We called to see if we could get in as a walk in at the Vacaville facility, we were assured we could. Drove two hours only to be told by an uneducated front desk employee that "change of plans" we are not seeing anyone this afternoon. I'm astonished that a physicians office would hire someone that has the social awareness of a child, and the personality of a rock. Very disappointed. I showed up right at opening to get in and out. The very nice girl at the desk checked me in and said to have a seat. She then made a couple quick calls. 5 minutes later, she said she had no idea where the doctor was. 20 minutes later, with a waiting area full of people, the jerk walks in, with Starbucks coffee in hand. Doesn't say a word to anyone, not even the receptionists. He never called to say he would be late nor did he answer his phone when the office called. He is completely unprofessional. If I could give this place 0 stars that would still not be enough for the treatment received today. I have been coming here since November 2023 and Dr. Kim is amazing however he recently moved to a different location. I went in today and was supposed to be seen by Dr. Doan and when they say everything happens for a reason it sure does. Thank you for your unprofessionalism and rude self. I will gladly take my business else where. I was unaware of the policy and didn't see any signs where speaking on phones is prohibited in the back area where the beds are. I apologized and stated just that I was unaware and was speaking to my child that was stationed in Missouri however Dr, Doan proceeded to yell from bed one stating their policy once again in front of other patients as well. As if that wasn't bad enough I then proceed to the front desk asking to cancel my membership and I was dumbfounded that she (I believe her name is Angelina) even asked for a reason. Did she not just hear what took place? She tried to get loud as well and I simply stated she didn't need to yell at me as well along with my displeasure of how the Dr. spoke to me. Sadly, she defended her Dr.'s unacceptable behavior. A simple explanation and talking to me like a decent human being would've suffice. I will never recommend a toxic environment as such that fosters this type of behavior. Customer service and learning how to speak to your customers in a respectful manner goes a long way. read more

I have been going to this location since April 2021. Never been to a chiropractor before. Dr Doan is amazing! I was such a mess I had to go 3 times a week for the first month. Then twice a week for the second month. After that I go weekly and have been since. Don't get me wrong I still cringe when I get my neck adjusted because I cannot stand the sound of it. I laugh after because you would think I would be use to it. I am just very grateful for Dr Doan because I get relief each and every week. One time I tried skipping a week to see what would happen. Let's just say I will never do that again. She makes me laugh each visit. She definitely knows what she is doing. There are times when I was in tears because I was in so much pain before I get adjusted and she takes the time to calm me down and tell me that I really have to take good care of myself and learn to control my stress. They criticized me and my husband because I told them I have him help pop my back at home.... during the adjustment she barely touched me and said she would rather work on this long term so I'd have to sign up for a plan, then they tried to make me sign up for their plan and when I opted out the girl at the desk got even more rude than before and rushed me out the door. 0/5 stars from me and won't ever go back! read more

Went in for a new patient consult today after the Hubby recommended I try it out. He's been coming regularly for a couple months now. He's big in the gym so stiffness and soreness is recurring for him, especially in his neck. When he comes home from the chiropractor, you can totally see a difference in his mobility and he swears by it at this point. So, I gave it a shot - but I'm also 8 months pregnant and was a little hesitant. Dr. Moody was there today and adjusted my upper back first (heavenly), then my neck and then my lower back. Holy cow, I feel like I can stand straighter, walking better and eased the constant pressure on my hips from carrying this big ol' belly. Needless to say, I signed up. Personality wise, he's the perfect balance of up-beat, sociable and treatment focused. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I like that I don't have to make an appointment. The balance with a walk-in approach is that Saturday mornings/noon time can have a long wait, but it's worth it for Dr. Nick's adjustment. I have been utilizing chiropractic care since 2009- when suddenly I was unable to walk, lie down, or basically do anything without an unbearable pain in my lower back- caused me to desperately seek chiropractic services. The receptionist, Tamra, was and always continues to be very welcoming and personable. She provided an array of information for us to think about in terms of the costs (which are SUPER affordable, btw). After talking with Dr. Moody and getting our initial assessment, I was happy to give this place a try. Dr. Moody is consistent in his service and is a good man who, after practicing for many years, genuinely seems to want to provide these services to others in need at a great price. I have also seen Dr. Nick as well- he is also a great guy too- just has different techniques but still gets the job done. Needless to say, I have been coming here for many months now and love it! I even got my spouse to come along as well, whom also loves it here. We come weekly! One thing to note: although I'm sure they do appointments- walk in's are their thing! This is such a convenience for us, but sometimes during certain times it can be a bit of a wait.... Used to go to the joint in Pinole & loved it but I recently relocated and so I wanted to try this location & maybe restart my membership again. I walked in, there was already two people waiting in the front, receptionist didn't even acknowledge me, and when I said hello to her, the only response I got was "scan your key tag" without even looking up at. So I scanned the tag and asked if I could pay before I went back and she kept shuffling through papers and just said "uh, yea, you're going to have to give me a second" so I stood there for a couple seconds and then told her I would just pay after and was ignored again. Then another woman walked in and was directed straight to the back, even though she came in after. I also got no heads up of how long the wait time was. Overall terrible experience. I left without being adjusted simply because I didn't want to give my money to a company that thinks it's okay to treat patients like that. read more
