Absolutely Adore their food, extremely Delicious, they are extremely helpful when it comes to customers wanting some different things done to a meal and I really sincerely appreciate that. I love their egg rolls. Very very tasty and easy to chew. I had orange chicken yesterday with fried rice and an egg roll and it was fried very very well for the lunch portion which for me I ended up with leftovers so thank you thank you thank you please go and try this restaurant off of Havana a little bit north of I live in Aurora, Colorado.

Sliced Beef Combination in Chili Sauce

This is the third time I have been here. It is SOOOOOO good! Today I tried two selections from the chefs menu. The Sliced Beef Combination in Chili Sauce and the Vegetable Delight. Let's start with the Sliced Beef. It is a little difficult to explain Sichuan Peppercorns if you have never had them. Probably one of the most accurate descriptions I have heard to date is that it is akin to 'addictive battery acid'. This is a food you experience! The flavors play in your mouth like a symphony while the peppercorns deliver depth and surprise like symbols crashing together at that exact right moment! And the peppercorns aren't overdone, they give just enough to excite your palate and make you want more. In stark contrast the Vegetable Delight is well seasoned al dente vegetables that just taste like home. This is not a boring standard mix either! We have King Oyster Mushroom, Broccoli, Bell Peppers, Wood Ear Mushrooms (a.k.a. Black Fungus) and my personal favorite: Lotus Roots. This is a light, bright well executed dish that is very soft on the palate after all the excitement of the sichuan peppercorns. The third dish I had today is the Pea Sprouts in garlic sauce. This is a humble green. Also done very well. You know the kids that don't like peas? That was never me. I have always loved peas! I would eat other kids peas that they didn't want. Imagine my delight upon discovering Stir Fryed Pea Greens! So good! They're Light, slightly crisp full bodied greens that give a satisfying chew! Pass the Pea Greens, please!!!!!! Chef Liu has only been here a few months and I am so glad they're here! The owners seem super nice too! It matters who cooks your food and the energy they impart to the work they do. This place is so clean energetically, iykyk. Looking forward to over ordering and having leftovers for later for years to come!!!!

Still did not have the courage to try some of better known spicy dishes at the recently opened Chef Liu's Kitchen and only had the appetite for lunch, so ordered the braised beef noodle soup and stir fried vegetables instead. The braised beef noodle here was quite different from the ones at other places. The broth was darker , aromatic and the flavor was heavier. The beef cubes were tender, savory and well braised. The noodle was firm, springy and chewy. Overall quite authentic and very enjoyable. Heard the spicy version was even better. The stir fried vegetable surprisingly had the wok hei aroma, bringing out the fresh taste of the vegetables. Chef Liu's Kitchen is at the Sushi Katsu shopping center on Havana, right by Coffee Story.

Sichuan Green Beans ( without minced Pork)

A big thanks to fellow Yelper, Mark T. for his review and insight for this new authentic Chinese restaurant in the Denver area! We enjoyed our food at this new establishment. We ordered the Black Pepper Steak with Mushroom, Peking Style Shredded Pork in Soy Paste, and Beef Chow Fun. We also ordered the Sichuan Green Beans but without the minced pork so that we had a vegetarian option. We were a little disappointed that the Chow Fun was not the traditional Ho Fun noodles used for this dish. Unfortunately, it tasted like it was dried rice noodles from a package instead. I think this dish could use a little improvement. Otherwise, the flavor of our dishes was tasty. Customer service was on point too. We were checked on and our water glasses were refilled without asking. We will visit this restaurant again to try other items on the menu.

Do you use MSG in your food and how are the Egg Rolls and Cream Cheese Wontons, please?

Hi Marina, we do use a small amount of MSG in some dishes. We can take it out for most of them. Egg rolls and cheese wontons are made without MSG

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were a group of 13. Steve was so friendly,…read moreattentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. He even surprised us with sweet treats at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious. We loved the appetizers, the sizzling dishes were flavorful, and the hot pot was packed with fresh meats and vegetables. The soup bases were especially amazing and tied everything together perfectly. Excellent service and great food. We'll definitely be back!

