    Soda bread
    Nicole N.

We stopped by for brunch on Sunday and didn't have to wait to be seated. The waitress was kind and asked us if we wanted to try their homemade soda bread. It was delicious, but we wish she would've disclosed that it would be added to the bill at an additional $8 cost. I ordered the eggs Benny and my boyfriend ordered the half roasted chicken. Both meals were good, but we felt that some items (potatoes and chicken) were a bit too salty. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade carrot cake. It comes with ginger ice cream and we were able to swap it out for vanilla. Overall, the food was good and enjoyable.

The food was very tasty. We had the biscuits to start. I enjoyed my brunch burger .. my husband didn't really like his grilled cheese but oh well.

It's a huge space and great for big parties, casual drinking, or watching sports. We had a party of 4 and were sat right away. Our server/service was great. She was super attentive and friendly. We got our drinks quickly. I opted for a spicy margarita and it was delicious. Perfect balance of sweet and spicy. We got some boneless tenders and Cesar salad for the table for apps. The tenders were so good. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Ranch is always awesome. The Cesar salad was huge and perfect to split amongst the 4 of us. They had a Guinness beef pie with fries and mushy pees on special which I got. The Guinness beef pie was piping hot and so delicious. The perfect stick to your ribs kind of meal. Mushy pees were tasty and fries are always a hit. I took about half of it home as leftovers since the portion was huge. Definitely worth the price. It was a bustling, warm, and busy atmosphere inside. Seems like an awesome place for lunch, dinner, drinks, and late night! I would definitely recommend and come back!

Schnitzel had a great unique flavor, a generous portion of two medallions served with mashed potatoes. We opted for Caesar salad as our complimentary side with the schnitzel and it was gigantic and contained large croutons made from garlic bread. The chilli was perfect and also giant. Full bar menu was available. Prices were very reasonable considering the portions. The room has an English Pub feel. The service was great. Five stars.

I think the chef is one of those people, because I had the muscles today and it was so salt forward. I mean it was dangerously full salt, but I was so hungry that I ate it anyway and then I told the waitress I said I should not even complain because I ate the dish however they should watch out for the salt. She said it's one of the most popular dishes and people like it that way . The restaurant decided to be gracious enough and swap that off of my order and let me get something else instead, but I was already full, so I took home a salad. Hours later, I figured it would be nice to have something refreshing after all that salt. I'm eating the salad and something crunchy and it's not the normal crunch. So I decide to like look into the lettuce and I see dirt. Especially now with everything going on around lettuce I am beyond shocked. I tried to call the restaurant granted it was dinner time but no answer so I called the sister company in another city and they said they would have the manager reach out to me which never happened . What surprised me as well as the manager from the sister location said he finds this surprising because the lettuce comes in triple washed, and they wash it themselves. All I could say to that is maybe open up the lettuce leaves and rinse them or open your eyes. So I'm putting it out there, I would like my money back, but since you can't answer the phone or own up to any responsibility, I'm leaving this message for you because I get a lot of hits on my reviews and I'm gonna tell people do not eat at this place unless your taste buds are completely dead and you just need salt and dirt survive. PS the ambience is so dark. It's decorated nicely, but they definitely need more light can barely read the menu..

The staff are friendly and the servers knowledgeable and efficient. The hostess had trouble finding our reservation (my companion was already seated) but it seemed to be quite busy that Friday night. The restaurant consists of quite a few separate rooms and we were seated in one that was not too crowded. (I walked through the bar on my way in and that was hopping.) I had a glass of sauvignon blanc and after studying the menu and consulting our server my companion and I both went for a burger. There was no problem with my swapping out the french fries for onion rings (points there!). The burgers were done exactly to our liking (mine mediume rare, hers medium well). I should have turned down dessert, I was that full, but my companion was willing so we went for it. There was a good selection of typical New England desserts and we finally settled on a blueberry crisp topped with vanilla ice cream which was good but not great (not sure I can put my finger on why, so it may be that I was too full to enjoy it). There is a parking lot although it is not paved so was not fun walking through at the end of a day when it clearly had rained. It also could use some lighting. This is a wonderful restaurant suitable for a special occasion or an ordinary night out. I will definitely be back.
