CAVA is one of my favorites for fast food. I really like the harissa chicken, and the pita chips are so delicious. The employees here were nice, and things moved fast. I really like that they carry Maine Root Diet Mexican Cola. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The main issue is that the place was empty yet almost every table was dirty.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Omgeee!!!! We went to Cava in Georgetown for dinner tonight. It was fantastic!!!! We both got the Spicy Lamb + Avocado bowls, a side of pita chips, and a blondie. I haven't eaten my blondie yet because the food was so filling and sticks with you! Hubby says the blonde is awesome! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The dining room is very clean and the staff is really helpful with helping to pick options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will definitely be back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked in based off a conversation in the car, and immediately smelled flavorful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Being though this was my first time the staff was very patient as I was trying to decide on what to get. A gentleman in front of me I base my order off of his pita. I also got a bowl with the salad. I must say I was highly impressed and I will be back again across my travels. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Maybe I will take a few minutes and sit and enjoy the ambiance[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I was feeling nostalgic about Cava, which I used to frequent on Guad by UT. I consequently decided to visit this Georgetown location. They didn't offer me complimentary pita, so I had to ask for it. I thought that was weird, and I would have forgotten that was even an option if my friend hadn't reminded me. I got a chicken grain bowl for myself and a falafel greens + grain bowl for my friend. The flavours didn't hit the same, but they still had a good taste. I am still fond of their tzatziki and crazy feta sauces. I feel that they gave such small scoops of toppings. However, for $12.29 a bowl, it was at least enough to fill me up. I miss the days when I would have leftovers from Cava though.

I crave a chicken bowl once a week and appreciate cava for providing all the nutrients that goes in their bowls. My go to is lentils, rice, supergreens, chicken, eggplant, tzatziki and crazy feta sauce. They are definitely more expensive than chipotle. Usually around $17 for me given that I ask for an extra scoop of meat which makes it to be a normal meal size imo. A few weeks ago the rice was undercooked but otherwise very reliable and the staff is super friendly. They do not have hot sauce so I actually bring my own with me.

i had a online pickup order and got 5 pita chips.. mind you i paid for it so its not like its free i've never had this happen when i go in person like the bag was half way empty if that

I went in today for my 1st time after reading about their mission and I was not expecting the level of serene and friendly service I received. I didn't even allow myself to shop the full boutique (I'll be back soon, indeed!) nor did I go into the new building across the drive with home goods, women's clothing & more. It's a gorgeous little place and I was greeted by the sweetest woman named Karen who showed me around and helped me find what I was looking for. You'll have to stop by the cafe too! I don't know what they do to make the mocha I ordered but it came in parts, my oat milk in a cute little pitcher and the chocolate espresso in my mug. It was SO GOOD before I even put the oat milk in!! Oh! And the guys in front of me ordered breakfast burritos and they seemed so excited to be able to return for them that I had to follow suit. WORTH IT. Yum! Check out my photo! I got bacon but there's a whol menu of things and if the quality is anything like those huge burritos, then you'll be in heaven! Whether you stop in for a quick coffee or find a gift for someone special, or let's be honest, even for yourself (#selfcare) , this is the place to spend your $! The jacked-up club sandwich with deli-carved meat was incredible and huge, easily enough for two people to share. The honey latte was such a treat, perfectly balanced and comforting. What truly made the experience stand out was the people and the purpose. The wonderful woman who took my order was learning the POS system and is a participant in their training program. She was kind, capable, and welcoming, and it was clear she was being supported, not rushed. It felt good to be part of that moment. Also when we were trying to get our drinks I'm assuming the 3 employees were either trying to fix the drink container or clean it...however, no one informed of if it was out of order, being cleaned or just speak and tell us it would be a minute. I had a difficult time stopping the bleeding and had bloody napkins piled high on my tray I told the young kid "Manager on Duty" and showed him the glass shard and told him to save it to show her boss. She said it was dusgusting and threw the piece of glass in trash. I also told her to file an incident report and I needed to get to ER to stop the bleeding. She gave me her General Manager's cell number and I left a message. ER docs glued my lip together and documented broken tooth referring me to my dentist. I received a call later that day from the General Manager "Fernando" who yelled at me for calling him on his cell phone. I proceeded to explain to him the incident involving glass in my tuna sandwich. He submitted his report to Legal "Cody" and they refused to reimburse me the $1,100 to repair my broken tooth because their employee threw the glass shard in trash. I had photos of the glass shard, cut lip and broken tooth and Panera still would not reimburse me for the injury caused by their company. I did ask for any more compensation than for reimbursement to repair my broken tooth. At the time, I was working through a serious head injury and needed to work on healing. Their solution was to take the tuna off the menu and to pretend the incident did not happen. In other words, stick their heads in the sand and hope that I woukd forget incident. I am not and will not remove post until reimbursed $1,100 asap for broken tooth. Besides their restaurant is filthy , smells dirty and violates health standards.

Popped in on a whim after shopping at Old Navy a few doors down. VIBE: Very pleasant seafood restaurant vibe. I didn't feel like I was inside a massive shopping center -- it had a nice seaside charm. At the same time, it was very welcoming and unpretentious. Casual, not at all stuffy in any way. MENU/FOOD: Great! Ample diversity. Whether you want to stuff your face full of fried food or eat healthy, they've got it. I had the Omega Bowl (salmon + rice + veggies) and it was delicious. We also shared the coconut shrimp -- really good. I almost forgot -- my kid's burger came with French fries and they were great -- I stole most of them. KIDS: At first, it didn't seem like a particularly kid-friendly spot (I didn't actually see any other kids there during brunch on a Sunday). However, we felt very welcome with our two toddlers (3.5 and 1.5). They have high chairs and a kids menu (a mix of fried seafood and usual stuff like hamburger). Additionally, both our waitress and the manager (who were extremely kind and understanding) both mentioned having kids as well. SERVICE: Excellent. However, I have extreme food restrictions, and I did not see anything that I could eat because I am dairy free, processed sugar-free and gluten-free. She said, "let me go talk to the chef," and off she went! :) She came back and recommended "caprice chicken over veggies" which they would customize to my dietary restrictions. Wow, that was over and above and so comforting! She said that the caprice chicken over veggies dish came with a salad and she checked -and all of the salad dressing had sugar in it, so I told her to bring it to me plain with a little bit of vinegar on the side and she came back with a salad with dressing on it and she said that they found some apple cider vinegar they put on top and would that be OK... OK? It was perfect! I loved that she listened to me and she knew that was within my diet restrictions! Haley is a fabulous server.
