Small town good stuff! I always stop here to eat when visiting G'ville, their breakfast is so good, as is the service we've always received. Friendly folk - sure thing, no one's in a hurry, it's your chance to slow down a bit & relax. Brayden (sp?) was repeatedly on top of it all, excellent level of service. -I go here all the time. In fact everyone there knows me because I grew up there. Everyone is the sweetest. I've never really met a person. There wasn't an absolute doll. And most everyone is pretty quick some people say they're slow, but I'm pretty sure they're just impatient. It's always busy around lunchtime. The food is great for a small town. It's basic but it's classic. It has absolutely anything you could want and the sides there is absolutely so many classic Texas dishes. if you like Elvis Presley, claw machines, cowboys, and Marilyn Monroe-then this is most definitely the place for you. The ambience is quite random and extremely fun you could never run out of things to play I spy which to me IS GREAT! It gets pretty loud though because on Wednesdays, the lion club meets and it's just a bunch of random old loud people singing, and talking about the community which valid! The waitress tried to seat us in a bar stool. When I told her my 90 year old mother couldn't sit in one she developed an attitude. She sat us in an area where most if the tables were dirty. Ours had sticky napkin holder and something sticky in the table. It took her 10 minutes to come get our order for food. We got no utensils and i refuse to drink without a straw. Our french fries were cool. But the rest was done well. We waited 17 minutes before we asked another waitress for our ticket. We never got refills ir even checked on. My plate had a huge quarter size chip in it. The fans are filthy. read more

Wednesday night arrived around 7pm. On immediate entrance you're overwhelmed by the aesthetic. Decorations are over the top and fun. I love the Elvis wall! Tables are clean. There are elevated floors with steps. They have outdoor seating but I didn't sit out there. The bar is huge but it doesn't look like they have a lot back there to drink. 3/5 Ordered the Monster Balls for an appetizer. Split the four between two of us. They're like a baked potato on steroids. So good! 5/5 The Elvis Burger was good, not great. Couldn't really taste the pimento cheese but the bacon was great. 3/5. Bad Ass fries were bland. Walk in to an old time feel with old chandeliers on the ceiling. It was a comfortable environment. Some nice music playing over the speakers. Sat quickly. Food came pretty quickly as well. I had a Ham and Cheese omelet. It was severed with Toast and Hash browns. My husband had a full stack. The food tasted great. The service was okay. Our server wasn't as attentive as we are used too, but thats okay. She still eventually get everything we asked. Overall I would recommend the visit. read more

Ate there today and whoever the lady in the pink shirt and the young lady in the MaMa sweatshirt and black baseball cap deserved all the other waitstaff's tips as they were all sitting around a barrel table in front of the kitchen on their phones and picking on one another! We've been passing by this -lace for years but never stopped in. Well, this time we were traveling south looking for something off w6 to eat. We were pulling our rv so needed to fit a rig about 60 feet long overall. I can say they are indeed big rig friend;y! We go in and notice all the chandeliers hanging adding a cool vibe to a otherwise rustic joint. But how about the food? I had the catfish and hand cut fries - both fantastic. They offer about r\e-r type fries such as curly.... Just go with the hand cut. Fish was cooked through - maybe a tinge dry but still moist inside. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad. Had breakfast here on a Saturday morning when they first opened the doors. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and accommodating. We ordered coffee which arrived promptly, along with a tall glass of water. The coffee here is terrible. Seriously.. My wife had a biscuit with gravy, a slice of bacon and hash browns. She said the gravy was bland, flavorless and was not good. I had three pancakes with a slab of grilled ham. The ham was good and typical of the fare. The pancakes were sweet and tasty enough, but nothing to write home about. What I had issue with was the butter and syrup. I couldn't bring myself to put the "whipped spread" on my pancakes because it's made from vegetable oil, palm oil and soybean oil... and "liquid". Liquid what?? There was no butter, there wasn't even margarine. Just this nasty stuff. And the "syrup"? The first two ingredients: Corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup. Pass. I may revisit this place for a lunch or supper meal, but I'll likely pass on breakfast here from now on. read more

Consistently good food and service. It's where the locals go. It's got a rustic/ Elvis theme that keeps you interested.

Cold beer but that's about it. Food was all frozen and fried. Nothing special. Always cars in the parking lot but I'm guessing they come there for the alcohol. The atmosphere is nice. This place has real promise, they need from scratch cooking then it will be a hit. read more

We were gonna tip, absolutely was gonna tip, server was decent, but when we ask about it they say "oh it'll hit your card later". Ridiculous, will never be coming back. Ticket was $28 with tax, and my card was charged for $34 before tip. If there is a forced gratuity just let people know, not that hard. read more

The service was very good, very welcoming and attentive. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered the chicken bites off the kids menu. The chicken bites weren't anything special, but they weren't bad at all. If you are trying to save money by ordering off the kids menu and are above 12 years old I wouldn't recommend it. You'll save around 1- 3 dollars by ordering off the children's menu, which in my opinion isn't worth it. The restaurant decorations and environment was very amazing. The Marilyn Monroe themed women's restroom and Elvis themed restaurant was very interesting. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in her restaurant and loves Elvis. read more
