This was such a cute place to stay when planning at trip to turning stone. The beds were comfortable and it was just perfect. Not to mention the breakfast in the morning was not bad either. The make your own Belgian waffles were sooooooo good. I did deduct a star because there was little outlets and the bathroom one did not work. But other than that. Since this place is associated with the turning stone casino , I had no reservations about booking a couple of nights.The place is a dump! Carpets are old and stained in need of major updating . Smells old and unclean. The shuttle service is something to be desired. Every time i was going to the casino it took about 5 -6 minutes, going from the casino to the Inn took anywhere from 30 - 45 min for the shuttle to arrive. The best part was the continental breakfast! read more

As far as hotels go this simply isn't very good. The rooms are small, old, and don't even have fridges in them. The bathrooms are so tiny it's hard to even to take a shower. The hotel isn't disgusting, but it definitely could be cleaned some more. The free breakfast is a joke, it's mostly just cereal and old pastries. This hotel would of been pretty good in the 90s, but now it's just old and small. The best part about this hotel is that there are slot machines in the lobby, but they're overpriced. Also, the employees are friendly for the most part which is a plus. Overall, this place isn't worth staying at unless you're desperate. read more

Average everything. Definition of getting what you pay for. Room was fine- nothing to write home about. Front desk at check in was efficient and very friendly. That's where it stopped. I'm pretty sure the walls were made of paper, not exactly an acceptable building material. We could hear the conversations- as clear as day -in the rooms on either side. Around 2am (after a VERY frustrating situation with the valet at the casino), we went to bed only to be woken up around 3am by people walking/yelling in the hallways, and our neighbors continued conversation. The HVAC unit kicked on and off every 20 minutes all night- it sounded more like a damn plane than a heater/ac. Housekeeping showed up promptly at 8am knocking - loudly- at the doors to see when/if people were leaving (check out is at 11). We had the DND sign in our door but the walls are SO thin, the pounding on the doors of other rooms sounded like it was in ours. Exhausted, we took a quick shower and tried to get the continental breakfast- except there was pretty much nothing there to eat. It was all empty and we didn't see anyone restocking. We checked out and when asked how everything was, I said "not great"- the desk agent half smiled and said "yeah." That was it - no asking what happened, no apologies. Just push a button, get us out and go. We likely won't return, plenty of other options in that direct area if we find ourselves there again. read more

If you could describe this place in one word it would be "okay". We stayed here with my family for two nights for my cousins wedding. The place was clean and offered a shuttle to the casino free of charge. However, the rooms all were missing something. We didn't have a fridge, my mom did. My mom's iron didn't work, so she used ours. Some had double beds for no added charge. Together, we made one functioning hotel room. There is NO elevator. Especially, since no help was ever offered. The house staff is mildly unenthusiastic and not amused by any of the questions offered by the paying customers. read more

I'm not sure how anyone in their right mind would think that this is an acceptable hotel in 2018. Extremely poor ventilation system, musty smelling and off odors in room, stained carpets, no fridge in room, outdated bathroom, thin walls, no frills beds. Not impressed at all, especially when owned by the Turning Stone Casino that is taking people's money which they have plenty of to provide a nicer hotel. If rather stay at a campground or sleep in my car. The biggest joke was the "convenient" slots they have near the main desk, which nobody even uses. The place is a dump, and does not compare to a quality chain hotel because, well, it isn't. The standards are low. You are better than this! read more

Very clean, great spot off in the woods, couple minutes from the main casino resort. We prefer this rather than the fancier high rise rooms. All free for us either way but this is the get away relaxing spot. Nice. Bed, pillows are awesome. All good. We have micro & fridge in larger room. read more

Had a free comp room. Front desk was helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. A bit small but nice. The walls are super thin and you can hear the people on either side of you cough, sneeze, snoore... If you have a free comp room its a nice getaway (24 hr shuttle service to the casino) My only complaint is the thin walls. read more

We ended up staying at the Inn because nothing in our price range was available at the other casino hotels. This was a tired worn hotel with a very bad ventilation system. Everything was clean enough and that is the only reason why I stayed. There was a slight moldy smell in the room which did make me wonder. Around midnight the non smoking hotel turned into a smoking hotel with the source being the ventilation system in the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door helped. The continental breakfast was a joke. Even the Cheerios were generic. The staff was pleasant at check in but my concern with the smoke smell was handled with "we will bill them if we find the room". Like the saying goes "you get what you pay for," However, given the fact that those who stay there will probably be dropping at least some money at the casino, Turningstone should be doing a better job keeping it fresh and updated. FYI new linins would go a long way. read more

This was a free promotional night that wasn't worth the price. Cigarette burns on our "smoke free" room curtains, chewed bubble gum on the nightstand. People slamming doors and running up and down the stairs at all hours. We called the front desk at 2:00AM (so did other guests), nothing was done. We got no sleep because the hotel is like a sound tunnel, even normal conversation and walking is magnified, with all the obnoxious party people carrying on at the top of their lungs it was impossible to sleep. When we checked out the next morning the girl asked how our stay was, we said "terrible!" and she said "Oh, because of all the noise?" If they were aware of the situation why didn't they correct it. The Inn is evidently where the 20 year olds stay because it's cheaper than the Turning Stone but still in the vicinity, therefore you're staying in a dirty noisy frat house. We knew that the Inn wasn't going to be a 5 star experience, all we wanted was that the hotel be clean and quiet. It fails on both counts. We canceled another free night as well as a paid weekend we had reserved, even free it's not worth it. read more

Looking at the other reviews here, I am suprised they are so poor. My husband and I stayed here last night. We had a free promotional offer. Staying was a last minute decision, but we were accommodated without a problem. Check in was quick and efficient, front desk staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is very simple and no frills, but the cost is also significantly lower than the other TS properties. The whole place including our room was clean and inviting, sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We went over to TS by shuttle provided for free, so you can enjoy some cocktails w/o worrying about driving. A very basic complimentary breakfast was available in the morning, oatmeal, make your own waffles, toast, coffee, and juiced, among a couple of other choices. Not fancy, but you sure aren't getting any complimentary food at any other TS hotel!! Only complaint was very thin walls, could easily hear noise and talking from other rooms.
