0 stars if I could, the chiropractor made me feel so uncomfortable I won't return. I visited this office due to the many 5 star reviews but I won't return. For a bit of context I need to see a chiropractor to meet the terms of my insurance to cover a reduction mammaplasty (breast reduction) which includes 6-8 sessions with a chiropractor. This is something my doctor and I decided after years of pain and alternative treatment. I explained this to the office and asked to see the female chiropractor so it would be easy to explain. I told them I would schedule my appointment on her availability for this reason. They assured me a note was in my file and I was good. I was taken back 30 minutes after my appointment time and imagine my surprise when a male chiropractor walks in. Since it's already been so long I let it go deciding they are all professionals. After I explain he immediately tries talking me out of the surgery and saying the pain can be fixed (please note it is not just back pain it is many other things I will not detail here) later he makes commentary how he could be my father and at the end makes a snide comment about how I've been "blessed". I think he meant it to be funny but it was unprofessional. We really need to stop commenting on women's bodies in general but in a setting like this it left me so uncomfy and disheartened I won't return read more

I have been going to see Anthony Pirritano since a car accident in 1990. He is the best chiropractor that I have met or known. I am very hard to Adjust. My weight has varied from 343 to 198 & back to over 300 lbs so I am hard to twist & adjust. My lower lumbar back & my neck have been corrected & saved by Anthony Pirritano several times to the point of not having to have surgery & back to playing golf again. If you have severe disc herniation, including sciatica, the cervical or thoracic areas, you should see Anthony Pirritano & ask about the DRX 9000 or the other services beyond the normal chiropractic services. He has set his offices to have many options to treat your non surgery needs without covering things up with drugs that mask the pain & are addictive and don't correct the problem. I just had my first visit with these guys for Acupuncture today and it went well. The staff is very friendly and the office room itself has a comfortable vibe. My first impression of Dr. Park was she's nice and Definitely knows what she's doing. However... Communication was a little difficult. It's semi hard to understand what she's saying sometimes. and I which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.. I have about 6 more visits I'll update later on. The second office is located on 9th St in Corona as well. I just had my first visit at this office today 06/16/20 Dr. Park first has you lay face down on the table and she starts you off with cupping about 7-10 cups are used. In my case for my injury it's my Lumbar Spine. After the cupping she starts with the acupuncture Needles. Those are around 13-15 needles used on my lower back and right leg. She hooks up 5 needles to this Electromagnetic Therapy machine and starts the process of vibrations. It's on a timer and the whole session lasts about 30 min. * I will say that so far I do feel a difference in my back and I can def say that it does help. My injury hasn't gone away at all but this type of therapy does help! read more

Dr. Sarah is absolutely amazing, but I have such a hard time understanding why I constantly wait long past my appointment time every single visit, which is at least once a week! They seem to be booking way too many patients at one time and only thinking about how much money they're bringing in, rather than being considerate or taking into account that patients are scheduled at a certain time for a reason, and do have other things to accomplish during their day other than wait 30-60 mins (or longer) past their appointment time. I have been driving 35 miles here for chiropractic services many times over the past year. It was always worth the drive because I received top quality service. However, today was the complete opposite. I arrived for my chiropractic and massage appointment 15 minutes late, only to be accused of arriving 25 minutes late by the front office staff (after it took them 10 minutes to check me in and charge me for services they were unable to render, all while I was the only customer in the lobby). I was told that because I was late I would have to reschedule and I should have been there on time and not 25 minutes late. I kindly explained that it normally takes me 30 minutes to travel from Garden Grove, so I gave myself 45 as usual. But there were 3 accidents on the 91 freeway which caused me to run late. I emphasized that it was neither their fault nor mine, but all the girl could say (unfortunately I didn't get her name) was that I shouldn't have been 25 minutes late and they could schedule me in another week or two. I declined and asked to be refunded for the services they had no intention of rendering. I had already waited nearly 4 weeks for this appointment, and after wasting 2 hours of my time I will not be coming back. Thank you for the lack of customer service and adding to the tension in my back and neck, the exact opposite of why I came here in the first place. The doctors are amazing and really changed my life with their services. However, I've never been treated so poorly and with such unnecessary attitude before. It is no longer worth the drive, and I will be seeking services elsewhere. Some friendly advice, try treating your customers with some dignity and respect, it goes a long way. I have been coming to see Dr. Pirritano for years he is my trusted go to chiropractor. I am a runner and about a year and half ago I had a muscle injury. Dr. P recommend getting a massage along with the chiropractor care to help with the healing process. I made an appointment with Christi and all I can say is wow! Christi has amazing hands. I love that she knows just what muscles are in need even if I don't mention that area. She puts the right amount of pressure to work out every knot in my body! I started off with 60 min massage but I realized with all my running and working out that 90 min was my ideal time. I leave feeling relaxed and she keeps me injury free. I went with the intention of having a one time massage but I was hooked. I see Christi at least once a month now and with such good prices it makes sense. Heather is a deep tissue massage therapist. She will inquire as to your problem areas and never fails to relieve that area. I strained a hamstring last weekend, and when I left she was able to relieve the pain and tightness. I felt so good I went to the fitness center and even did squats with weights. I've been coming to Dr. P for the last couple of years twice a month. He is amazing but sometimes he's out of town. Last time I was here I had Dr. Raul adjust me and he did an amazing job. I'm a dog groomer so life is hard on my body. It's so nice to know that when Dr.P is not available I have another fantastic doctor available. My friend used Dr. James last time and said he was very gentle and thorough with her. Her back goes out pretty often and she felt great after Dr. James adjusted her. I highly recommend this whole team of doctors. Also Kim and her office staff are great and very helpful. They also have different memberships and family plans available too. Unprofessional staff and very unorganized. They don't understand the value of time. This facility need to train the front desk personnel to understand their responsibilities. Drove an hour to get to my appointment on time and they have to cancel the moment I signed in because the machine is broken! the staff were surprised the moment I arrived and once they verify the type of appointment I have in their system. Seems like they are not prepared and at least call the patient to inform that they have to reschedule the moment they found out that they will be behind schedule or broken machine ahead of time not at the moment I arrived! very inconsiderate. The front desk and the Doctor are not communicating clearly regarding the type of service or request they need to submit. It's been a month and the service referral is not submitted for approval. The front desk mentioned that the Doctor didn't wrote the request to them nor did their job or notify them. I did call and followed up 2 weeks ago on status, so now they are pointing fingers!
