I was referred to Jackson PT and chose to go to the Herndon location even though others were closer to me. I worked with Dr. Holly Chen, who is a very good with pelvic floor therapy. She is truly amazing, and helped me tremendously without having to depend on medications. She was always on time, prepared, thorough, hands-on, and recorded everything so that treatment was targeted. My progress was remarkable and I credit her as well as my commitment to doing the exercises on my own. Normally, the center is a calm, fairly quiet place to work out. I was there only once in eight visits when it was heavily booked, but still they did have enough therapists. The equipment is good, the parking is ample, and there are a couple of places in the strip to get a beverage or a snack afterwards. I have a few other things to work on, and I will definitely go back to this facility in the future as well as refer others. read more

There is no better program, in my opinion, than Jackson Clinic. Did several sessions at another clinic, and although I had a great therapist, the program just could not compare to the Jackson Clinics programs. After an emergency hip replacement I went to the Jackson Clinic at Worldgate for 6 months. That was three years ago. Incredible experience, such caring, wonderful people. Recently I went to the Herndon clinic for ongoing problems with hip. I can't say enough good things about both clinics! They set up a website with a specially constructed program for your particular needs for at home exercises on days you don't have sessions. At the Herndon clinic I saw Chloe and Evan. When I first started going I could hardly walk and had terrible nerve and muscle pain. Three months later I was able to do major yard work again, although I know the nerve and muscle pain will always be an ongoing problem after THR. All my doctors encourage me to continue with PT. Jackson Clinics are stellar and the people at both places that I went to are friendly, experienced dedicated therapists! Highly recommend! read more

I had the opportunity to use and compare two PT providers - Jackson Clinics and another that was part of an orthopedic surgeon's office. Jackson's is better, and great! The biggest difference is the attention they give while you are doing your stretches and exercises. The other office essentially left me on my own. It is easy to do an exercise wrong or inefficiently; Jackson Clinic always has their eye on me, and if I am leaning, slouching, or not engaging core, they will point it out in a very friendly manner. They are also great with praise when I have "good form". They also tweak the exercise program each day based on the feedback I give on what hurts, what works, or what else is going on. read more

After being diagnosed with back and hip issues my pain management doctor suggested Bodies in Motion. After seeing that group and finding that they did not help at all, and paid no attention to exercises that I was not able to do, I stopped PT. My doctor suggested trying Jacksons Clinics and I was blown away by the attention to detail, the time spent getting to know me and what was needed to help my condition I know that I have hit on the perfect place. The Jackson Clinic in Herndon and at Worldgate are the best PT clinics in the Northern Virginia area. I recently was treated by Dr. Holly Chen at the Herndon clinic for a couple of lower back issues. She is Amazing! Her personal "hands on" and tailored strengthening exercises program alleviated my pain. She listened to my concerns and revised my program accordingly, which considerably helped. Dr Holly provided me a copy of the program and uploaded videos on their MedBridge app for my personal use. The videos and handout are great tools for me to focus on the proper stance to ensure I am exercising correctly. Brenna kept me on track with the program. She, Dr. Holly, and Shannon were great about periodically checking with me to see how I was doing, especially when starting a new exercise. Claudia at the front desk is a joy to see and talk to. I spent six months at the Jackson Clinics under the care of Amanda Henry for severe back pain. I did everything I was instructed to at home, and still found very little relief. I was told that I was "fine" at the end of January (despite being in as much pain as when I first started) and that I'd be cut loose two weeks later, despite injuring myself badly and still being in intense pain. I was told by Amanda that she didn't have any more strategies for me, despite me telling her over and over that I didn't believe I was ready to leave. Were the people nice here? Yeah, they were, but that doesn't make up for abandoning a patient in need or not being willing to try something new after exhausting strategies that didn't work. I wasted a lot of time and money at this place, and for nothing. There is no long-term support here if you have complex issues, and to be honest, I wish I would have known that when I first started. After surviving two cancers, Im not the wealthiest person in the world. I am finally at a fantastic facility that really cares about its patients. After only three weeks with my new physio (and only having to see them once a week), I have found more relief than I had in six months with Amanda. I am sleeping well again and not leaving work every day in tears. I have even been able to return to moderate exercise with very little pain. Forcing me to leave this place was the best thing they ever did -- it showed me the quality of physios available and led me to an amazing team. Unless you have a fairly standard problem that can be easily remedied, I wouldn't waste your time or money here. There are better physios out there. read more

