Super awesome staff! I come here about 2 times a week to have my adjustments done and I love it !

Trying to sell us packages. Adjustment was 5 min. Consultation was 1hr asking us where we had pain. Didn't even help with any of the pain.

Went to this location and told me they had scheduled a Dr. but was pulled to another location. So the office was closed with a person who came out with the news as you pulled on the locked doors. I found this so unprofessional and a violation of work ethics. I felt as a second class citizen. Really is there something wrong with Monrovia customers. If you don't feel the need to serve this community is a priority is important. Just leave! read more

Dr. Hang is very experienced with his clients and knows how to address the problem with back problems. I am a very pleased client and would recommend to anyone with back problems. I have a busted l4 and l5 and I need to be adjusted very often and everytime I leave I leave improved. read more

If I can rate this place as "Life Changing" then I would. I've been coming here close to 1 year maybe even more but to The Joint over 3 years give or take. I came here from another Joint that I felt was not really getting the "kink" out of my back well I met Dr. Sterling Hang here in The Joint in Monrovia and he gave a new Consultation/exam immediately pointed out my issues and he got to work as usual painless and immediate relief to a "kink" in my back I've had from 2 back injuries from years ago he got rid of it in 1 visit something the other Chiropractor could not over multiple visits you have no idea how great I feel waking up at 3am to go to work and not have a stiff back and knee horrible feeling limping before work and after I come here at least once a week I am a Chef so we are on our feet 8-14 hours a day so a quick visit to start the week right is alway best read more

WARNIING! If you come here you may never want to leave again! From the moment I entered this facility I was greeted by the very pleasant receptionist, Sandy. She explained everything with me in detail, including the monthly plans. She answered all my questions, even the annoying ones I test new companies with. ;-) Dr. Fleek, a third generation Chiropractor, knows his stuff. Upon explaining to him my issues, he was able to adjust me accordingly. He has a friendly demeanor and never forgets to check twice to make sure you're feeling better. The combination of Sandy and Dr. Fleek makes this location feel like a small family. They take care of you and make sure they let you know that they care. I saw that this new location of The Joint opened, so quickly decided to stop in and get an adjustment! Beautiful facility (particularly the floors!), friendly and welcoming staff and doctor. I had frozen shoulder and terrible neck pain. I felt much better after 2 sessions, I am still going there. He is honest with you and this is a good affordable place. I do say the sessions might be shorter than 15 min, but he gives you what you need and doesn't waste time. I would definitely recommend trying this place out! read more

"WARNING" If you sign up for a month to month plan, you're signing up for a 4 month plan, and if want to cancel your membership, you will need to give a 30 day notice from your initial sign-up date. So, basically you're automatically paying for 2 months, even though you cancelled before the next cycle. The website, doctor, and receptionist will not tell you this important information. The info will be in very small writing when you sign for a wellness plan. Besides the shady wellness plans, the doctor was alright. He was able help relieve some of my back pain, even though it was just a 5 minute session. read more

I went in to the chiropractor here today because I have been having back pain in recent years. I tried my own massager at home lots in recent times, but that didn't work. I just found this coupon a couple days ago, and saw an affordable deal at only $29. I figured I tried everything else, so what do I got to lose by going to a chiropractor for the 1st time in about 2 decades. The whole process only took like 20-30 minutes, and I don't have back pain anymore and immediately after! I just figured that was part of life getting older, body pain, aches, and discomfort. You don't HAVE to deal with back pain your entire life, so I suggest you just take the leap of faith (like I did), and go to there ASAP! Dr. Sterling Hang is a fairly friend doctor. He'd ask about my daily life casually and how work/school has been going. He'll easily ease you into a conversation to keep you relaxed for the process. Definitely recommend coming here for the experience and monthly treatments. I personally cannot attend to the monthly services at this time due to my schedule, but will definitely reconsider continuing the monthly plan once I have commitment. read more

