I have been on the wellness plan for a while now and it is a really good deal for keeping spine and posture health good. $69/ month for 4 visits is worth it specifically when the doctors know what they are doing. But there are two things which get in the way of a great experience. First, the doctor keep changing especially on Sunday which is when I am able to come. Some are really good like Dr. Reese and Dr. Braun. While some of the others are not quite there. So this leads to inconsistent treatment. And secondly they are not the best always at treating any kind of specific back pain or issues. There have been times when the issue I came with got aggravated due to the treatment being overdone. But overall I keep coming here for now because it helps with overall maintenance and keeps the intense aches and pains away. read more

I really like the chiropractor here he knows what he's doing and is very kind. But for some reason the front desk doesn't ever really seem like they know what they're doing. Sometimes they ask for ID. Sometimes my first and last name. It just isn't super professional for a "medical" type of service. Today the girl asked for my phone number, first name, and date of birth. Couldn't find me so then asked for my last name which I felt weird saying it all out loud to begin. Then told me that they didn't have time to adjust me. Wow! In this current day and age I can't believe the customer service I received here. I happen to be in the area and was intrigued with the $29 dollar sign and wanted to learn more. So I walked in and nobody was in the front. So I peeped behind the wall and a young gentleman comes out and says "can I help you?" I said I wanted to know more about the special and he replied "what about it?" I really didn't know how to reply because that caught me off guard. I didn't want to lose my cool so I just played along. They definitely lost a new customer. I will never go back based on his level of customer service skills. Another tall gentleman in glasses (maybe the doctor) came out from behind the wall. He was a tad bit nicer. But, I definitely caught them both off guard and I apologize for wanting to know more about this business. I really felt like I was bothering them both. This place has no customer service. This place went down the hill. I would not recommend anybody to go to this joint chiropractor facility. I was only going there because Dr manfree was the assigned doctor to the location. But I guess they fired him as well and ever since the new chiropractor his name is " Dr mark Fenton" , he is very rude and customer service is not there. If you mention to him your an existing customer they don't care they have to re evaluate your paper work. I had a direct chat with one of the doctors which he claimed he was one of the owners. I would give this place a 4 star review on a normal non-covid year, BUT a couple of weeks ago as I walked into the clinic there was a patient without a mask just talking to the receptionist. She did not bother to offer him a mask eventhough this facility has signs on the door saying masks are required. To make matters worse, the doctor on duty that day did not have a mask on as well. He proceeded to do the un-masked patient's treatment without a mask of his own. Before my own treatment, I had to ask the doctor to put a mask on, otherwise he wouldn't put in on. They were super professional. I came here for some deep scapula/shoulder pains and it only seemed to be getting worse. I came in and they took care of me--walked me through all treatment options, etc. I feel as though they try to hook you in on getting on a long-standing treatment plan, which sort of feels gimmicky. Honestly, I had some issues with my health spending plan and they were willing to help me work everything out and get me the refund I needed since I wasn't able to buy massages in advance. I loved this place when Dr. Manfre was here but he's not here now and it's not the same. I'm canceling my membership after several years. So I see a response from the business manager. Please let us know why Dr. Manfre is no longer there. If it was his choice, then good for him. But to have a doctor leave suddenly with no news does not make me feel comfortable. When my doctor went out on maternity leave, she let us know. When one moved to another practice, they let us know. Dr Nicholas is simply awesome. I have an athletic injury in my neck and get chronic headaches but always find myself pushing through the pain. I've been a member for about two months, I really like that they're open 7 days a week. With my work schedule changing every week and their flexible hours. It's very convenient to choose any day with no appointment for a quick in & out adjustment. Today I was able to wash, wax, and detail my vehicle with minimal pain. Very clean! I was so happy they were open on Saturday. I was in so much pain and it was so good to have someone to help me get better. They are so organized and it feels so welcoming when you walk in. I had a pinched sciatic nerve. I was so nervous about having a different chiropractor attend to me. New patient- I called to see if I can make an appointment for 2. Gentleman on the phone stated no appointment needed, walk-ins only. I called back because we got a little lost due to not realizing they had moved from location. I called to verify the address and same Gentleman was rude on the phone and stated address could be found online. I was already not happy because he was being rude. We showed up and instead of being welcoming first thing he said was" scan your code". This is the first time we come here so we were not sure what he was talking about. So I mention we are new patient and right away he said "we are very busy today we can only do one person per party". That is not what was said to me over the phone prior to showing up he said its walk-in only so why wouldn't you be able to see 2 walk-in?
