Hands down one of the best kebab spots I've been to! The location off the I-35 frontage road in Round Rock has the best service and quality wraps I've had. There's also a location in Pflugerville which is closer to me, but this Round Rock location really stands out to me. The food is fresh, flavorful, and consistently well made, but what really makes the difference is the service. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about the customer experience. For me, great food is important, but great service paired with quality food is what keeps me coming back -- and this location absolutely delivers on both. I ordered a Caesar Crunch Bowl online the other day and my main complaint is they really need to use better, sturdier bowls. I understand caring about the environment but by the time I got home about 45 minutes later the bottom of my bowl was soggy. So much so I had to put it in another bowl so it wouldn't break. I feel like the options I selected for my bowl were good but I would not select the grilled veggies in the future. They were quite mushy and I did not like its texture or taste so I avoided eating them. I got flatbread thinking it was pita bread so that was a bit disappointing especially since I didn't care much for the flatbread. I am also a saucy girl so I did enjoy all the different sauce options they have and being able to take little containers of whatever you want is great. Too pricey for what you get. The way they have you order and seating system is horrible and seems like they don't know how to run a restaurant. There was hardly anyone there and we were told the wait will be 20 mins to. E seated. We also noticed that there were a few people waiting on to go orders and had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. They load all the bowls with plenty of fresh and pickled veggies. Hummus (they have traditional, cilantro, and spicy red) and other sides like grilled veggies, tabouleh, and more can be added at just $1 extra. Imo, the bowls are better value because the plates don't come with all the veggies and toppings, just the two sides you pick. Everything looks and tastes fresh here. The falafels are pretty bomb too. Came to meet up with a friend that I hadn't seen in over 20 years! I wanted a place that had some healthy options but was still filling and delicious. When I walked in I was hoping for a little more style and comfort. It was a little more industrial but that's ok. It was an informal lunch. You can walk up and order with a person or they have a computer you can order from. The staff were very pleasant and offered us a free drink since we told him it was our first time . They offer rewards points. I ordered the chicken bowl with pickled onions, chicken, hummus, feta and olives with saffron rice. My friend ordered similar and added naan bread which was also delish. I don't live in the area so not sure I'd drive that far to come back however this was a great option for a healthy meal. The price was pretty steep: $17 for the bowl. All in all, good experience but probably not worth $17. read more

Super disappointed with the service today. I want to start off saying that we are regulars, and we mostly place to-go orders. Today I had issues ordering online and was in a hurry to check out and be on the way because my baby was in the car being fussy and wanting to sleep. Normally I tip $2 for my pickup orders, today I forgot to because I was so tired and in a hurry. I get there, and the lady obviously punished me for not tipping because not only did she not put the sauces I asked for in the bag, she purposely tapes the receipt right on the knot so it's hard for me to open again to put sauces in the bag. Whatever, I go to the sauce station to get my own sauces, I got what I needed except one of the sauces that appeared to have ran out. So I go to the counter and before I said anything, the same lady goes "you can get your own sauces over there." I was baffled like I know you see me undoing the dead knot you taped over, holding these other sauces in my hand trying to put them in there. So I explained "yeah but it's not working, I need the OG yogurt." She hands some to me without another word. Anyways, I normally tip on To-go orders, but I WILL NEVER TIP AGAN after this experience. How could an employee punish me by not giving me sauces, went out of her way to make it harder for me to open the bag, then gave me attitude when I asked for sauce that I asked for on my order. read more

I ended up having half of it for lunch the next day (and it was so good leftover btw). My boyfriend got the plate with carved chicken, truffle brown rice, and the chickpea salad and it was very good! I feel like the wrap might be the better deal though. We also got a side of French fries which was a huge portion! So good and the feta was so yummy. Liked the concept of a hip style, modern Mediterranean restaurant that serve perfectly cooked kebabs. The staff at this location is very friendly and aware explaining the various options on the menu to each customer with patience. The pita wraps are huge, the chicken kebabs were well cooked and seasoned. Falafels were crispy and delicious. Saffron rice and hummus were flavorful and served as great sides. First time here! I had to come to Texas to get California food. This is Middle Eastern with a fast food twist. Like other fast food, you have to make sacrifices. Mostly switching out the bread for a tortilla-like wrap. If you love your bread, you may want to try something different on the menu. There are lots of choices to prepare the meal. Unfortunately, for an old guy like me, it caused a lot of confusion to complete my order. My apologies to those reading it who may have been behind me in line. The cashier was very patient with me as I stumbled through the order. My wrap had good flavor. Again, some small sacrifices need to be made if you are used to the mom and pop stores that do an amazing job. The fries? I like them crispy like these are done. Except, something seemed to be missing. Maybe the salad might be a better substitute. I think I would return. It isn't bad. Just keep everything in perspective. It is fast food. read more
