Let me just preface by saying I'm not a huge fan of seafood, but my mama wanted to come here for her birthday, so here we ate. Had the fried shrimp basket and didnt much care for it. Whatever breading they used to fry the shrimp did nothing for flavor and was pretty bland/floury. Service was good as we had a little bit of a larger party. Got our own space on the side of the restaurant which was nice.

18% gratuity included in final check for groups over six. Even if you are getting separate checks, each check will have gratuity calculated and added to your final check. The server missed out on making a few more sales as she closed our tickets without asking if we wanted anything more. She reopened our checks to add desserts. No refills were offered on sodas. Not sure if that is normal. This is a chain restaurant and the experience lived up to what our group expected. We will continue to enjoy The Juicy Seafood restaurant. I would like to see some signage in the restroom pointing out that there are family facilities for people who need to care for their infants. I saw a lady was changing her baby on the bathroom sink with her baby bag change cloth. I told our server and she said there is a family room for that, but I didn't see it and that parent didn't see it.

A boil on a Tuesday. Made it out to have dinner here with a couple if friends i seen they had a deal pick 3 for $24z it was all half lb which is fine still plenty of food for 1 person. I got shrimp (head off) clams and crawfish which was decent size and are in season. Hot with the juicy special which was all seasoning. Missed their happy hour by 5 mins. Overall food was good and delicious. Nice and spacious plenty of seating and nice decor definitely a seafood place great atmosphere.

Well I gotta say if reviews were strictly based on food this would have been a 5/5!! It was Friday night so figures it would be packed but surprisingly not nearly as laughable inside as I assumed it would be for how many people had the same idea we did!! Well lit, small aquarium against the far wall and easy access to the restroom and there was an upstairs too! We tried several of the specialty cocktails but ended up with a beer on tap (amazing selection though!)! Tables were spacious and had plenty of room for each of us to get our own bag of goodness! I got the number 5 with no sausage and sub LOBSTERTAIL!!!!?!? So worth it!!! Staff was great and food was delicious... my only complaints is that this seafood restaurant set our table with plastic food ware- very difficult to break crab shells with a plastic fork without it breaking!!?!

I don't think I'll ever not be happy when I go to Juicy Seafood. A staple celebration restaurant for me. Sometimes you also just eant to celebrate a Tuesday afternoon. My sister, deathly allergic to crustaceans, will risk her life and come here. Great food! The service is inconsistent as they usually have many new young waitstaff. Their regular wait service members are awesome though! AND, they bag up your peftovers for you too! Butcher-papered tables mean you can make your own mess while the restaurant keeps itself clean.

We came here for the first time based on a friends recommendation and holy crap it was good!!! We had the Juicy combo 3 and 5 and both were amazing. They have a build your own bag or combos that are already set. Then you can pick the seasoning and heat level! It for sure is plenty of food for one especially depending on the combo you get. The combo 5 had lobster which was cooked great and so was the shrimp in both. They were juicy and not overcooked at all. The garlic butter seasoning was so good and the medium heat had some kick to it for medium. The sausage in mine was also freaking amazing and was super juicy. I wish there was bread with this though for the juices in the bag! Now when we got here the wait for 2 was over an hour but we were lucky and got seats at the bar. The inside was decorated great too and felt like you were coast side! Our waitress at the bar was amazing and always making sure we were good to go. I was really surprised at how quick the food comes out too. Great place that I will recommend and come to again!

I have been here a few times most recently I came on 08/07/2025 and this visit was wonderful. i spoke with John the manager and he was very nice. My waitress Sophie was amazing. She was attentive and check on me frequently. i could tell she was new but she did great! The bartender Ray is amazing also. He was nice when I spoke with him and he makes really good martinis, and the BEST lychee martini I've ever had.

Went to the Longmont location. If you pick carefully from the menu, it was a pretty good deal. Overall the food was good and worth the price if you pick carefully. Got the two lobster roll basket. Would prefer Maine style but that is my preference. The clam chowder was good, but could use some roux thickening . Hmmm and more clams. Service was and Overall would go back.

Made a visit on a Wednesday evening after work with my friends after hearing them rave about it and thought, how good can it be knowing we're thousands of miles away from the closest ocean? Spoiler alert: this was hands-down the most immaculate seafood experience I've ever had (and I'm from the east coast where seafood is our speciality). We were surprisingly seated immediately when we came in considering how packed it was (on a Wednesday evening like whaaat). Our waitress, Jasmine, was super sweet, fast and attentive which elevated our experience. I'm an absolute fiend for crawfish, so I decided to go all in and order a pound of crawfish for myself. I chose it with the juicy special sauce and medium spice. Before your bag of heaven is served, you're given a large bowl for shells, gloves, bibs, and towelettes. This is already enough to say s*it's about to get messy, but you know it's about to be so worth it. Our food came out shortly and let me tell y'all, the crawfish left me BREATHLESS. It was delicious, flavorful, juicy and meaty, I completely forgot it's the off-season. Picking through the shells was like unwrapping little Christmas presents, each one more delicious than the last. I realized my friends and I had not spoken to each other the majority of the time as we were locked IN on our food, not to mention speechless at how amazing it was. For all my fellow crawfish fiends out there in the area, dropping a visit here is an absolute *must*. I heard it gets extra busy on the weekends, but you know it's about to buss when that's the case. 100/10, highly recommend for those ready to get their hands dirty (literally) in some of the juiciest seafood :-)

The restaurant was pretty busy so we had to wait longer than we wanted to place an order. As far as the food, it felt more like baos and dumplings, not so much the classic dim sum styled foods. Another con was that the menu had so many non available items-items that would have completed the dim sum experience a little better. If you want actual dim sum, go somewhere else. It was fun for the experience and value, so I was glad we came once.

It was literally just lettuce with a heap of hidden valley ranch drenched on top. However, mostly everything was pretty good. The fried rice was delicious and the crab cheese wontons were so yummy. There were a few items I had never heard of before and gave em a go. The lava buns (sweet and salty egg custard filling) were so delicious and had a nice sweet flavor. Service was great. My Chicken Parmesan may have been the best I have ever eaten. However, the service obliterated an otherwise excellent meal. Many reviews describe Bettola as a hidden gem with warm, attentive service. That makes our treatment even harder to understand. I waited tables years ago, so I am extremely lenient with waitstaff. I know how hard they work and what they endure. Do you know how rude and dismissive a waiter must be for me to write a one-star review? VERY. I do not know his name. He appeared to be serving most, perhaps all, of this small restaurant. That is a tremendous workload, and slow service alone would not have upset me. Maybe he was having a terrible day. Maybe he was in pain. I truly do not know. But he seemed friendly with many other customers while treating us with indifference. He was inattentive, and dismissive, and appeared entirely comfortable behaving that way. Why were we treated differently? Was it because we were older? Was it because I am Black? I sincerely hope neither was true, but his conduct left me asking those questions. Whatever you are going through, every guest deserves your best. We were kind and respectful. Even a difficult guest deserves basic dignity because a waiter has no idea what that person may have endured that day, either. Respect must travel in both directions. Always. Our party divided the check. I don't know what my friends left him, but I still left a 25% tip. I did that because I remember the work and because countless waiters give their guests outstanding service every day. The kitchen produced a remarkable meal. The Chicken Parmesan alone could bring me back. But excellent food cannot erase treatment that makes guests feel unwelcome. Bettola deserved better representation. We deserved better treatment. Everyone does. Do your job, treat every guest with dignity and respect, and do your job well, or quit, man.