I was never a user or believer in chiropractors until about 10 days ago. Severe lower back pain incurred prior to a vacation and now on a weekend and my sons recommendation led me there on a Saturday afternoon. Pain that shot down the backs of my legs left me willing to try anything. While it is not an instant fix, I can say each time I go it gets better and better and less severe each time it comes back. And about 10 days later ( 5 visits) I am having next to no pain except for some muscle soreness from walking funny for 3 weeks Great staff and easy to use. And the price is right. read more

Hope Dr.Phan will be available more days. I canceled my wellness plan after Dr.Strey left. I go very frequent but did not find the other doctors as effective until my last day I met Dr.Phan. She's only there Sunday. She's a tiny but mighty little lady. Dr.Strey fixed my neck but chronic right arm, elbow and shoulder bothering again. Dr.Phan cracked my wrist and elbow and stretched out my shoulders. I felt so much relief. I've been to other joints too but got to say most impressed with Dr.Phan. I will call to check if she is offered a more permanent position. If she is I will start up my wellness program again . read more

Don't waste your time going over there if you are not a young person. They will not even look at you if you are 60 or over. I could not believe I was hearing this, as I have never found this with other chiropractors. But who knows, maybe this is a trend now. I've been seeing Dr. Ball for over a year and he is amazing. His adjustments are some of the Best adjustments I've ever had. When he's not available the other doctors that they have had of been great as well. Actually have the choice to go to different locations from where I live but I choose to stay at this one because their customer service is really good and Dr. Ball is absolutely brilliant. I loved dr. Bal... but he left. It's a real bummer. The female chiro who took over was unable to adjust me. I bought a 20 adjustment package in November. I'm now seeing another Sikh chiropractor who is awesome. He does muscle testing end energy clearing. I no longer need my package at the joint. I'm being hassled about a refund and it's extremely frustrating. I contacted their corporate office and spoke to two employees at this location. They say they have to talk to their supervisor. I'm only asking for a refund on the unused adjustments. Still waiting. I will contact my credit card on Tuesday to dispute the charge if I don't hear back. read more

I've had spinal issues for years stemming from wrestling and after finally getting x-rays of my lower back, I had answers. My hip is higher on one side and my spine is tilted off to the side, but with adjustments 2-3 times a week plus regular exercise (yoga, etc) for the next year, I could finally be whole again. Unfortunately, most chiros are extremely expensive, so I was looking around and came across this location; since it's a short walk from my house and the price packaging is really good, I figured one month would be okay to test it out. It's now been almost 6 months and I'm still visiting this location, the chiro is extremely good and the receptionist is very friendly. I normally don't go to this one but I needed Ana adjustment and I was eatting in the area and boyyyyyyyy let me tell ya. It was the quickest and sorriest adjustment of my life. Asked the "doctor" if he could help adjust my upper back and he said he don't do that. And that his hand hurt.... like seriously.... if your hand hurt why are you even Working. Take the day off. Like bro. Really!??? Not going to say this place is trash. They are the best chiropractors we have found in a long time. My husband and I went together. He suffers from a shrinkage of two disc's in his back and I have lower back issues. The doctors take the time to listen to where you hurt and address those needs of concern. Then they give you suggestions of exercises of things you can do to help you help yourself into between visits. Sandi, the receptionist, remembers who you are and what's going on with your life if you just happened to have to wait between patients, which is at the most ten minutes. Sandi keeps you entertained. She is very personable. We always have so much to talk about that my husband drags me out the door by the arm. It's kinda funny actually. They are all great people there. I have been a patient of The Joint in Monrovia since February of 2016. I have been seen 4 - 5 times per month and I think this place has worked magic for me. The front office receptionist, Sandi, is awesome. She is always very cordial and friendly. I feel at "home" when I go for my treatments. She always asks how I'm doing. If there is a patient being treated when I arrive, she is nice enough to tell me how long the wait will be. The chiropractors are great!! read more

I'm so horrible I didn't even catch the drs name that I saw Sunday but he was great. I've been going to the Pasadena location for almost a year but decided to try a different place. The dr cracked my neck and back differently. I know drs have their own methods and ways of doing things so I'm completely open being pressed and pulled in all directions if the outcome is good for me.
