So weird that we had the exact opposite experience as Ann M's review. Our daughter found them through a simple google search. She called them on a Saturday....talked to a real person...drove there which is about a 5 minute drive from downtown Bend. We were greeted by Andrew & Chris and they told us it's usually about a 25 minute wait. DO NOT bring your recent iPhone here, they are not authorized to repair it. Update on my review: shop claims to be apple authorized but there are only two apple authorized repair shops in Bend: Best Buy and Simply Mac. Best Buy says that there were none of the expected entries in the apple database that would allow them to replace/repair the phone. I'm out $249 plus $15 for the "Tempered Glass" that ended up being a sticky piece of plastic. Bad bad bad. I wish I was a lawyer and had time. I have a new phone from Verizon, should have done that in the first place. (BTW I live in Bend, not sure why Yelp thinks I'm from SF) What I wrote before: Brought in my iphone XR to replace cracked screen. That worked OK but then Face ID didn't work. They tried again 3 times and no joy. They wouldn't refund my money and said I have to contact Apple: "It's a known issue" Hoping that apple will make me whole. But I am not pleased. read more

I live in Redmond, so before I made my very small journey into Bend, I researched a few companies online. I found these guys & really liked their website, especially because it LISTED THE PRICES of the screen repair. Very easy to navigate through & all the prices are listed by what type of device you may have. I gave them a quick call & the super friendly lady who answered the phone was very helpful. Since I live in Redmond I wanted to know the turn around time. I didn't want to have to kill 2-3 hours & was hopeful I could get it done quickly. She spoke with her tech & advised they could turn the screen repair around within 30 minutes to one hour. I was definitely happy to hear that! The place is easy to find & had plenty of parking. The people that work there are super chill & friendly. They remembered me from my phone call & knew I was from Redmond. She let her tech know I drove a little to get there & he immediately took the phone back to get started. They said it would take about 20 minutes. THAT WAS AWESOME! So, I went back out to my car & listened to the radio. I walked back in right at the 20 minute mark, thought I'd have to wait a few minutes, which would have been no big deal BUT the phone was already DONE! I was super happy! Very happy with the friendly staff AND very happy with the repair. They will be at the top of my recommendation list. These guys/gals are awesome! read more

I took in two of the family IPhones today. They both had cracked screens that were in terrible shape. They were different generations and sizes. I left the phones there while I ran errands. Before I finished the first errand I had text messages, voicemails and emails letting me know the phones were repaired. Fast, friendly and the prices were as good as any of the other couple of places I've asked over the phone. A few months ago I took my IPod touch for a simple battery repair the "I phone professor said I should expect it in 2-3 weeks by the end of those weeks he neglected to tell me that he ordered a new battery even thought I brought in a replacement he said it was too big I was pretty confused but I rolled with it then I checked in on it a month or so later it was still not ready this went one for a solid 5 months when it was FINALLY done I picked it up and the home button, volune buttons and the power button were non or BARELY functional but their was a new battery in it. I stopped into Iphone Professor with two Iphone Pluses wondering what my options were on my Iphone Plus that the camera had quit working on or my son's older Iphone Plus that was in a drawer and very beat up. BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! I cracked my screen on my iPhone 8 Plus and promptly called here to get a quote and see their availability. At this time I had no other issues other than the cracked screen. Once my screen was replaced, I picked it up. It didn't take long to notice that there was a shadow under the new screen and that my text/keyboard was not working/responding correctly. I called immediately and they said they would gladly take another look at it and replace the screen again. Now, my 2nd time picking it up they told me I must have damaged the phone previously and that there was a screw loose that holds the speaker and so they tightened it and that fixed the shadow. Then they told me they used my keyboard and couldn't make it do what it had been doing to me. I gave it a try and the keyboard/text was still an issue. I had to leave my phone again. This time I received a very manipulative phone call basically telling me that what was happening with text was my fault or "user error" and it must be from an update Apple recently did. Such BS. They refused to refund my money even though none of this was an issue before they replaced my screen. I ended up eating the $130 and had to take it somewhere else. The new place took their time and went through every possible scenario as to why my text was messing up before ultimately replacing the screen with one of theirs and lo and behold, FIXED!!! Seems like the iPhone Professors used a faulty screen on the original fix and didn't even replace it again like I was told would happen the second time. The new place I went also found that the iPhone professors had broken my front facing camera and replaced it with an after market one. They never made me aware of this!!! Needless to say, worst experience ever! Terrible customer service, and now I'm out $205 when it was all said and done because someone else had to fix what they refused to.
