Seriously the best Chiropractor out of all The Joint locations. Dr. Scot fixed my neck. I was reading the reviews and found some recommendations, went in, and requested him. He's the only one that put that high vertebrae at the base of my skull in place. It was painful but the relief afterwards was instant. I haven't had this much rotation to the right side in years. The care is very inconsistent. I have learned that you can't just go to any of the providers because some of them don't seem to really give you a full adjustment. Some of them literally spend two minutes or less with you while others are much more communicative and try to actually give you a good service. Also a downside that your visits don't roll over, you just lose them. But it is super affordable and they are normally able to get you in within 10/15 minutes or less. So I guess in this case you get what you pay for. read more

I went in one day after throwing out my back. My regular chiropractor is closed on Fridays so I had to try someone else. From what I could tell there are two doctors who generally work here. I saw the female (I'm sorry but I can't remember her name). When I went in I was in a lot of pain. The doctor went through some questions about past injuries and then proceeded to lecture me on I was not taking care of my back and how I would be in pain unless I did exactly what she said. Finally the adjustment happened. She could not "pop" my mid back which is where I was having the issue. Regardless I did feel somewhat better. She then told me I would need to be back 3 times a week for two weeks, and once a week after that. Seemed excessive but I was willing to try it. The session was over and I met with the receptionist who proceeded to try to sell me one of their packages. However, you can't buy a package for less than two months and you have to give them permission to automatically pull money from your account. Over all I was unhappy with the way I was treated by the doctor. I felt as if I was being treated as a child who had done something wrong. The doctor was rude and condescending. Having to allow them to automatically charge my card is not something I would be comfortable with either. Ultimately I will not be back and won't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Fast & Simple I provided the Dr with a thorough breakdown of past sports injuries and explained to him I wanted my pelvic region assessed, more specifically my sacro-iliac ligaments. The Dr took a few looks at me, had me lay on the desk, went through ROM tests and told me I would need to come back for many more treatments. I went home and YouTube'd "SI Joint Reset" which fixes what's called a "Pelvic Obliquity", essentially what I wanted this Chiropractor to perform however they had no clue what I was talking about. Performed the reset procedures on myself, the next day 90% of my pain was gone. A week later, 100% pain free. The Chiropractor was disengaged, and had a difficult time understanding what was going on. What's really sad is I paid $30 to basically say hi so someone who is evidently not a Dr., who provided no help, and provided no thorough breakdown of what could possibly be going on. The long standing phrase still stands here, "You get what you pay for". This "Dr" spent more on my neck than he did my back, I had SI joint pain not neck pain man. Extremely disappointing. Office gave me a "Crank & Spank" kinda feel, like get in, get adjusted, get out kinda feel, except without a proper adjustment. For all those with lower back pain, Google Search "SI Joint Reset", hopefully I saved you $30. read more

Wherever I am in the valley and I need to go to a chiropractor, they have a location conveniently nearby. They have wonderful and very experienced chiropractors. Almost cancelled my monthly subscription until I saw Dr. Gary today. I've been unimpressed with many of the quick, 2-3 minute adjustments I've been receiving elsewhere. This was the first time I came to this location and I definitely felt like Dr. Gary was adamant about making me feel better and not just getting some joints to pop. He was attentive, felt around for asymmetry and gave me the most thorough adjustment I've received. He said he's there Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I'll be returning to this location for future adjustments. read more

I used to go to The Joint on 7th St and Bell but I had since moved and was very wary of going to someone other than my normal chiropractor. I had a bad experience with one chiropractor I saw at The Joint and never wanted to try anyone else again. But since I had moved far from my usual location, I knew I had to go to one soon. That being said, this location has become my new favorite. Every time I go there with back pain and stiffness, I feel so much better afterwards. I definitely recommend them. Added note: I have no problems with the chiropractor, he's SUPER nice and easy going, but the reception dude at the front has a could-care-less-what's-going-on attitude. It obviously doesn't affect my business because I don't come for the customer service, but if you really want to add that extra oomph, you might want to work on that... Maybe he was just having a bad day, but it seems the same every time I go in there. read more

My back took a beating after a recent vacation... maybe someday I will learn to pack lighter.... probably not. Anyways, I came in here knowing that I just needed a little adjusting and the price was waaaaay cheaper than my copay for a chiropractic visit at my family doctor's practice. I was seen quickly and efficiently. They don't do the amaaaazing muscle stimulator that my regular chiro does, which always sends me into a fantastic nap, but by not doing so is also how they keep the price low, so I don't mind. Both the doctor and the front desk clerk were pleasant and helpful. There was an issue with the computer crashing and it turns out that it charged my card twice, but I came in when I noticed it and the second charge was refunded promptly on the next business day. The guy at the front was very apologetic... not his fault, computers...can't live with them..can't live without them. I will definitely back next year after my vacation again, even paying the single visit for a non-member, non-first time guest is way cheaper than my chiro co-pay, so it is worth it for me! (I hope I don't get to the point where I really need the benefit of their membership, but if I do, it is a phenomenal deal!) read more

