Get up, grab a sweatshirt just in case, and off we go! The service is always warm, welcoming, attentive, and just overall a good energy! Every time we walk up to the window, the staff are so approachable, pleasant...that's not always the case elsewhere. There are 2 other ice cream locations in the vicinity but unfortunately they were closed they are not owned by the new owners of Memories . I will never return to Memories this will be the last time I go there. I suggest everyone try the other 2 locations because you will not be disappointed on either of the other locations .

I finally stopped by Sundaes By The River recently. They were closed over through the 4th holiday, so I came back over the past weekend. There was a steady stream of customers here. I took my time to choose the ice cream flavors (writing it down) for an ice cream flight before walking up and placing my order. I ordered the 5 flavor Ice Cream Flight ($10) with Waffle Chips ($1), including Peanut Butter Caramel Cookie Dough, Coffee Oreo, Key Lime Pie, Kahlua Brownie Crunch, and Playdough. My treat was scooped to order and presented nicely with the abundant waffle chips layed out around the ice cream flight. I enjoyed my ice cream flight and waffle chips out in the back with my black iced coffee I picked up nearby. Other than a few mosquitoes flying around, I was able to enjoy and finish off the entire ice cream flight on a warm, but not too muggy evening.

I was surprised but waited a few minutes only to see a gentleman walk up to the window with prayer hands and get served . it was not right not to serve me but serve him even coming after me . I called to speak to a manager and they told me that they have to close at a certain time . rules are rules right but only for some . I was never so embarrassed / mad in my life . last year we also had trouble getting double charged / soft serve ice cream was like soup ... If I were you I would go someplace else for your ice cream. Also, this is a family run business Bob and Linda in charge, but you may also find their daughter, Paige, or the maternal grandparents serving you. This business just opened about a year or so ago and is a gem-in-the-rough mainly due to the incredible variety of flavors of both soft serve and regular ice cream available.
