I liked that the website was very informative in terms of describing what trigger point therapy is and benefits so I decided to book a 110 minute appointment for Friday at 10:30am. I receive an email saying my appointment request is being reviewed and I would receive a follow up email. No further email was received but I still went as the email did not instruct to not go unless I receive a subsequent email and I didn't want to be charged for being a no-show/cancelling (their cancellation fee is $139 and you need to provide card info to book). The location is in the opposite side of town from my job and my work schedule is very hectic but I managed to move around things to be able to make the appointment time. As I'm walking, I receive an email saying my appointment is canceled due to a scheduling conflict. I immediately call, goes to voicemail. I immediately email back nothing from anyone other than instructions to reschedule. At this point I'm just irritated for driving out of my way to an appointment that was canceled at the time of my appointment. On my way back to work (18 minutes after my appointment) I receive a call from Lauren (I think that was her name or Laura) who is the assistant. She tells me she was forwarded my info from Corinne regarding a "mishap". She explains that they don't do same day appointments (I booked my appointment at 4:23am). First off, if it is company policy not to do same day appointments, that is not a "mishap". If they don't accept same day appointments they should clearly say that on their website (it didn't & she acknowledged it's not on the website). Furthermore, if that was the case I shouldn't have been able to book but there was availability from 10am -11am (for 110, 90 & 60 minute appointments). On top of that, even if I had booked a day prior, the fact that they didn't "review" my request until the TIME OF just shows the lack of care/regard for bookings. I wasn't even told what this so called "review" is since during the booking process it says the appointment consists of a 5 minute assessment. I explained to Lauren how unprofessional it is to cancel an appointment at the time of the appointment especially during a holiday weekend as now I won't be able to see anyone else until Tuesday. Had they reviewed my request in a timely, professional manner rather than when I'm already there, I would have probably been able to find another place. Lauren offered to reschedule or refer me to another place. Needless to say, I declined both offers as this experience was so unprofessional and I wouldn't trust anyone they refer.

It's usually just a relaxing massage and I leave feeling the same. This is NOT the case with Alisa. I started seeing Alisa 4 years ago when I pulled my shoulder and now I can't go a month without her. It was different than any other massage I've ever received, she made me do a lot of movement in addition to the massage and she definitely gets into all the nooks and crannies to make sure she is addressing why you feel pain. It does hurt at times but man, a couple days after the massage I feel like I have a new body! I'd rather have a less relaxing massage with some pain mixed in that truly helps me feel better, than a relaxing massage and I leave feeling the same. I am a personal trainer and I refer all of my clients to her, there is no one else I trust with myself or my clients. She literally knows the body and she finds all of my issues without me even saying anything. 11/10 recommend!

I have had shoulders, neck, hands and wrist issues for the past few years with no cure (I've done PT, X-rays and all) but the only thing keeping me from going to the ER monthly are these appointments. I don't understand how my body works but I'm glad they do . Trigger point therapy has been a literal godsend for me and keeping me able to work as a traveling pageant coach and hair and makeup artist. It's not cheap, but it's cheaper than monthly ER visits lol!

Some background, I am a massage therapist and I had injured my right leg somehow. Issues with range-of-motiin, a lot of pain with all motion including sitting. My sciatica nerve was angry, my lower back was angry, and my hamstrings were furious!! I spoke with Han and he was super knowledgeable, and quick to act. I could easily stay for a 2 hr because the therapy hurt so good! My right leg couldn't straighten in any way, and after only halfway into the massage I could feel my muscles release. My calf stopped cramping, and my core muscles felt much better. I will most definitely see Han again for treatment. His room is very spacious and just lovely with plants and a gorgeous antique desk that I'd love to have. The only slight issue is that the business is upstairs with no elevator it's only a short flight of stairs though, and the building is in the beautiful Stevens Square downtown Tustin. If you're looking for a massage therapist that can actually help with your pain, then Han is that therapist.

I started seeing Megan for lymphatic massage and the results speak for themselves! You can see the before photo where my leg is swollen and the after where the fluid in my legs has been redistributed and my leg looks more "normal." If I had the availability to see Megan on a more regular basis, I have no doubt that my varicose veins and swollen legs would be drastically improved.
