This is a review about the business practice of this Joint. They are money mongers and take your money whether you go there or not. They've overcharged me over $300 on my credit card and refuse to refund. There are too many other good chiropractors who do not transact business in this way, which is grabbing your money while not providing you the service. Please don't fall prey to this practice! Tell your friends! No matter how they explain it away, they are taking people's money because they set up a business system that does just that. I have been in the hospital and rehab for a broken hip and still they continue to charge me. Too bad the Joint had to stoop so low. Some of their providers really care about their patients but its clear as day, the management only cares about grabbing your money. The joint accepted walk-ins and they're open until 7 at night when weekdays so this was very convenient for me. The first Walk-In visit was only $29 an additional walk-ins are only 39 dollars. This is a very good price for adjustments. I would say out of all the years I've been seeing chiropractors the difference between what I paid for at the joint and other chiropractors that charge 60 to $80 is the 60 to $80 chiropractors spend more time adjusting everything from head to toe where the joint seemed that they only isolated the one area that was a concern. Overall very clean professional and friendly I plan to go back for a second adjustment so would return again. read more

Dr. Harris is great! We walked in because we were vacationing here and needed an adjustment. The doctor took the time to talk to us and learn what we needed. Dr Armstrong came out and greeted me. After an evaluation he did an adjustment. I was sent home with Patient Visitation Plan. I am feeling much better and hope to follow up with another visit. Love this office! Dr. listens and gives appropriate time to my treatment & care. I never feel rushed. I've been coming to this location since it opened. I usually don't have to wait but a few minutes if that, meaning 10 minutes. (Just sit back and read the US magazine and get caught up with the entertainment world while you wait. ha) Friendly staff. I went here in a time of need in terrible pain crying. I went in feeling and knowing I'm going to need more treatment. So the first visit not much he didn't even manipulate me much. So I came in two days later and got the wind knocked out of me. By 7 pm. I couldn't move I was holding my neck crying icing it finally at 2am my husband took me to the ER 5 hours later. Shots prescriptions I didn't realize and forgot I signed a monthly deal for 69.00 Anyways I went 2 times only, I got charged which I couldn't afford due to lack of income and my husband was in a near fatal accident truck destroyed amongst other issues thst was not our fault. I called in no management there. They took a message. No one called back. So next day I called again. Told the manager was out. So I called again finally I reached her. I explained the situation how I was hurt etc and barely touched about hard times. For thst isn't there problem. She asked several questions to seem like she cared. Then told me sorry the owner says we can't help you. But we are happy to let you use your visits whenever. I was I've been in twice. Sorry. So needless to say please if you need a legit chiropractic.
