They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? After a week of doing exercises designed to loosen me up and help correct my posture, dry needling was performed yesterday. Y'all, I woke up wondering where my shoulders were because I couldn't feel them! And when a slow, dull ache began to build half an hour later, I easily found relief in a few of the exercises I had already been given. We still have more work to do together and I am so appreciative of their philosophy around treatment and how it's designed.
