Do NOT go to this company, just buy a new computer... I spent $650 on this repair and could have boughten a new laptop of same version or slightly newer for just a couple hundred dollars more. Also, our repair took over two months!!! This company Sucks!

It is immaculate, modern, and well maintained, it has an excellent location and great parking, and on the day I was there it was cared for by a wonderful attendant (a blonde woman whose name I did not learn) who was constantly cleaning and providing help to everyone who needed it. I assume it is not the cheapest laundromat in Bend, but every penny has clearly been reinvested in the the machines, the facility, and the service. And the money is going to good people, because the attendant told me that the owners are the nicest people she has ever worked for. Laundromats aren't normally the most enjoyable places, but I will actually look forward to the next occasion when I need to use the services of Washable Laundry!

I don't know if it's reasonably priced for the area or not but I just needed to wash a king size comforter and it cost me just under $11 to wash (I paid a little extra for an additional rinse cycle) and $3 to dry for one hour. The parking lot is really small and street parking is a hot commodity, with the food truck and tap room spot across the street, but I found a spot in the Washable parking lot right when I pulled in on a Saturday afternoon! (I tend to have really good parking karma). Speaking of the food truck spot across the street, THAT was a cool benefit of this laundry-mat; food and drinks while you wait?? Yes, please!

I Emailed FK Cellphone Repairs about my the camera on my Google Pixel 3 not being able to focus. Ebrahim was quick to respond to my message by calling me back and telling me a good time to come in. Upon my arrival, I walked into something you think you'd only see on youtube. Ebrahim was being berated and incoherently screamed at by a Karen! My girlfriend and I did our best to help Ebrahim get her out of the shop, but she was relentless. I was wildly impressed by Ebrahim's calm candor and his ability to maintain professionalism despite facing such a rude, stubborn, and angry person. The man is a saint! After the Karen left the shop, we got down to business. I gave him my phone and ran some errands while he worked on it. It only took Ebrahim a couple of hours to fix my phone, which was quite a pleasant surprise due to the fact that all the phone repair shops in Redmond turned my Pixel 3 down, saying it was far too difficult to work on. On top of being a saint, my man Ebrahim is a technical guru and genius! 5/5, 10/10, 20/20, would break my phone just to have Ebrahim fix it again! read more

When I first walked in i questioned how a good business could be housed in a residential style house. But when I walked out my only thought was how incredibly good they were in there! While I waited to be waited on I listened to Abraham talk to other clients in there and he was in the know, helpful, fun and energetic. When it was my turn, he immediately looked at my problem, gave me his diagnosis and was very honest and reasonable. My phone which had gone swimming for 1/2 hour in a lake was shot which i expected and so I ended up looking at his array of used phones and ended up buying one which he helped me set up and make sure it worked properly on the network. The prices were reasonable, the service was exceptional and if I ever need any issue on phones in BEND he is the man I will go to!!!!! read more

I shattered my iPhone screen on Saturday. Called a couple of places today and the first one didn't have my particular screen but recommended FK. I called Ebrahim at 11:00 am, dropped off my phone at 11:20 and picked it up at 12:20. He was professional, pleasant and gave me my options without trying to steer me one way or the other. I do not have enough great things to say about FK cell phone repair! Ebrahim is a wizard. He kept my iphone 5 going for 5 years with a half dozen $20-$40 repairs. He provides honest advice and options. He can even get you into a new phone without having to go to the verizon store---for me that's worth a lot! read more

I first sent an email, and a week went by without any response. After following up, I was asked for additional model information, which I immediately provided. A week later, I was told the replacement part was not available. I then found a replacement keyboard online and asked if it would work. The answer was yes, but only if a special tool was used, and they do not have this tool. Response received: "That would work, if I had the equipment to heat mold the keyboard in. Unfortunately, the keyboard is attached with melted plastic, not screws, so it requires special equipment. I would need the entire palmrest/upper case to do the repair." Communication was slow, and there was little expressed interest in completing the repair I need.. ASUS has also not been helpful. The result is that I have a 2-year-old laptop that is close to unusable because of a non-functioning "E".
