I had a really refreshing experience here. I've not used them for chiropractic care but several…read moremonths back, I just did not feel well and I was having some very concerning symptoms but had been told I was fine and I was seeking a holistic place that would look at my whole body and help me get to the root of what was causing me to feel poorly. Traditional medical practices just don't take the time to do that. I was feeling discouraged because holistic practices are not able to take insurance unfortunately (it's no fault of their own, it's the way the system is) and every place I called either offered health membership plans I couldn't afford or very high costs for a phone call and then even higher prices for an in person visit. I called this place as a last resort, literally in tears because I was losing hope. Dr. Daniel called me back the same day and spent I believe 15 mins with me on the phone, listening to all my concerns and he was so truly kind and helpful and honestly cared about what I was saying. Their in office visits are not cheap but they were actually in my price range! It was an answer to prayer, so I was able to make an appointment with his super sweet, super knowledgeable nurse practitioner, Megan. She spent an entire hour with me and she was amazing and honestly cared about my health. They did very extensive lab work and were able to help me figure out some underlining issues I was having and help me come up with a holistic, no med plan for feeling better. They even did more extensive lab work on my thyroid levels and were able to see that I did need my dosage changed and needed vitamin B to help me convert my thyroid medication. The traditional doctors I had seen, had not told me I needed a medication adjustment nor that I needed to be taking vitamin B because they don't take the time to check all the things that really should be checked. The only downside is that while they were able to tell me that I needed my thyroid med dosage changed, they are not able to actually write prescriptions, so I did end up having to still go to a regular medicine doctor to get my prescription changed, which I was hoping to just be able to make a permanent switch to holistic medicine. It also makes it to where I can't afford to keep coming to them for my thyroid checks, with them not taking insurance, only to then still have to go pay more money at another place everytime. So sadly, even though I love them and they are great, honest and caring people, I didn't go back after my follow up, which was also an hour long and a wonderful experience. If I could get my prescription filled here and not have to go somewhere else, I would come here and only here but it was well worth it to come and have them help me so much. All the scary symptoms I was having are gone now thanks to them helping me figure out that I did need my medicine changed which I was able to show the other establishment in my blood work. They also helped me learn other things I had going on that I've been able to correct with diet changes. I have felt SO much better and I have them to thank for it. Their front desk staff is also very nice and professional. I recommend them without a doubt.

I am modifying my initial review for two reasons:…read more #1 - Dr. Gonzalez is an anti-vaxxer who uses his platform as a medical professional to share his anti-vax beliefs on Facebook, even though it is outside his area of expertise. I personally believe this is irresponsible when COVID vaccines are the best tool we have for getting back to a new normal. COVID-19 has disproportionately affected the Hispanic community in terms of hospitalizations and mortalities, so it is unfortunate that someone in his position is instilling fear in the community rather than dispelling rumors and misinformation. #2 - I visited Dr. Gonzalez fifteen times in three months and did not notice an improvement in my neck pain and mobility issues. Sometimes I would get temporary relief after an adjustment, but no lasting improvements. I also realized that they do take a very similar approach with every patient -- we all go in and do pretty much the same exercises and then spend a few minutes on the table getting adjusted by Dr. Gonzalez. It was not the customized treatment plan I was hoping for. Dr. Gonzalez is a really nice guy and I truly wish him nothing but the best. This review is simply a reflection of my own experience.

I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I highly recommend it to ANYONE who is in ANY kind of discomfort.

X-rays showed nothing was broken but I was still in horrific pain! What was I going to do?!?! Then a friend of mine suggested I meet Dr. Bailey. They had met her years ago at an event for women in Agriculture and she had helped my friend with various neck, back, and shoulder pain over the years. My friend said that Dr. B was different than what I had experienced before... (I thought "okkkkk" lol) I was in horrible pain and had nothing left to lose, so I text Dr. B and scheduled an appointment. Dr. Bailey was so kind and so gentle!! There were no moments of being scared or being jerked on. In fact, it was quite relaxing. The pain and my anxiety had both faded by the time she was done working on me. I actually felt better! Best part, she didn't try to sell me a huge session package for $X thousands of dollars like the last guy. She just helped me and made me feel like I have a choice and a say in my healthcare plan! Dr. Bailey gave me my life back after back pain had threatened to take it away. Make your appointment today. Thanks, Dr. B!

The doctor did not seem to know much about pregnancy - she told me to stretch which in the 3rd trimester you have to be very careful bc of excess relaxin, she actually caused more pain and triggered sciatica. Secondly the care continues to be a joke... a headache when Enrique tried to massage my neck causes it to hurt which even the use of essential oils doesn't work and will not be allowed in my office. I'm preparing to file a compliant to the Texas Medical Board to evaluate and assess his practice. Lastly, my parents have requested I stay away from the doctor and this place.
