We all know shoulder injuries are complex because of all the muscles in the shoulders but he almost knew immediately what the issue was and made me laugh through the most painful parts (which was really minimal if I'm being honest). He also did an overall check and found that my back is also not in mint condition as I can see by one of my legs being shorter than the other. The way that he explained and showed what was going on and what he's trying to do made me feel so comfortable for my first adjustment. And about that massage... well the massage was DEEP - this is not your relaxing spa day but it is healing! Months later, I received a bill from a third-party laboratory (Specialized University Pathologists) for services that were never explained or approved, and my child never visited this practice. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I encountered multiple problems: I was unable to reach anyone for months The laboratory changed their address and phone number after the initial invoice No chain of custody for the specimen could be provided No consent or authorization was on file No documentation linking the test to my child was produced Despite the lack of proof, I was threatened with collections. Ultimately, I paid the bill solely to avoid potential credit damage--not because the charge was valid. What was most disappointing was the lack of support or advocacy from PM Pediatrics in resolving this issue, even though the situation stemmed from care received at their facility. After over a year of effort, I was left with no meaningful assistance. I strongly encourage patients to ask detailed questions about third-party labs and billing practices before agreeing to any testing.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience was too good not to share. A good massage is hard to find, and a good adjustment is the icing on the feel good cake. In a time of inconsistent availability to relaxation & easy, effective health care, Laurel and Dr. Brock are true hidden gems. Highlights of my experience: * The office is cute, clean & had a helpful staff. Dr. Brock was very friendly, and handled my issues with care and consideration. I've had many adjustments, but none as good as that. The rapid release was a huge bonus. * Best massage I've ever had. Seriously. The pressure was perfect and the flow was amazing. I like deep pressure... and never have I ever experienced such a relaxing massage with such deep force & effective results. Laurel is magical. Very informative & inviting, she provided good conversation when I wanted, & took the quiet que when I didn't. * The massage room was clean and very calming. Hand sanitizer, refresh mask spray, and sanitizing wipes were available, and there was even a cute little place for my face mask. Face masks were required. * As a Costco employee, my insurance covers 20 free visits, but the cash price is very reasonable. Not including tip, a 50-80 min massage with adjustment, ranges from $60-$95 * If you're stressed, sore, or just out of sorts, I recommend you schedule an appointment today. - Appointments are necessary & I highly suggest you request Laurel for your massage. read more

I spent a year in physical therapy with Kaiser and went to three different chiropractors before I visited Dr. Brock for treatment of sciatica. Physical therapists at Kaiser provided little relief and the chiropractors all did adjustments or used small adjustment "guns" that provided slight temporary relief, but not significant or lasting relief. Then I saw Dr. Brock who proposed a plan of treatment that he said would relieve 90% of my sciatica-related pain after just three treatments. I asked him to repeat what he said because I couldn't believe my ears after suffering with such debilitating pain that I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night to do back exercises to relieve the pain just so that I could sleep. Sure enough Dr. Brock relieved virtually all of my sciatica pain and I have been seeing him ever since. He is a person with integrity who is knowledgeable and professional. I was referred by my next door neighbor to Dr. B, coming to him in great pain due to a herniated disc issue on the right side. I was unemployed with health care ending and he made it work for me financially in difficult times. I see him on a regular basis and he works with my schedule. I am now able to be pain free much of the time seeing him once a month. He's my Chiropractor for life, he should be yours too. Check him out. He has a great sense of humor as well. I have been a patient of Dr Brock for 3 years now. Last year, I relocated near San Francisco and saw 2 other chiropractors but honestly, no one compares to Dr Brock's treatment approach to spinal decompression. Aside from the treatment modalities that are effective for pain relief, Dr Brock's bedside demeanor is very professional and very well-liked by his patients. His focus genuinely seemed to be on helping heal the root issue and getting me out of pain -- not just doing a quick adjustment and sending me on my way. I want to be very clear up front: I can't speak to their chiropractic care at all. I only went to…read moreVoitenko Wellness once, years ago, and didn't really have a need to go back because I already have a chiropractor I trust. My 1-star review is only about their marketing and how they handle (or don't handle) requests to be taken off their list. Because I used them that one time, I ended up on their marketing list. For a long time it wasn't a big deal. But about 6 months ago things suddenly ramped up. Since then, I've been getting constant outreach: about once a week I get a phone call, a long voicemail, text messages, and flyers in the mail. I've called them several times asking to be removed from all future communications: * First call (about 3 months ago): I was very polite, asked to be taken off their list, and was told it would be done. It wasn't. * Second call (about 2 months ago): I asked again, was told again that I'd be removed. The calls, texts, and mailers still kept coming. * Third call (about 2 weeks ago): I was more firm this time and reminded them I had already asked nicely more than once. I also mentioned I'd leave reviews if it continued. And still... nothing has changed. At this point, it feels like once they have your name, phone number, and address, you're stuck in their system whether you want it or not. So again, I'm not saying anything about Dr. Amber's skills as a chiropractor, because I honestly don't know. What I do know is that their marketing has become very aggressive, and they have not respected repeated, reasonable requests to stop contacting me. If you're considering using this office, just be aware that you may be bombarded with calls, voicemails, texts, and mailers once they get your information - and in my experience, getting off their list is much harder than it should be.

If you are looking for a Dr that truly cares, listens, empathizes with your situation and most likely fixes your problem as much as physically fixable, then you found it here. Dr Azizi is experienced and educated beyond any other Chiropractor I came across. His knowledge goes beyond a Chiro, to PT, Orthopedic Doctor, sport specialist and many more. Above everything else when you meet him you feel you are meeting an old friend who deeply cares for you. In addition his office is clean and fully equipped, got all you need I fully recommend him for all Chri/PT snd Orthopedic matters.

If you want to be seen on time or have a tight schedule this is not the place. They are often not…read moreprepared, punctuality is not a thing, and are often overbooking people for their service. I will say they have a great Dr. and services for their facility. They do listen to your concerns regarding treatment. Although, You are often left waiting with no communication from their end on how long your appointment will actually be. As a professional practice, it would be great if their office experience would improve and the consideration for their patients.
