    Curry Goat and rice

Caribbean food rocks ! I love curry goat n rice with a side of cocoa bread and The Karibbesn in Lebanon NH satisfied that craving , The staff was friendly and made the meal I promptly without little wait. I could have dined in at the quaint little establishment but I choice to take out . Next time I will dine in .

    This was delish!

The jerk chicken is phenomenal!!!! Tender and flavorful, always falling off the bone. Every time I go I try to explore more of the menu, but jerk chicken is always part of the order. The owner and team are always cheerful and welcoming. Can't wait to go again.

    Jamaican beef stew

I am writing this review in between bites because it was too amazing not to share. First of all Karlina who welcomed me in was such a sweet and beautiful soul! I told her about how I loved a Jamaican kale salad and she gave me something she had that was similar after I had already paid. The Jamaican beef stew is incredible, combined with the rice, it was the perfect bite. The potato salad mix was so fresh and the exact flavor I was looking for! The portion sizes are large and I could have easily split with someone (but I am glad I'll have leftovers). I will be back.

Three of us had an awesome dinner this evening at The Karibbean's newer West Lebanon, NH location. The fried plantains and fish fritters went so fast that we realized we had forgotten to take pictures. We got pictures of the braised short rib, the jerk chicken, and the oxtail. All were delicious, with meat falling off the bones. And the owners are such lovely people who made us feel right at home.

    2 small oxtails that's it

I was excited to pick up my take out. Flavor is on point. We had the oxtail, jerk chicken, and curry chicken. I was extremely dissapointed in the portion for the proteins. Wow very small. Plenty of rice and beans w right amount of slaw. Literally it was 2 small oxtail and 2 small chicken legs per each chicken dish. For the price, you def should get more meat vs more bones. The jerk chicken had mild spice but a nice smokey flavor. If you are really hungry this will not hit the spot unless you just want to fill up on rice and beans. I'm not saying I won't stop by again but I won't come if I am really hungry.

    Jerk pork

This is my probably favorite spot in the upper valley. Good portion sizes of super flavorful food that is satisfying but not too rich. I can't say enough good things about it. The jerk pork is my go-to dish but we have tried everything on the menu and it is all good. Smoky and spicy with the fresh tang of the slaw. Perfect!

The beef patties were so dry and hard we couldn't even eat them!

We had the curry goat. Served with rice, cabbage slaw and banana plantain. Very good and a must try.

The store did not disappoint -- it's a baker's paradise in every sense. Every possible ingredient, tool, pan, piece of equipment, and baking mix you could imagine is here, beautifully displayed and easy to browse. The space is bright, immaculate, and extremely well organized, with helpful staff ready to answer questions or point you toward something new. There's also a demonstration kitchen and a café, which adds even more to the experience. While their website is fantastic (and what we've relied on for years), the in‑person store is absolutely worth the trip. Whether you're an avid baker or looking for the perfect gift for someone who is, this is a destination worth driving for. We're so glad we finally made it -- and we'll be talking about this stop for a long time.

The lattes were pretty standard and the pastries were a bit disappointing. The flavor profile of the focaccia was odd - corn, tomato, and spicy mayo. The croissant was extremely flavored but lacked a butter flavor. The service was quick and plenty of seating. Many small tables would be preferred to the long almost banquet table options.

The counter server was kind enough to explain different menu items. We ordered a breakfast pide and a ground lamb pide. I got an iced mocha latte, one companion had a hot spiced mocha latte, and another companion had an iced latte with vanilla, I believe. The iced mocha was very good. The food took a bit of time but it was because it needed to cook in the wood fired oven. The ground lamb pide was full of spices and was very flavourful. It was tasty but it got a bit overwhelming when I was eating it alone. My friend offered to share some of her breakfast pide. I am not an egg person but upon the first few bites, I got quite emotional. It immediately made me think of a meal my late grandmother used to make. It was both a bit sad and wonderful as she had passed within a few months of me coming to Cappadocia and the memory associated with food gave me comfort. I'd recommend trying Cappadocia. It's a beautifully decorated space with some seating, it is a nice way to eat something a bit different from most of the food in the area and the food is very good.

There was an American dude working the counter and I'll say he didn't exhibit what I would consider traditional Turkish hospitality. There is a screen to order from right by the door when you walk it and I guess he wants you to order from that because he was more effective than Susanna Hoffs in a Bangles video at avoiding direct eye contact. I would say if the tablet is the ordering device of choice they should put it in front of the counter rather than by the door where it's behind you. We finally figured it out and were able to order on the tablet but it was disheartening to watch a woman come in after us and stand forlornly by the counter hoping that the guy would notice her. He was great at stacking dishes, wiping down counters, etc and doing everything but acknowledging the human standing five feet from him. Anyway, just as she was about to leave he said hello and then took the order in the traditional way. The tea was good and the mood was nice and the pastries looked amazing. This could have been four or five stars with personal service.
