I joined The Joint at my home location in Escondido, but because I don't get home until after they close, I've discovered this location in Eastvale. I'm able to stop here after work and get an adjustment on my way home. I actually like the chiropractors at this location more than the ones at my home location as the two I have seen have both taken a lot more time with me than the ones at the other location. This is relatively new for me, so I appreciate the attention of explaining what's going on and what they are doing and why I need that. I think if you're going to get regular adjustments the $49 plan is the best deal. It is a six month commitment, but the value is great. If you are NOT going to get at least 3 adjustments per month, then I would consider other payment options. I've had good experiences with the receptionists at both locations. My only negative is that it's a walk in basis so sometimes you have quite a wait. Also, if you're a yelper, CHECK IN. You get to pick out a goodie to take home. I to love how easy it was to walk in and get to see the doctor and get adjusted all within a few minutes. Being the place is brand new everything looked great and clean. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. After doing my paperwork I got to see Dr. Bowen. He too was very friendly and I never felt rushed as he reviewed my medical history and why I was visiting. Once this was complete he proceeded to give me an adjustment. It was quick and easy. I would have to agree with Rich about the layout, but I am sure that is what keeps this so very affordable. After my adjustment we talked about my treatment recommendations. No high pressure or twisting my arm, The monthly plan they offered was VERY affordable. It would be far less then going to Starbucks every week. I signed up and look forward to the ease of getting in and out. That takes the stress away from setting up appointments. I do not recommend coming here. I came in very excited and optimistic to relieve my lower back pain. The doctor seemed annoyed and exhausted by my presence, and seemed completely uninterested when asking me why I came in. He told me Im better off taking an Adderall and walked off with another patient. Even the receptionist seemed embarrassed by the way he conducted himself. We literally sat in silence after the doctor left until I asked her if I should just go. I'm completely shocked, I expected to be helped and now I'm crying in my car, so confused. Dr Tagle has been such a great addition to this office. Before Dr Tagle started, I was very unhappy and planed on cancelling my membership. The wait time was SO long, I don't have time for that. Now that's Dr T's there, there is no longer a huge wait every time I come in. He is able to treat patients quickly which is exactly the reason I go to the Joint. I called earlier today for a chiropractic session as I was in great need of one. I was told to get there at 4pm and arrived at 4:03 and they had the audacity to turn me away. This is the worst office without a doubt. They are way too busy to only have one doctor so be prepared to wait an hour at any given time. Or worse, be turned away like I have been three times. I first started going to this business when my headaches returned. I had been going to the same chiropractor for about 15 yrs, but moved. This place was conveniently located and well priced. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Treatment: the adjustments take about 7 minutes usually. Dr. Bowen has helped with my headaches and sinus congestion. (For those who worry about leaving a chiro office in pain from the adjustment, I have never had any problems. You can also request for the Dr to be more gentle when adjusting.) Price: I used to pay about $70 for one visit, so to pay less than that and get four visits is awesome! For those sceptic of the monthly payments, 1 visit is $39. If you can afford it, monthly is better (even if you only go 2-3 times/month). So far, no problems with cancellations. Shout out to Brian! Can in at 12pm as a new client. Turned in all my paperwork to be put in order of all the people waiting. Waited with other lady that checked in at the same time for an hour and a half. Two people come in about 45 minutes after us. She gets called back and completed. Then the receptionist calls those two people back. Eh... I thought this would be the place based on hours cost and location however their professionalism STINKS we showed up on Sunday approx 3:38pm they closed at 4pm. Door says WALK INS WELCOME. We had an emergency situation where my 6 year old was in a lot of pain from a pinched nerve. The rude front desk attendant that thinks she is all that and a bag of chips is a pretty careless and heartless. We were turned away as new patients because they closed at 4pm. "Um... we have an emergency you are the only place open right now and my child is in pain crying pain can you please help me?" Rude front desk bag o chips says she would ask the doctor. She came back stating the Doctor said he was sorry but could not see us. REALLY?! Well guess what? I am about caring for patients in need and in pain and this is something you did not do for us. Therefore I don't find you worthy of my business. Those that care about their patients will get my business and you didn't just lose the one patient for emergency. I was going to bring the whole family in. Your unwillingness to help a 6 year old boy before you close even if it cost you 10 more minutes of your time.... UNBELIEVABLE! Is all I have to say. If you like this kind of way to do business in the field of servicing others NEEDS, ACHES and PAINS please go there. Although the staff is nice, we have requested to cancel our membership but yet continuously charge so be very careful when canceling after signing up to be billed monthly!!!! Up until recently I have had nothing but good experiences with the joint. However my last trip, I was running 15 seconds late so I called and asked if there was any way they could stay open for another minute, because I was leaving for vacation for a week and I wasn't going to be able to get adjusted. She told me no they weren't going to do me a favor. So I rushed thru traffic and made it just in time, or so I thought. I walked in and said how's it going to Brittany at the front and she responded with a huge smile on her face, I'm doing great because we are closed. The first time I've been to this location, I've been to the one in Huntington Beach as well. Dr. Bowen was really nice and professional. A little chatty but it's a given I guess when you're meeting with a dr. He helped relief some back and neck pain I've been having and he was super helpful on at home exercises to keep some relief off. I have never felt service was so horrible that I needed to write a review! This was my second time at this practice and the only reason I went in was because my lower back hurt really bad. I have been going to the chiropractor for 8 years now so I have seen my fair share of chiropractors. The first time I went in I saw Dr. Bowen. He was very informative and knew what he was talking about but I really did not like how he adjusted my back. His office called me about a week later doing a follow up call and I let her know that I wanted to look around for different chiropractors before I decided on Dr. Bowen. She was very nice and understanding and let me know that they have another chiropractor on staff as well. I went in today because I was in a lot of pain and they were open on a weekend. Unfortunately, it was Dr. Bowen that was there. I decided to just see him anyways because I really needed to get adjusted. I went in and he welcomed me back and asked me to lay down on my back. I tried telling him that I was really having problems in my left lower back but he didn't seem to care at all. Instead, he used that as a way to try and push their program on me. I tried explaining that I wanted to see a few different chiropractors to see who was the best fit for me and he ignored that and just kept pushing. It was extremely uncomfortable for me, because I really just wanted to get adjusted and he wasn't listening to me. He finally adjusted me but didn't really do anything different for my left side of my lower back like my other chiropractors had for the same thing. I told him about the thing my other chiropractor did with pulling my leg and adjusting my hip, which is slightly lifted, which helped relieve the pain. He said that would just be a temporary fix and what he did is going to help it in the long run. I told him that i knew it was a temporary fix but it relieved the pain which is what I needed and he just wouldn't listen. It honestly feels like this chiropractor has a set of 5 adjustments that he does for each time you come in and he won't change it based on what you need. I will never return to this place because he made me feel super uncomfortable, was super rude and pushy, and doesn't help address problems that don't fit his normal adjustments. read more

