I've been going to this place for a few years now and I absolutely love the staff! I just had to write a review today! I normally don't bring my one year old son with me but today I did and he was fussy because it was nap time and the front desk wellness coordinators came back and sat with him while I got adjusted. Its the sweetest thing ever and as a mom it's always hard to take care of yourself when you are busy taking care of a little ones. Not only do they do amazing adjustments that leave me pain free for days (I am a nurse and always on my feet) they also just have the sweetest workers & best customer care. Horrible experience had a 1pm appointment. got there at 12:30 to fill out my new patient form finish that within 10 minutes sat in the lobby with no patience for about 20 minutes. Still no one to take me back as soon as other patients walk in they sit for like 2 to 3 minutes and get taken back do not understand the way they run their business, but if I sat there for 20 minutes with no patience there you would have thought I would've been taken back within that timeframe. This place is just AMAZING. Brian helped me and my mom with our loaded questions and trust me there was plenty .. so I decided to try. It's my first time ever going to the Chiropractor.. never went because I didn't think this would help but I've tried everything and why not. Parking is not an issue very large so don't worry about that. When I entered I was greeted by Bryan and he was so cheerful and friendly.. very knowledgeable and he made me feel at ease since I've said it's my first time. So thank you Bryan for helping me and making me feel at peace I was doing the right thing. Dr. Garatti is very amazing! She was knowledgeable, kind and just helped me understand what she would work on and why. She was thorough and that's what I love since I'm an over thinker. When I left I felt like was walking on a cloud! Just all around amazing service and will never go to anyone else! The place was cleaned and maintained well. This place is ran backwards, they advertise walk-in's , but refuse to see new patients. Was told they couldn't see my son because they were booked , if this is a walk in clinic how are you booked up for the full day and it's only 11am . We patiently waited for almost an hour watching them take patients in who showed up after we've check in and was told they're being taking first because their reoccurring members. You can't keep skipping over patients because you don't want do the new member consultation that's being advertised. I feel like they saw my black son who's an athlete standing over 6'7 and didn't want to treat my child . But that is fine , we'll take our money to a professional clinic who takes ALL patients, including new ones. Thank you but we will not be returning . read more

I had a great experience here. I really appreciated the staff for making the whole process easy and painless since I was nervous for my assessment. Bryan at the front desk was very warm and welcoming and Dr.Rodriguez helped me out so much on my first visit! She was informative and helped ease any concerns I had before getting my back adjusted. I wouldn't waste my time and money here if I were you. This place is like the jiffy lube of chiropractors- in and out in less than 5 mins. That is not what you want when dealing with your body and health. There is no personalized care here. They take you back, do the same couple of cracks on you, and send you on your way. I will say, they are friendly and the customer service was good, but I just felt like I was wasting my time and money here and possibly could be hurt by them since they just take you back and crack, crack, crack. If I were to require chiropractic help in the future, I will definitely seek out maybe a private practice, someone who will take more than 5 mins to give me the care I personally need, take x-rays, etc. read more

My experience at this joint location was horrible. I notified them in total 3 times that I was difficult to adjust, once when I made the appointment, once when I arrived and then again when they gave me the smallest most petite and young tech. Whom I doubt had finished any certified chiropractic rotation. Immediately she began upselling me regular weekly visits/ treatments without really knowing what was wrong with me yet. When I suggested switching to a larger male chiro. because I was difficult to adjust she said challenge accepted and dismissed my claim. Not only was I right that she wouldn't be able to adjust me but she ended up injuring me in a different location even after I let her know I wasn't comfortable in the position she had me in. When she told me to relax I told I was I'm just heavy she had a difficult time moving me and no luck actually helping my injuries and causing more. Her response was it wasn't gonna get better in a day. I realize that might be possible but I definitely don't think she should be dismissive of my claims or causing more injuries. If I could give them 0 stars I would! And to top it all off even after all that she recommended that I come back in weekly for the next 3 weeks. there was no pre treatment warming me up or use of a Tens unit no warming tub down to prep me for the adjustment. The only reason I tried this sham of a chiropractor was because my regular didn't have any available openings. I will be highly discouraging anyone from getting any services performed at this establishment. read more

