I first heard about The Joint from a friend of mine. I have been to a Chiropractor before, but never here. I started having lower back pains and then it traveled to my upper back and neck. I have been coming here for about five years. It has been part of my weekly physical self-care. Last year I was struggling with horrible headaches and some emotional issues that I knew were manifesting through my body. I can not say enough about Dr.Doan and the extreme care she took of me. This was my first visit to a chiropractor. I never thought of going to one until recently. I've always had lower back pain, wrist pain from being a Barista, and many other issues. I am literally laying in bed and feeling 0 pain around my lower back. Normally when I lay flat on my back in bed a huge burning sensation would happen around my lower back area to the point where it almost felt impossible to breath. This first visit was very informative and I told Dr. Felix everything. After a lot of adjustments, I felt really light! My shoulders definitely do not feel like a ton of bricks and when I stretch a certain way I can comfortably breath. Definitely will try the month and see from there! read more

I drove to the Vacaville to go to the Joint from Napa. It seemed like the most affordable. I've been in a lot of pain and since losing my job and health insurance due to the pandemic . I walked in and was immediately taken aback by the receptionist with how curt and rude she was and how she talked to me like a child. I get it if people are being awful to you, but I honestly just walked in the door and was asked to be seen. I should have walked out right then as I felt so uncomfortable. I'm in the industry and already a calm person and would never treat another with disrespect. I met the Dr for about a minute of my issues. He told me he'd like to see me once a week and let's get on a plan. He then tried my neck and then took a call. He came back and tried my upper back and quit and sent me off. Didn't try anything else. You'd like to get me on a plan of coming back once a week but won't even try to help me one time?. I went to my car and cried out of frustration. Please do not waste your money here and go to a real chiropractor. You are just a number. read more

Love this place! Sent in on a recommendation from a manager of the local GNC and my husband and I are so happy we took his advice. My husband was Struggling with severe back issues due to being at a computer all day and massage was not working. Finally found a remedy that lasts until his next session! There are times when they are busy and there is a bit of a wait but you would wait to even get an appointment at a Dr's office so the fact that you can walk in and get adjusted with limited wait time is awesome. I would recommend the joint for the most BASIC of needs. Stiff neck, stiff back, they do great work. However with my last visit I told the doctor what my orthopedic surgeon had found with an MRI. A labrum tear in my hip. The doctor assured me that a realignment would be helpful. Trusting the work they had done previously I allowed it. Really didn't feel like the doctor did any realignment and just pushed all his body weight down on my bad hip. I woke up the next day in excruciating pain, I had to be driven to the ER. At the ER I was diagnosed with a sprain in my hip and now I'm out of work for a couple of weeks because of my occupation. If you have a diagnosed condition, DO NOT go to The Joint. Follow whatever instruction your actual physician gives you. I wouldn't advise a quicky chiropractic joint for any serious physical aliments. I've reached out to their corporate office and haven't heard back from them yet. Admittingly I did not utilize my plan as much as I could and now I really feel like I wasted more of my money. Paid for 6 months of service (my fault, not theirs) and ended up out of work, and a hefty ER copay. Also, the front desk woman I dealt with initially (Christina) was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. She was the reason I initially joined. I'm not sure if she's still with the company but she's an amazing asset to the business. read more

I've been coming to The Joint for a few weeks and I'm so glad that I have. It was scary at first, very scary, but the lower back pain from working a desk job has improved easily 70%. I love that they only do walk ins and the longest I've waited is only about 15 minutes. The two people that I've met working the front desk are warm, welcoming and fast to help. I signed up for the $79/month wellness plan and will probable opt out after the required 2 months since I don't plan to continue going so often. All I have to say is please do not come to this place! I had a bad Injury a couple of months ago The doctor I saw actually hurt my back more. I also waited for a long time to be seen and then he tried selling me a plan and he kept insisting, I felt pressured, uncomfortable. I've never had such a bad experience before.I would never come here again! Don't waste your time Do your research first before you go to a chiropractor. This place just isn't it. They have a good system, don't get me wrong, u sign up for a membership and scan the little card when u go in and it's easy and smooth, however my issues lie with their level of effort they put into your care and the transparency of their flex plan. Every time I went in they would spend maybe 3 minutes max working with me and cracking my back, and several of the times i could feel that the doctor didn't do the move right bc it didn't make the same sound or feel the same as it had on the other side, and they just left it and let me go. I left in actually more pain than I had come in with. Lastly I am very frustrated because i purchased their cheapest plan, the flex plan that is $20 a month plus $20 every time you come in. I was not told when i signed up for the the plan that it would be a 6 month commitment, so after having back to back unhelpful experiences, I tried to cancel it and they told me I couldn't and I had to wait until October to cancel. I was frustrated but I am not the type to get upset at employees, so I just left and came back in october. When October rolled around I went back to cancel and they told me I couldn't cancel until DECEMBER and that there was nothing I could do. I could have sworn I signed up sooner, but I didn't see the point in arguing with the lady at the desk who looked genuinely sorry for the previous miscommunication, so I left and decided to write this review to warn anyone else who thought this place would solve their problems - it won't its just gonna take ur money for the bare minimum of service. read more