I started experiencing lower back pain and was desperate to find relief. I called this center to ask if they could see me same day. They told me that I could walk in by 6 pm and they would see me. I walked in at 6 exactly and they would not help me. I am disappointed and in tears because my back is in pain. I do not recommend this office. Essentially , $49 for 4 visits in a month compared to $29 for just one. Problem is, if you don't cancel it on time, you can't cancel that month but till the FOLLOWING month. Ridiculous! I've been coming to the Joint for over a year and I've had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Bowen & Dr. Moreli do an amazing job. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I was surprised when I saw they had some bad reviews, it seems like some of the people complaining didn't come during the business hours which is definitely NOT the Joints fault lol. New clients get an exam that takes a bit longer than a routine adjustment so if you are new show up earlier than 1/2 hour before closing. What I love about the joint is that you can get adjusted at any of their locations . I travel for work so I've gone to their Orange, Brea, Palm desert, and San Diego locations too. I've referred many people to this location. My family, friends, and business partners are also members. The Joint is great just make sure you show up before closing :) read more

I had a horrible experience here at this location. It was my first time here and please please please do not come here on the weekends. You will be stuck with Dr. Calderon and he is a very unpleasant man. He doesn't make eyes contact with you. I waited on the table for 15 minutes before he came out of the office to acknowledge me. When I proceeded to explain to him why I am there and what other joint offices have done to help me, which works for my situation, he said " we all do our own thing and why not just let me adjust you" I said you can adjust me but please put a little more attention on my neck. He didn't and when it was over I asked him if he can crack my neck one more time I felt slight tension, he said " come back tomorrow" and walked away from me. I will never come here again and mostly likely will cancel my membership because I can only come in weekends. Been coming here for a about 5 years. Was recently hurt by one of the doctors rushing through my adjustment. Been coming here for 5 years. Been back 2 times to fix what the first guy did and I'm still paying! Corporate will not call me back after 4 messages. I have never in my life been grilled about why I, a paying customer, am requesting services. I answered the same questions 50 times and finally had enough of his interrogation. Perhaps if one of their doctors is going to educate his patients on how beneficial adjustments are for one's health they should educate all of them the same way. Apparently me trying to be proactive and continue with adjusting is a problem for this particular doctor and he thought I had ulterior motive's and wouldn't stop chastising me until I finally told him I'd had enough and I was going to leave. I was a skeptic with Chiropractors, With a bad back that traced back since 1994. I've had pain since then.Playing basketball and any other sports limited what i could do, until i was referred by my brother. I decided to try it out. I went to another Joint in another city and was happy with the result. the dr. filled me in and sounded pretty knowledgable regarding my back pain. For my second treatment, i decided to stay closer to home and visited this branch in Eastvale. The Dr.'s treatment was very succesful in taking the pain away. I have had four different doctors review and help me. One pulled my leg relieving back pain I have had for years. I trust them from there on. Most doctors were great some did more muscle relaxing other did more direct compressions. It was well worth my time. Experiences superb until Dr. Garatti. First off wonderful person and I am sure a good doctor but as a heavy guy the tiny doctor tried and failed man times to adjust me... I usually pop like a microwave bag of popcorn. So I tried planning my visits for other doctor even having her schedule written down for me. One week later I called the day before and she was not supposed to be there but 40 minutes in traffic showed I was wrong, something happened and she had to fill in. Angry I waited two weeks reviewed written schedule and again she was there when she was not supposed to be. I will try the Rancho site and see if they can keep a schedule. read more

Great experience! My first chiropractic visit, and prior to my visit I had lots of back and leg pain. Couldn't sleep at night nor was able to get up easily. Long car trips were horrible for my lower back. I got IMMEDIATE relief! I sooooo recommend Dr Bowen and the great customer service Brian provides in the front desk. This place is garbage. If you just want to get your back cracked a couple times a month, go here; however, if you have a serious injury and really want to get better, go somewhere else. This is fast food chiropractic. They do not address the issue. Went there for approximately three month and my lower back injury progressively got worse. Been at the movement Chiro in Rancho for three week and I can actually bend my back and sit without pain. Do not waste you money here. read more
