This review is for chiropractic and massage as a joint service from a rehabilitation standpoint. COVID-19 precautions: From day one Dr. Clarizio and his staff have gone above and beyond. Offering to clean and re-sanitize areas to ease my anxiety as the pandemic has made me more of a germaphobe, but Dr. Clarizio's office is super clean and takes all proper precautions so I never need them to ever re-clean areas, but the fact that they offer is awesome customer service. The staff here are all honestly very kind hearted hard working individuals and these are the family businesses we should be supporting because the employees are happy and love their jobs so let's keep this business going. Massage: The massage is on point! Every time! So the type of massage I ask for is hard pressure. How else am I going to get these knots out. I have a cluster of knots as I've put my body through the ringer from serving in the Army. As you can only imagine the kind of aches and pains my body feels. So as much as it hurts and takes my breathe away I breathe through all of it and feel fine. I take that time to work on breathing techniques. But the more you get through it the more your body will respond to treatment and you will start to heal and rehabilitation can begin. So far I've completed 6 treatments. After the massage they always remind me to drink lots of water. Chiropractic: Before I see Dr. Clarizio we do some light stretches to loosen up the joints and muscles to help me work on some of my goals I discussed were important to me such as strength, flexibility, and endurance. Keep in mind that all this takes time so you have to consider all those factors when you are looking at rehabilitation as a whole picture. Now the fun part: adjustments. Dr. Clarizio is awesome. I truly appreciate him reminding me to breathe and let loose so he can work his magic and snap, crackle, and pop away. He is a an attentive and caring dr and I am happy that the VA sent me to his office. He is truly professional and makes the whole process feel easy. That is especially important to me being that I don't always hit it off with male providers. But Dr. C truly cares about making sure your treatment for the day was on point if not let him know and he will definitely address it. His door is literally always open for a reason. Thanks again Dr. C! Parking, etc... there is plenty of parking so there's no rush or pressure. The office is easy to find it's right in the middle of the plaza. China always starts of the day with a pleasant greeting. Dr. Clarizio has provided an excellent service and shows concern on how his clients feel. The people there are super nice and professional. I was told that my insurance can cover and I only need to pay $5 co-pay for each visit. After about 7-8 visits, my situation was getting better and I was too lazy to go again. After about a month I stopped going, I received a bill from them saying I need to pay extra $35 total for 3 of my visits. I immediately called their billing department, and was told that the simulation service was not covered by my insurance. I was upset because, 1. I am pretty sure my insurance cover that, 2. even if it didnt cover, they should have let me know so I can make that payment ahead of time, or refusing the simulation service. I am calling my insurance to deal with them directly. Please be careful, they are shady! read more

Dr Clarizio is great, I feel better after every neck adjustment and keep for several days. You have to do it like a routine, like once or twice a week. I also started to try their massage therapy, the trick is they tell you it's 30 mins massage, however it is 25 mins actually. The therapist also tried to steal your time by calling your turn 1-2 mins late and end earlier saying she has to prepare for next patient! So you will probably get 20 mins in the end!!! I appreciate Dr Clarizio made up 5 mins by calling his assistant after knowing this. read more

I am having a very positive experience at Clarizio Chiropractic. When I came in my back was in horrible shape, with numbness going down from my back into my feet. After a month of treatments my back is definitely feeling better, with considerably less numbness. Dr. Clarizio is quite knowledgeable, and uses state of the art equipment as well as his hand adjustments to treat my condition. All the office staff are kind and friendly, too. After reading all the reviews, I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 1:43pm for my 2pm appointment. I takes less than five minutes to complete the application and consent form, but the receptionist is slow. It takes extra time for her to acknowledge you, print out the forms, and take the form back. When I met the massage therapist I already sense professionalism and the sheet and room were really clean and professional setting as well. Don't be discouraged by the outside building and the front area / reception atmosphere haha. They are actually more aimed for clients who have medical insurance and not focus on just spa/massages. It's a blessing if you get discounts especially from Groupon because they offer it once for new customer but after that you will be surprised with their original price. That's why we opt to sketchy oriental lower price places lol. Okay so if you're used to Asian parlors where they do a whole dang lot to you in the hour, here is more Americanized style but the pressure is very good and you will feel great too. Wow! Its been over 10years since I've gone to a chiro. I've had some excruciating pain on my upper left back/lower neck that leads to my left arm for a few months now. Tried going to my acupuncturist but nothing changed. Found Dr. Clarizio online and decided to give it a try. Its only been my 2nd visit and amazing! I dont feel the pain 90% of the time, just slightly if I turn a specific way. Still going back a few more times to get adjustments and additional treatment.
