I got my faves Picture Perfect Freeze & Electric Berry Lemonade with Strawberry Popping Boba. Also, it was my boyfriend's 1st time trying Dutch Bros! He got two drinks too- Eggnog something and chocolate banana secret shake. He liked his two drinks too. I definitely liked the eggnog more. But I definitely would not recommend drinking this if you're going to Groveland. The drive to Groveland was so brutal! I used a birthday reward for a free medium drink. I placed my order on the app and went to pick it up. The estimated time for it to be ready was 10:31 AM. However, when I got there at 10:36 AM and walked up to the window, I told them that I had an online order. The lady behind the counter said "she's making it for you right now". It defeats the whole purpose of going online and making an order if you aren't going to make the order until the customer arrives. It's not like they were understaffed, there were baristas that were packed in there like sardines! I come here occasionally 1, because as a former Starbucks barista I don't like to support Starbucks and 2, it's the only Dutch here in Oakdale--Literally every other time I come here they screw up my drink and my friends. It's actually so ridiculous, our most commonly screwed up drink is so easy. They're just 3 shots of espresso on ice with soft top and ONE of them has 1 pump of vanilla. Every time it's either they both get like 3 pumps of vanilla or one time I got 3 VERY watered down long shots that were pulled incorrectly and tasted HORRIBLE. The people are nice and all, but they don't listen and they take forever taking orders. There's one girl in particular, I don't know her name but she actually cannot handle the job whatsoever. I have been a regular at this Dutch Brothers location for the past few years. Ive seen individuals come and I have seen them go. I have been wanting to write a review on this place but haven't made the words to say what I need to say. All the employees here are great to me, but I have noticed they all have something unkind to say to each other. The management at this place needs to be placed under investigation because I have sat across a few tables over from their dinners at public restaurants around the area and have heard them shaming their employees and communicating really personal information about their previous employees and whom they are "trying to fire" or are "in the works of getting fired". After hearing it myself, it makes sense to me why the employees complain so much about their management and tell us regulars why they are too scared to speak up to the higher authorities. There were no waits on a Saturday afternoon, but the place had confusing lane signs with an employee who popped out of nowhere at our vehicle's driver side window to take our order, blocking the drink menu completely so we couldn't even decide what we wanted. Also, there was a wheelbarrow stacked with bags of trash sitting out in plain view near the drive thru lanes and right in front of the only pickup window open. We tried the mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie. The taste was okay, definitely fruity and on the sweeter side, a little too sweet and artificial tasting IMO... not terrible, but I think I'd stick with the coffee beverages next time, if I were to return. read more

I needed coffee before the drive home. I saw that there was a Dutch Bros Coffee on the way out of town and decided to stop there. I had never been to one before but have seen them plenty of times. I was surprised to see that this location had to lengthen their drive-through line and even split it into two lines for a short distance. There was an order taker working in the parking lot helping to keep the line moving. I saw that they had an app and downloaded and installed it. I was not, however, able to create a new account. I followed all the steps and then the app told me that it could not create an account. I just tried it again while at home and got the same message again, so I simply deleted the app. Oh well. I ordered a large hot CocoMo. It was okay. The coconut flavor was subtle on the back end. The chocolate milk was sweet, and the expresso was light in flavor. Definitely something different from what I would order from Peet's. Service was good, the drink was okay but next time, I'll probably just stick to a Latte. read more

Every time I've come here to get my coffee, I have received the best customer service from the friendliest people. That's a big deal coming for me as I am in customer service and don't see good. Customer service very much at all anymore. They do such a wonderful job, always have a smile on their face and take time to chat to see how you're doing. We were driving back from yosemite and needed some caffeine for the rest of the drive back. I have always heard of Dutch Bros but never got the chance to go. The line looks really long but they have people coming to your door to take orders, so it actually moves really fast. I didn't want a drink with too much caffeine so I got the Golden Eagle, it is a vanilla & caramel breve with caramel drizzle. I didn't taste very much coffee at all, just tasted like a vanilla and caramel frappe . It was delicious, very sweet, and a good treat. For niceness and accuracy if the order it was great. The fact that they have two sides you should be able to order from us a bonus. But... they only use one side which makes the line huge. I've been here twice and it's the same both times. I'm assuming the line gets into traffic somehow is why it isn't used. If they would use one line and just split at the entry on the side that is used it could work much better. I think it's just an inefficient system that seems to be an easy fix. read more

They have so many options I guarantee you can find something you'd like or atleast want to try! I always fear going to coffee shops because I'm not a coffee love, but when I pulled up their menu I was in awe. I highly recommend everyone trying this because they have so many options! Absolutely the worst coffee ever. Very weak and watered down. Overpriced. Big lines ( Why?) If you're a true coffee drinker you will be extremely disappointed. Drink Folgers! It would taste better.
