recently remodeled lodge, everything looks new, very clean and the owner is very friendly. The lodge has other room options, and the room rates are better then what you will find in the area. If you are visiting the area I highly recommend staying and driving the extra distance to fishing areas.

Weird place, but worth a stay!…read more We were stopping by St Catharine for a couple of days to peek at the 2024 World Rowing Championships and this looked more interesting than the other available hotels. It's basically a converted mansion. Our room was very comfortable with a modern bathroom (shower stall only, no tub), but had antique-looking furnishings. Modern keypad entry lock though, which was good because we didn't see any staff during our stay. It's weird because there was no front desk and our first night there was only one other car in the parking lot. It was busier the second night but we still never saw any guests other than in the parking lot. It was fun wandering around the beautiful building and grounds. It's also right next to a trail if you want to bike or hike. Only negative was there was no coffee machine in our room, but they had coffee and Tim Horton donuts downstairs. You could also hear water in the pipes in our room when another guest was showering, but overall it was pretty quiet.

But it is truly somewhere special to stay. The rooms are very large and well appointed. We stayed in the Honsberger suite/room recently. It's a large King Bed room with a sitting room (not enclosed) and a fireplace with a large flat panel TV. the bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub as well as a stand-alone shower. (Water pressure is exceptional). Bedding and linens are so comfortable and the robes to wear while there are so soft and comfy. Staff is wonderful and there is a virtual concierge as well. You can also book an add on breakfast at their restaurant opposite (for an additional fee). I recommend this unless you are not a breakfast person. Note it is served from 8 to 10 am daily or you can have it in your room if you order it the night before). Very worth the add-on! The food was excellent.

The venue provided a coordinator to the couple and that person was changed out 5 times in the year long planning. The day of coordinator snapped at guests saying that she already told us to move to our seats once already. After ceremony it was not clear where cocktails hour would take place. Turns out that it was in the same room as reception so most guests went straight to their seats (no mingling.) The cocktails were great - bartender was fast and friendly. The DJ from the venue package declared that he does not make announcements of any kind as well as his set list was very boring and the music did not flow from song to song to keep the energy up on the dance floor. Dinner salad was sporadically dressed- some people our table got dressing while others did not. Food tasted fine - the cheesecake was served scooped like ice cream which is a different presentation from the couple's tasting. The day of coordinator questioned the cold sparks which were pre-approved (lack of communication with prior contacts.) After clarification, the coordinator permitted the cold sparks. Finally the late night buffet served sliders and fries with no condiments (no ketchup at all!!) The venue specializes in weddings and in my opinionl they are doing the bare minimum.
