I waited a bit (2 wks!) before writing a review because it may have been removed if I had written it just after the experience. The food was okay, nothing memorable as many have stated in their reviews. The problem here is the wait staff as well as the managers. I only dealt directly with the front of house mgr. (Jason) but the back of house mgr. was just as much to blame in my opinion. The problem: Food (plate: "Jalisco") did not come out as described in the menu. Their solution: Charge me for the sauce (tequila cream sauce) that did not come on plate as if it were "extra" sauce. It was also covered in cheese (rather than sauce) which was not even in the menu description. I showed it to the waitress and she brought me the sauce a LOT later (I could have finished my chicken but I waited). Then when we got the ticket, they had charged me an add'l $2.25 for the sauce that was SUPPOSED to be on my plate to begin with. We politely pointed it out to our waitress but she had to get a mgr. she said. Really? They can't handle it without bringing a mgr. to our table? I had to explain it all to the mgr. and he was very argumentative. It was causing a scene so at that point I wanted my husband to take care of it so we could leave. It was sauce that was supposed to be on my entree! When I pointed out that it was covered in cheese rather than sauce, he said the "Jalisco" always comes with cheese. I guess I should have know that???? Honestly, I chose the Jalisco over another chicken dish (the Ixtapa) because it was NOT covered in cheese according to the menu. Not that I don't like cheese but I made that choice intentionally. Why blame the BOH Mgr? He was the one that told the waitress (she told me this) to charge extra to begin with. He should be doing damage control in the kitchen and trying to figure out why a customer is not happy with their plate. Also, by the amount of time it took to get our plates (it was not very busy) and then the time it took to get my sauce, it is obvious they have some issues back there. Anyhow, I would have given 2 stars because the food was decent but the service was just that bad. read more

We visited on a non-trade days week and had excellent service. Food was great tasting and nice presentation. Both red and creamy green sauces were tasty, served with Fresh, thin, crispy chips. We will go back if we revisit Canton . read more

So the service here was horrible!! I honestly could not even tell you about the food due to not receiving it. So we walked in the door at 12:05 during lunch and half of the building is shut down, No one being seated over on that side. I mean what are you under construction or something? So we finally got seated at 12:30 and was told our waitress would come and get us drinks. Yep that did not happen for another 10 minutes.... Once we finally got our drinks ordered we decided to tell them to make our food to go as our hour for lunch would be over by the time it was complete. The green sauce appeared to be soured with huge lumps of unknown materials in it. We had to flag another waitress down that was laughing with a bus boy to finally bring us out the drinks. Once 12:45 rolls around we ask the manager could we atleast pay for our food so that once it was ready we could go straight back to work. Her responce was your waitress will be right out she is packing up your food now. Fast forward to complete agitation at 12:58 when no one has come around yet. Finally get up and can't find no one except the hostace to help us out, who sends the waitress out. The waitress says at this point well my manager wanted me to come find out what yall wanted to do because your food is not ready yet. UMMM you mean to tell me the same manager who told us to our face at 12:45 (when we had time to go next door to Whataburger) our food was getting put together. I highly suggest that you save your money and go to ANY other place in Canton than here. read more

First had hair in salsa then when receives food,there was hair in rice. When waiter brought manager over, the managers first excuse was that it may have been an eyelash and said the staff wheres hair nets. Then she said it may have been when staff hand cuts cilantro it could be from that. When my husband told her we cut cilantro by hand at our house and never have that problem the manager then said ok well im sorry and walked away. I stopped eating and my husband said nothing but excuses. Not sure if all these are this way but this one is horrible. When waiter brought ticket he advised that the manager said would comp my meal. Well heres what i think if your going to do that then why not just apologize take the mistake and move on instead of making mistakes? read more

The atmosphere was very nice, but that was where it ended. We got seated quickly, but then no waiter came to take even our drink order. I finally had to stick both arms in the air and ask to have our waiter come help us. We finally got our drinks and made sure to order our food before he got away. The food was adequate, but my four year old grandson ordered a corn dog and macaroni. The corn dog was ice cold and the batter around the hot dog was raw and runny. I once again had to wave both arms in the air to get some attention, and the manager gave us another order of the corn dog to go. read more

the craziest circus show I've ever been to. will give two stars for the HILARIOUS antics and attractive staff. I'm actually laughing my butt off as I'm typing this review. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're looking for some funny stuff to watch. I'm pretty sure half of the staff is socially challenged, and whether they're attractive or not, they've definitely got some dusty cogs up in there. food was okay but our waitress just gave us the creeps. that includes just walking up to our table and standing silently whilst watching us eat our food. yeah. not joking. she didn't say a word. had fun watching the dumbest bus boys just walk around doing nothing. (if nothing is making eyes at every single woman that breathed). one male model who happened to work there seemed very diligent and friendly with the customers. actually laughed out loud when one of the two women who were actually working (basically running the place) snapped at the dumb bus boys to get to work. way to go ladies! so, besides all the standing around and and creepy people, the experience was very amusing. just a before warning: DONT GO TO EXPECT GREAT FOOD OR SERVICE.