TASTY POT! Located in the skirt of Parker Road, Tasty…read morePot is both unique than most other hotpot places as they have so much variety in the Menu, ranging from in house Milk Teas and Slushies, Rize plates Skillets with a huge variety of protein choices, and of course their Hot Pots Specialties! HUGE HUGE SELECTION! Im not excactly sure which cuisine it is at first, I believe Taiwanese? Ive picked up some dishes were vietnamese too, like they had Bo Ne, but we didnt end up ordering it, we definetely will have to next time!! Place wasnt too busy and we were greated right away and seated. Everything was clean and organized, we were given I believed iced jasmine or black tea instead of water which was new but in a good way! It was a delicious drink! Will take a picture of the mnu next time, but everything is explained well and the me u is easy to read as well. You can easily chiose your soice level as well as any allergies you might have. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and made sure to ask us how we prefered everything and made good recommendations.Service was quick and friendly and we were checked in regularly! We ordered: "Popcorn Chicken" 3/5 NOT a huge fan of popcorn chicken at all as I always find it dry and wasnt my choice of order but I was suprised! Its a lot more moist and fresh than I thought and the sauce that came with it really complimented the dish! HUGE PORTION TOO!!! Will definetely order next time as well! "Lemongrass Beef Sizzling Ribs" 5/5 This was my most favorite dish, it came in pipping hot and sizzling on a hot skillet! Our server did table service and mixed it for us nicely to enjoy, kind if reminds me of Gyukakus beef rib rice dish as well! The meat is nice and tender, marinated and grilled to perfection. The fried rice mixed with the cheese and onions were perfect combinated with the meat. Its insanely delicious and if you havent ordered it, youre respectfully insane. "Tonkatsu" 4.5/5 There are so many options to their hotpots but we decided to stay basic, we will definetely try the other broths next time! The broth was insanely delicious! Each hotpots come with plenty proteins/veggies. Ours came with lettuce, different tofus, sliced beef, ?fish cake?, immation crab, clams, and more. We have also ordered Taro Milk Tea and Strawberry Creme at the end which tasted so fresh and delicious. It definetely wasnt too sweet, it was just perfect. Im glad we saved room for the drinks hehe. Price was fair for all the food we ordered, everything had good portions and we could even share one main dish perfectly. Tasty Pot offers hearth, fresh, and insanely delicious food with great service! Do not be alarmed if you are not too familiar with cuisine as the staff will help you out and make good recommendations! Will definetely be coming back regularly!

My wife and I found out about Dating Yummy a few years ago when our friend who lived in Shanghai…read moreChina before who was visiting and wanted to find authentic Chinese food and dumplings. We loved this restaurant particularly the YuShsn Eggplant and MaPo tofu. We had noticed that the restaurant had changed names and the menu had removed these items a month or so ago and were disappointed. Tonight we were looking to get takeout and noticed the name and old menu had been restored. We were excited to have our favorites again but were quickly disappointed. First when I picked up the food I was told that they did not have a lot of MaPo tofu but that they gave me what they had and gave me a $5 bill back...weird. Then I got home and looked at the food and could tell right away that it was not right. The MaPo tofu had peas and carrots that were obviously from frozen and def not in traditional Chinese MaPo tofu. The eggplant was mostly bell pepper and odd pickled vegetables with very little actual eggplant. The crab cheese wantons were dry and flavorless. We were very upset after spending $50 on food that we could not stomach to finish after a few bites. I threw the food away. I decided to call and request a refund. The new owner was very hostile. I tried to be nice and just said the food was not what we expected and that we could not eat it as it did not taste right that we would like a refund. He raised his voice and was angry and kept insisting the recipes had not changed and asking when was the last time we ate there. He insisted that I drive the food back so he could look at it and maybe he would give a refund. I told him I threw the food away and would not spend another 30 minutes total in the car to drive back there. Even if I was in the wrong, the new owner was insulting and never made any attempt to listen to my concerns. I stated that MaPo tofu does not have peas and carrots. He responded stating "this is traditional Chinese, not Americanized." The man is gaslighting me because I knew this is not true as I have had this dish at other restaurants for years and it never included vegetables. I looked it up apparently ONLY Americanized versions of this dish have peas and carrots. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company for a chargeback. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers this way. Two thumbs down.

Really great experience and relaxed atmosphere…read more I played tennis with some friends at Utah Park Tennis Courts and we were all starving after. This place was really close by and honestly I saw a tiktok about it so I just had to try it for myself. They share a parking lot with the surrounding businesses but there was plenty of space. The server was quick to seat us and bring us menus. My sister was with us and she is gluten free. They said they could do some dishes :) I got the sweet and sour chicken! I always get the sauce on the side so my chicken doesn't get soggy. It was tasteful! I tried my sisters gluten free sesame beef and it was really good as well! Overall the staff was really friendly and attentive! Food tasted great and I would come back for sure :)