So I went to this location today for a one time adjustment. I did not get the gentleman's name, but he had dark hair, spiky, younger, very fast talking. During my consultation, I let him know where my pain centers were and he asked me if I was able to come back tomorrow after today's treatment and also come back for 6 to 8 more visits. Basically wanting to put me on a program. When I said I was there for this one time adjustment. He basically told me there was no use. So I said should I just leave then? And he answered with, Yes I think you should. So I got up and walked out. This sounds a little weird to me and very off putting. I will never go to The Joint again. I cannot believe that I was turned away because I only came in for one adjustment. Not only that, this guy just put a weird vibe out there. Wow, I must say I'm surprised about all the bad reviews for this location. I've been coming here for close to 2 years, and NEVER had ANY of those problems.... At the beginning it was Dr. Lewis, and he did a good job. I've always waited, MAX, 15 minutes...And I come in at ALL DIFFERENT times, depending on my busy schedule. Next I was introduced to Dr Tagle, and let me tell you what!! He is a GOD SEND!! I suffer from chronic lower back pain and sciatica, due to an old motorcycle accident. He listened to me and came up with a game plan to help me out. I stop by once a week, every month, to get adjusted, and it helps SOOOOOOO much. Every year, I suffer from this back pain, and this year, it happened a few days before my Ensenada Mexico vacation. I asked Dr Tagle to help. He sure did, I walked into The Joint, with severe soreness and pain, and he did his absolute best to help me out. I walked out of there feeling so much better, I was able to enjoy my vacation in Ensenada. I was walking around and having so much fun! Thank you Dr. Tagle!! I've noticed everyone wants "Instant Gratification" nowadays, I see it in my business as well, but its hard to do that. For about a couple of years now, I have been wanting to try The Joint because of a recommendation from a friend, I'm glad I finally got around to it now because I just love it and I am feeling so much better, even my sleeping pattern has improved a great deal! I am not sure about other locations, but I love the Eastvale location. The front staff members Brian and Alex helped me during the initial appointment and they are super friendly, knowledgeable and are able to answer my questions in a very clear and concise manner. Dr. Tagle has a way of making you comfortable (his sense of humor is a huge plus!) Not sure about you but I get nervous when getting adjusted but he has a way with his patients. But it isn't just that, he actually knows what he is doing. It is very apparent that adjusting people is his JAM! I even asked if he can adjust my attitude but he said no need cause it's perfect, hahaha! After the first adjustment, the pain that radiated from my knee to my hip has improved a lot. On my second appointment, I remembered to address my jaw problem. I have always had a problem where it will start clicking while eating and I always need to stop eating for a few minutes until I let it click many times (painful) and make it go away. The few weeks before I addressed this issue, it has been happening a lot so I told Dr. Tagle about it. I am not sure what the right term to use but the adjustment he did to it helped me a lot. It has not locked or clicked ever since and I am so grateful to Dr. Tagle. However, I have warned him that If I gain weight because it doesn't stop me from eating anymore, I have every intention to blame it on him and modify this review. Hahaha! Of course, I am kidding. Highly, highly recommend this location. Specifically Dr. Tagle. I have suffered from lower back pain since I was 12 years old due to scoliosis and assumed I'd just have to live with it. Fast forward to last month when I gave this place a try, and was immediately sold. Dr. Tagle did a particular stretch that instantly relieved the pain I have lived with for over 15 years. I waited to write this review to make sure the pain didn't return too soon, and it is now a month to the day, and I am still pain free, Incredible! I will continue coming here for as long as Dr. Tagle remains. Service has always been extremely fast. I can usually be in and out within 5 minutes, which is great for those of us who have very limited free time. Called 05-30-2023- and told them I stopped coming here 8 months ago due to moving told them stop charging me every month they have taken $80 from me and when I call for MANAGER they tell me they aren't there. THERE SHOULD ALWAYS BE A SUPERVISOR in a facility. I've changed my debit card number TWICE and yet they still have figured out a way to get the new one to get there money. Before dumping on them I will say the chiropractors themselves are just as good as any others. It's a pretty basic set up & pretty much the Walmart of Chiropractic care. That being said, over the years I've had so many frustrating experiences, I stopped going here & it always has to do with the same corporate structure mentality. The straw that broke the camel's back was I was in serious pain, so I took 45 min out of my day to make the trip, but there was some computer issue they we're having related to my account that wouldn't let them check me in, so they wouldn't see me until it could get resolved. Apparently only corporate could fix the issue and it takes them 24 hours to respond. No exaggeration- they wouldn't see me while I was in pain, in person, because they needed corporate make a computer adjustment.... I been having lower back neck pain for the past 6 months. I dismiss this excruciating pain by taking 800 mg ibuprofen and that relief the pain for recent hours only. I decided to see a chiropractor to see if the issue could be resolve. I came across the location in eastvale around my neighborhood and did a walk in. I filled out some paperwork works, thereafter, I met Dr. Bowen the chiropractor and I have to say.... he is a genius. He is very friendly and very positive and educated me with the process he will be working on. After my season I felt so relief!! Later that afternoon I could feel the changes in back of my neck. It was GREAT. I signed up for the package deal and been going in till my session are all used up. I will continue to come here do to work on my neck and for my back as well. This place is great. Horrible customer service! I called in at 4:16pm on Labor Day and to ask if they treat pregnant patients. I was told, yes, and that if I arrived by 4:45 I would be treated. My husband and I walked in at 4:27 and asked if he could be seen as well, the receptionist greeted us and handed me the paperwork to fill out. As we were at the counter, the receptionist was called to the back by the chiropractor. The receptionist came back out and informed us that we could only fill out the paperwork and that we could return the following day for treatment. My husband asked if there was any way just I could be seen since I was the one suffering more. She went to the back and asked the chiropractor if he could see the pregnant woman that had already called in ahead of time. She returned to the front and said, "He doesn't want to." Needless to say we walked out and won't be returning. DO NOT make a pregnant woman, or any customer, come in if you have no intentions of assisting them! read more

The front is the only reason for 2 stars or you would have deserved 0. The chiropractor was sick and shouldn't have been doing so much face to face with his clients risking their health. The paperwork was long and tedious. The chiropractor did little adjustment not enough to deserve returning customers. Went in with sharp pain in the the back near shoulder and left with the same pain. Will not be returning and I suggest people to spend their money elsewhere. This is response to your company's reply to my review I understand that it takes more than 1 session but your chiropractor was SICK making close contact with your customers. NOT only that but the issue that was the main concern was the pain in the back that was NOT worked on. So again I would NOT suggest ANYONE go to your facility period.