I went to the clinic for a period of about five weeks for pain in my left leg that was severe enough to affect my walking. Thanks to Holly and Theresa's wonderful efforts I left the program with no more pain, and back to my regular lifestyle. The staff were consummate professionals, pleasant, and left a positive impression on each visit. I highly recommend this place. I had so much improvement in my time here. Originally, I was only going to go to a couple sessions and figure things to do at home because I was "therapied out" but I quickly changed my tune and was glad I stayed. Krysia was my physical therapist and besides doing the different pt activities, she always wanted my feedback, questions and updates on things. Plus I received plans for after therapy. I did the exercises after my PT session with Jenny, I also did a few with Theresa in the beginning. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and friendly. All the other therapists seemed nice as well. Mary and Margherita worked in the front office and were friendly and professional. Rob Sigler & Theresa Kossey worked wonders on my torn bicep tendon and rotator cuff. When I 1st came in (in late March 2020), I was in severe pain and could hardly move my left arm. Rob seemed to instinctively know how to deep massage the area, and he & Theresa prescribed the best set of exercises at each visit to expedite my healing, strength, and range of motion progress. Theresa always pushed me to the limit & made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. I really felt like I made a lot of progress after each visit! I have done physical therapy for over 30 years at different times in my life. I have had back and neck pain and now knee and hip pain. This is the fifth Clinic I've ever been to and the first that I find has truly helped me. The most professional and knowledgeable staff. These are some awesome merical working therapists. My journey started here 3 years ago after a car accident. I was very hurt and hopeless in ever being able to walk, but a very wonderful,awsome and energetic dr. Erica changed my life. By giving me hope in walking again. She came up with a plan of care that motivated me. Even when the exercise person Jenny got a little snappy with me she kept pushing and telling me I could do it before and after my ankle surgery. I recently had another surgery and could not think of anyone better then u these people to run back after surgery Rehab. Especially the director dr Cindy is awesome really cares about the patients health. It is rare that u can walk in a office be greeted in such a cheerful way by the front desk MS Mary. She was my physical therapist post my concussion. Wonderful, wonderful staff! After months of knee pain, I came in to have a free screening to see if physical therapy could be a good tool for alleviating my pain (it was). We've spent the last few weeks working on retraining my body to properly use my knees. The change has been amazing. I feel so much better! Cindy Cutright and Theresa (and the rest of the staff!) have worked diligently on creating exactly the right treatment program for me. Today was my last appointment, and I left with a clear list of helpful stretches and exercises to take with me to keep all the progress we made and to protect myself from future knee issues. I am so glad I chose this office and these people for my care. On the logistics end of things, the office is bright and clean. Staff are friendly and kind. As a middle aged utility worker I have had the misfortune to need physical therapy on several occasions,and the good fortune to have found The Jackson Clinics Eldon st location.Over the last few years I have had three separate injuries treated there. I couldn't be more pleased the facility is clean and fresh without an antiseptic smell or feel and parking is plentiful. The staff is without exception courteous and professional. I have had the pleasure to have worked with the entire staff at some point ,most recently with Dr. Cline and Dr. Dewey and Jennifer Anderson ATC the Athletic Trainer. The front office staff is exemplary with special kudos out for Mary Little Office Manager for dealing with at times a recalcitrant workers compensation insurer. read more

I don't know if this company really cares about people. They really care a lot about money. Their secretary in Herndon is Margeritta has a non friendly attitude but the older woman was nice. They don't do too much as far as the first half of the session with the therapist but insists for me to stay for the second half with the woman who does more of the athletic excersizes. They claim that Medicaid doesn't cover 10$ fee for the second half but insurance is asking for them to send all the bills to them. I stopped going here because I felt like since a company who now has 14 locations are way out of touchtouch with the clients who are like me disabled and on a fix income. They won't make any money from my insurance they losing cause of 10$ Fee. Wish someone from the company can contact me and worry about my physical health. read more

I recently came here for the first time and was very pleased with the care provided. Emily Horst, PT, DPT was my physical therapist and Theresa Kossey was my exercise therapist. Both were excellent as therapists and a pleasure to work with. Emily was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions, patient and thorough in her evaluation and treatment. Theresa was an excellent multi-tasker. As she worked nearby, she was attentive during my exercises and would periodically check which muscles I used during the exercise to make sure I did them correctly. The front office staff and everyone I met was very nice and pleasant. I will definitely return if I need physical therapy again. read more

So far I find the care at this Jackson Clinic excellent. It is the best physical therapy clinic I have ever used. Previously I used ones owned by the large orthopedic practices. I found them to be factories with no personal care. Jackson Clinic is the opposite. I feel the patient is treated special and the care I am getting from Erica as my therapist and Jennifer as Athletic Trainer has been outstanding. I came to this clinic for my knee and tailbone injuries after the birth of my daughter. Really appreciate the help all the staffs in the back room. All of the PTs are nice, friendly and professional. I've gotten some improvements during my time here. Not completely healed but I can tell my body has some improvement. Jenny and Theresa are also a blast to hang out with during gym time. Basically I like all of them. However, I can't say the same with people at front desk. They're the people of customer service but they do not act like one. I don't know if this is a racist thing or not. I've seen they've shown respect and friendliness with other patients. Well, unfortunately I don't get the same treatment. Hence why it reflects to the stars I gave here. Mary's quite rude. She never really greets me when I arrive or leave. It is the other way around, I, who is their customer, greet them instead. The other one is a tad nicer though. She does smile and show some gratitude. With Mary, no, she always gives me this grumpy face or attitude that making me tick sometimes. Like it is really bothersome for her to see me... She sighs and rolled her eyes when she makes appointments for me. It's really sad because they're supposed to be the face of the clinic. People come to the clinic and see them firsthand. They should be the ones to make the big impression. I just don't get it from them at all, especially Mary. I know other patients having nice experience with the people at front desk, just not me. What did I do wrong to be treated like this? I have no idea but it is unacceptable. I am actually surprised reading good reviews because I did not like this clinic at all.My main complain was not about physical therapy I received (which was OK) but with the fact that the stuff( therapists and their assistants) are loud and constantly talked to each other about personal issues which is not very professional. read more
