I told the 'owner' it was my daughter's 14th birthday and she wanted calamari she made it clear she couldn't care less. How hard is heating up some oil? BTW, the restaurant was not near ready to close with the number still being served. I will not return and she thought it was a threat. She missed I don do business with callous uncaring people. Any true Italian restaurant would have accommodated and I hope Chef sees this!

We had reservations but it wasn't busy, and I'm glad they seated us in our own spot, away from others. I can't stand when restaurants put you ass close to someone else. The vegetable minestrone was delicious, my bf regretted getting a cup and not the bowl size! My Tagliatelle Bolognese was very yummy! My bfs Gnocchi Lab Ragu was 10/10 he loved it. Our desserts were great too. Everything was proportioned great so we felt full without feeling sick/stuffed. We might make it a tradition to come here now on our anniversary

Mecca was our very caring waitstaff. Melissa was the Manager. My companion and I each had a concern, about which we spoke with Melissa. We said we'd mention these in our Yelp review. 1. I came in just after the restaurant opened at 11:30 am. To my horror, the floors were soaking wet. My walking stick (both I and my friend are senior citizens) nearly flew out of my hands. I nearly fell -- but caught myself. Such washing, important as it is, needs to be done -- and be thoroughly dry! -- well before ANY guests arrive! 2. My friend couldn't easily enter the restaurant because the door is very heavy and she couldn't reach the single cleat that was intended as a grab bar. A server came to her rescue and helped her inside. In order to keep us seniors independent and UNembarrased for as long as possible, more grab bars and a railing need to be installed at the primary entry as well as at the secondary one. The 2nd entrance, also on Talbot Street, should be available ALL THE TIME; this entry has no steps into the restaurant, and there are easily reachable tables right there. In many ways I highly recommend this restaurant, with the above-described cautions appropriately taken into account.

This is MY KIND OF PLACE!…read more Hubby was bored at Martinak and said *Let's go for a ride!*. I didn't want to let him down. So it just started out riding through the small areas of the Eastern Shore and a gas run. He asked me if I wanted to go get a coffee....I said no, let's find a pub or brewery. I consulted with my phone like all of us do these days and found 4 Dogs. Waze kind of messed us up, but it actually worked out because in our being turned around for a few minutes, we found another place that we will be returning to before the summer season starts to try out and I will review on that at some point. We pulled up to this very pleasant looking building with some dogs painted on it. We walked in and it was just this nice place with pool tables, some tables to sit at and of course a bar. We selected to sit at the bar. We were served by Chris who was just fantastic and makes a great orange crush. The vibe is just so nice in the pub, just the way I like it. You can hear yourself think, you can talk to your partner without screaming, yet there is music playing and laughter....it's just a nice friendly place. We ordered a Hot Honey Old Bay order of wings as we were going back to our campsite to have dinner. Would for sure order these again. They were meaty, and the sauce was sticking to the wing, not laying all over the basket. Very impressed with the taste. We thought the drinks were a great price, but then living in the Baltimore area, we get hammered on price here when we go out, which is why more often than not, hubby makes our drinks at home these days.....but this is a nice little place in the town of Easton which looks like it has a bunch of hidden little gems and we are going to take another trip down soon! Really enjoyed our time at this pub!
