Wow I truly believe this experience was a 5/5, absolutely perfect. Let's start with the ambiance. On a cold rainy winter day, we scrambled inside and were immediately greeted by the waiter who took our coats and showed us to our table. Our table was black marble with a plaid loveseat on one side and a cozy green leather chair on the other. On one side we looked out to the cold rainy street and to our other side was a crackling fire. The decor consists of plaids, greens, wooden accents with looming oil paintings that makes you feel like you found a hidden gem in the English countryside. Our waiters were attentive, informative and gave us space during our dinner which we appreciated. The food was actually on another level. We had the lobster which was fresh, sweet, buttery and was so flavorful by itself that it didn't need the sauce accompaniment. One of the highlights of the meal was the short rib grilled cheese which was divine. We ended the meal with the chocolate mousse and strawberry ice cream. All in all it was a perfect valentines day dinner and we will definitely be back!

Food delish. My hangar steak was cooked perfectly. Hubby's sloppy but juicy burger was delish. My old fashion was good perhaps a tad too sweet but still good.

TLDR: A hidden gem inside The Pendry with an outstanding bourbon selection, beautiful Baltimore…read morethemed decor, and top notch bartenders. The Cannon Room is a small cocktail bar tucked away in the back of The Pendry and is easily one of my favorite places to grab a drink in Fells Point. Only open after 5pm, it makes for a perfect predinner stop, especially if you are a bourbon fan. Their bourbon selection is seriously impressive, with everything from approachable pours to rare bottles that climb well into the triple digits. They also offer curated bourbon flights that change depending on availability, which is a great way to try something new. The decor deserves just as much attention as the drinks. The room is filled with warm wood accents and subtle Baltimore nautical theming that gives the space a really immersive feel. The centerpiece is the historic cannon that was dredged up from the harbor during construction of the hotel and is now displayed beneath the floor as you enter the bar. Service has always been 10/10. The bartenders clearly take pride in the craft of making cocktails and have the bourbon knowledge to back up the impressive bottle collection. Overall, the Cannon Room is a must stop while visiting Baltimore and an especially easy recommendation for bourbon lovers exploring Fells Point.

I finally made it to Pendry Baltimore and wow... this one absolutely lived up to the hype…read more First of all, let's talk about that espresso martini -- easily one of my favorites so far. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced... this is the kind of drink that reminds me why I started my little espresso martini passport in the first place. It was giving luxury, it was giving intention, it was giving I need another one immediately. For food, I started with the crudo, which was super fresh and beautifully done -- light, bright, and the perfect way to kick off the meal. Then I had the scallops, and this is where they really won me over. Perfectly cooked, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth... just one of those dishes you don't want to end. The whole experience felt elevated without being stuffy -- gorgeous waterfront vibes, amazing service, and food and drinks that actually deliver. Definitely one of my favorite spots so far in Baltimore, and 100% somewhere I'll be bringing people when I want to impress.

It's so easy to splurge on this restaurant that I never once had buyer's remorse. Im my usual order is a NY Strip Oscar Style with a side of cream spinach or French fried potatoes. The sides are also massive you could easily share them with a table of 4-5 people. Appetizers I like include oysters (raw and Rockefeller) and the jumbo lump crab cocktail. If you have room for dessert get the brownie a la mode!

Our second visit. Average food for a what is supposed to be a classy steakhouse…read more Location- very tough to find parking. No valet. Atmosphere- Old but well kept. You get a nice warm feeling there. A very large place. Love the entrance, is has a very nice bar. Food- Very pricing for what was ordered and brought to us. The shrimp from the shrimp cocktail tasted old and a bit chewy. My crab cakes had very little lump crab for $50. The server told me that they would be top notch. Wife's petite filet was good. Side dishes had to be sent back because they were warm. Wine selection is large and varied. My old fashioned did not come with a large ice cube, so I reprimanded the server and he changed it out. Classy places serve them with a large ice cube! Service- Felt rushed. Maybe they didn't have enough servers. Ours could have been a bit more matured and experienced. Their smocks need to be whiter. If you are wearing white, it needs to be white and not have that unbleached used look. Value- I don't see it. Stoney River is a better value though their atmosphere is lacking. Wait time- they sat us immediately. Food took a bit long we thought. All in all, disappointed. I went online earlier in the week asking for the best steakhouse in Md. and Lewnes was at the top of the list. We do not have an issue with spending money for dinner but if you are at a top notch restaurant, everything has to be top notch, right?! https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g29494-d523105-r1052264894-Lewnes_Steakhouse-Annapolis_Maryland.html#
