I brought in a bed cover to be cleaned, and it bled. I was told I should have known it would bleed;…read moreall their customers do. How could you know something that isn't posted or said to you? They refused to give me my money back or pay for the bed cover. I decorated my bedroom suite at its center. At the same time, they altered a pantsuit for me, and instead of tacking it as I asked, they put snaps on it. The snaps popped open immediately upon donning the garment. They attempted to fix it and put hooks on it covering the snaps, which shows. It is now ruined. They refuse to pay for that. I spent $400 on the pantsuit, $150 on the shawl, and $550 on the shoes. I am suing. Beware.
