The classes are very fun and beginner friendly yet challenging. Each coach has their own style of teaching and will go through different combo exercises and conditioning workout. The coaches adjust the level of difficulty based on the level of students that show up for that specific class. Regardless what the level of student, each class will guarantee an amazing workout that pushes the mind(learning different boxing skills) and the body. The gym is very clean and has a small free weights section attached to it. Not only can one improve his/her boxing skill, one can lift weights and get stronger and fitter as well. All coaches are very qualified. Some have been boxing for decades and some are pro fighters. I have taken some private classes. I had nothing but amazing sessions. The price is very reasonable as well. $150 for basic gym membership which includes all classes and all access to the entire gym. $250 is the next level up which is what I have. It includes two 1hr private sessions per months which is easily $200 plus at other boxing gyms. Also, a pair of hand wraps and boxing gloves will be provided when signing up. Another $100 value. Personally, I lost 25 lbs since I joined the gym and on my way to my first sparring session. Shark Boxing is just AWESOME!!! For anyone who is hesitating, don't. You won't regret join this gym.

I had college in the morning and afternoon, worked until closing, and would come here right after work to get my workout in. The hours changed sometime after COVID, but I've continued coming here because I really like the location and how convenient it is for me. I've tried other gyms, including 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Planet Fitness. Some were okay, but I keep coming back to UFC Gym because it's close to home and is open late on certain days, which works well with my schedule. Since I usually come later at night, I've never really had an issue with waiting for equipment. The cleanliness is decent overall, although I do wish members would be more considerate about cleaning up after themselves. It's frustrating seeing people throw or leave paper towels behind after wiping down equipment instead of putting them in the trash. The staff have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed anything. Overall, I've had a pretty good experience here over the years, and the convenience, late hours, and location are the main reasons I continue to come back.

Switching to this gym has been a breath of fresh air. MFC is run by a hardworking and friendly family who's always quick to help and the gymgoers contribute to the overall chill vibe that I love about this place. Equipment: TONS. There's every attachment possible for the cable machines. In addition to having all the typical plate-loaded and pin machines and dumbbells (in 2.5 lb increments too!) for the general fitness enthusiast, they also have specialty equipment for bodybuilding, strongman, olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting. I started coming here to prep for a powerlifting meet and appreciate the 2 combo racks, multi-station rig, many deadlift platforms, and multiple benches. There's plenty of powerlifting equipment so I've never had to wait to SBD. Community: The folks who come here are respectful and have good gym etiquette. Some folks keep to themselves; they're locked in and focused on their own workouts. Other folks enjoy talking more and building friendships as they train. To each their own - I just love that folks wipe down their equipment after use and rerack their weights. Bathroom: Super clean with multiple stalls, showers, and lockers inside Parking: Spacious, free parking lot. I've never encountered this, but if the lot was ever full, you could easily find (free) street parking Bonuses: There's a large cubby shelf located under the stairs for us to drop our stuff off while we work out. There's also a charging station and several cleaning sprays + constantly restocked towels so we can easily wipe down equipment (and ourselves) They offer $5 day passes on the last Friday of every month so take advantage of that to come check out how awesome this gym is. $65 for the monthly membership is such an invaluable investment for all that MFC provides.