Dr. Joe is, by far, the best chiro I've had and I've had a lot. No nonsense approach and the price is definitely right. 4 adjustments for $49 a month! I used to pay $49 a visit and wasn't half as happy. Couldn't live without The Joint. One of the best parts of the whole experience is that there is no need to make an appointment. Dr. Pete is a genius. I'm an athlete with a pre-existing lower back injury. Because of the heavy weights that I move my body requires continual maintenance. Dr. Pete has experience with athletes it is one of the few chiropractors that I would trust with my body. Moreover that I trust him with my fiance's body. So not only can he a just a 250-pound powerlifter but he can also adjust an office worker. Only a few minutes with him and my body starts to move properly again and her body loses a lot of the persistent aches and pains associated with office work sitting in a chair leaning forward and typing. I highly suggest signing up for the monthly plans as it is the most effective to see a chiropractor on a continual basis. In the end this is money well spent. read more

I stopped by as we were traveling through town. I am a regular Joint customer but in a different location. My neck is usually very difficult to adjust. I started with a female chiropractor and she did a great job on my hips and spine. She was able to get part of my neck, and then called Dr Scott over to finish my neck. In a few seconds he gave me the most thorough neck adjustment I've ever had. I wish I lived closer!!! read more

I have back and hip issues, my insurance co-pay was very high and limited to 20 adjustments a year. The Joint was a great option for me! I am seen more than once a week and still the amount I pay is less than one adjustment with insurance! The Dr. s who oversee my care are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. This place saved me! I was having so much neck and lower back pain. I'd never been to the chiropractor before so I was extremely nervous and didn't really know what to expect. Dr. Scott helped me, his work is exceptional. He explained everything, answered all of my questions, was super gentle, and made me feel really comfortable. I literally felt better right away! Solid help with a no gimmicks approach. The DR. was completely helpful with his explanation of what they offer for the right now and the future. Everything he was in the process of doing was explained as well to help ease the process. The office was perfectly clean and professional with calming music playing in the background but not too long. I haven't felt this good in years but thankfully I can now fall to sleep with ease. Not impressed. After having a fabulous experiences at the location in arcadia I was extremely disappointed in this location. The chiropractor was more interested in flexing and looking cool then the job at hand. A few weeks later I needed copies of my receipts for my insurance and emailwd the two offices, again Arcadia came through in less than hour... this office never bothered to return my email or calls so I was forced to go in to the office to get what I needed. To start off this is a review for the Dr A. at this location. I had been here before and used a previous doctor who i was told was no longer there. I should have just went somewhere else as I requested a gentle Chiropracter as I have 6 bulging and herniated discs and vertigo. Long story short I walk in earlier. I sit on his table. He walks out NO MASK (SERIOUSLY during COVID) asks my name, says why are are you here....( no bedside manner) and I proceed to tell him gentle adjustment on back neck ect. He was so rough I shrieked out with the first crack and cursed. He continued just as hard and seemed like he couldn't even care to be there. I should have said something right there but I was in such shock, pain and upset I paid walked out and then got in my car and burst into tears. Seriously I couldn't believe I was in tears but it almost felt like a violation. You put your very injured and painful back and neck in this mans hands and I just couldn't believe they way he treated a patient. I normally go to my joint in LA (which I love my doctor there) but was here quarantining with my family. I've been probably had around 150 PT and Chiro appointments after my car accident and have a very high pain tolerance. It just felt like the uncaring meat market experience that others had said they experienced, well I guess today was my turn. I will NEVER be back. Please learn to be more gentle with your patients as it feels more like a traumatizing experience rather than the helpful one I'm paying you for. read more

Dr. Scot Bennick has changed my life! I have the most difficult neck to adjust, most Chiropractors cannot help me so when I happened to be on the west side of town and saw this Joint location I figured they would be the same. When I met Dr. Ami she knew I needed Dr. Scot. Dr. Scot used a technique I have never seen before (and I have seen a lot) to adjust my neck and it had the most amazing results. ALL of the tension in my neck is gone! I have not a a migraine in over a week and with a few more treatments I expect them to be gone completely. I feel like all the years of tension weighing me down were lifted and I swore I grew two inches. I see other reviews that are the same and all I can say is if you have neck problems or headaches you have see him! I have been going to The Joint for 3 months now. I like that they are open on the weekends, which is why I decided to try it over a traditional chiropractor. I've been worked on by 3 different people here. While I generally feel better right after getting adjusted, it isn't lasting. I also don't feel like they are very thorough here. I've been telling them there's a spot on my back that's been bothering me for a couple months now. The guy today cracked my neck, then popped my back (left and right) and that was it. Really? I can do that myself at home! What's the point? I also didn't like that I smelled like the guy when I got home and had to change my shirt, but the smell was still in my hair. :( I'm going to try a different location and see if they actually listen to me and do a proper job. I know they don't do appointments, but one thing I wish they did was online check-in (like Great Clips has) to minimize the wait time. read more
