I got my faves Picture Perfect Freeze & Electric Berry Lemonade with Strawberry Popping Boba. Also, it was my boyfriend's 1st time trying Dutch Bros! He got two drinks too- Eggnog something and chocolate banana secret shake. He liked his two drinks too. I definitely liked the eggnog more. But I definitely would not recommend drinking this if you're going to Groveland. The drive to Groveland was so brutal! I come here occasionally 1, because as a former Starbucks barista I don't like to support Starbucks and 2, it's the only Dutch here in Oakdale--Literally every other time I come here they screw up my drink and my friends. It's actually so ridiculous, our most commonly screwed up drink is so easy. They're just 3 shots of espresso on ice with soft top and ONE of them has 1 pump of vanilla. Every time it's either they both get like 3 pumps of vanilla or one time I got 3 VERY watered down long shots that were pulled incorrectly and tasted HORRIBLE. The people are nice and all, but they don't listen and they take forever taking orders. There's one girl in particular, I don't know her name but she actually cannot handle the job whatsoever. I needed coffee before the drive home. I saw that there was a Dutch Bros Coffee on the way out of town and decided to stop there. I had never been to one before but have seen them plenty of times. I was surprised to see that this location had to lengthen their drive-through line and even split it into two lines for a short distance. There was an order taker working in the parking lot helping to keep the line moving. I saw that they had an app and downloaded and installed it. I was not, however, able to create a new account. I followed all the steps and then the app told me that it could not create an account. I just tried it again while at home and got the same message again, so I simply deleted the app. Oh well. I ordered a large hot CocoMo. It was okay. The coconut flavor was subtle on the back end. The chocolate milk was sweet, and the expresso was light in flavor. Definitely something different from what I would order from Peet's. Service was good, the drink was okay but next time, I'll probably just stick to a Latte. read more

There were no waits on a Saturday afternoon, but the place had confusing lane signs with an employee who popped out of nowhere at our vehicle's driver side window to take our order, blocking the drink menu completely so we couldn't even decide what we wanted. Also, there was a wheelbarrow stacked with bags of trash sitting out in plain view near the drive thru lanes and right in front of the only pickup window open. We tried the mango smoothie and strawberry smoothie. The taste was okay, definitely fruity and on the sweeter side, a little too sweet and artificial tasting IMO... not terrible, but I think I'd stick with the coffee beverages next time, if I were to return. read more

Every time I've come here to get my coffee, I have received the best customer service from the friendliest people. That's a big deal coming for me as I am in customer service and don't see good. Customer service very much at all anymore. They do such a wonderful job, always have a smile on their face and take time to chat to see how you're doing. This is a wonderful organization and their employees are obviously trained well and care about what they do. Everyone who runs any type of company at all should take a look at Dutch Brothers and how they do business. This is the example to follow to be a very successful company. read more

The line looks really long but they have people coming to your door to take orders, so it actually moves really fast. I didn't want a drink with too much caffeine so I got the Golden Eagle, it is a vanilla & caramel breve with caramel drizzle. I didn't taste very much coffee at all, just tasted like a vanilla and caramel frappe . It was delicious, very sweet, and a good treat. For niceness and accuracy if the order it was great. The fact that they have two sides you should be able to order from us a bonus. But... they only use one side which makes the line huge. I've been here twice and it's the same both times. I'm assuming the line gets into traffic somehow is why it isn't used. If they would use one line and just split at the entry on the side that is used it could work much better. I think it's just an inefficient system that seems to be an easy fix. read more

They have so many options I guarantee you can find something you'd like or atleast want to try! Absolutely the worst coffee ever. Very weak and watered down. Overpriced. Big lines ( Why?) If you're a true coffee drinker you will be extremely disappointed. Drink Folgers! It would taste better. There was a line of cars ahead of us, but we were pleasantly surprised - when a personable staff member - walked up to our vehicle and took our order promptly. She was enthusiastic and helpful - and made sure to get everyone's order correct. When we pulled up to the window to collect our order - the staff helping us were just as kind. Went tonight to get drinks. So great to have another option for coffee in Oakdale! We got a grasshopper (dark chocolate & irish creme) and a cherry blossom (white chocolate & cherry) freeze. They were awesome. There are so many options on the menu that I don't think you could get bored. I'm also excited for a larger selection of sugar free options so we can cut the sugar a bit some days.
