After a frustrating encounter with a large national dealership that changed key terms after inviting me in under a "sign and drive" offer, and online preapproval. I urgently needed a reliable vehicle that fit both my needs and budget due to my BMW X3 being in the shop nearly a entire month. I remembered that a old colleague (Wanda) that I worked with over 20 yrs. ago was now the finance director at the Key Connect. Called key connect where Wanda listened to my needs and concerns and set me up to come in the next day. The manager Jordan ("J") exemplified what customer service should be. Rather than trying to sell me what was readily available, he took the time to understand my situation, carefully listened to my needs, and leveraged Key Connect's extensive dealership partnerships to give us more flexibility for vehicle inventory to significantly expand my options. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to work collaboratively throughout the process made all the difference. Once we found the right vehicle, Samara at the Platinum Autoplex dealership handled the financing process with exceptional efficiency, transparency, and expertise. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with--easily one of the best F&I experiences I've had throughout my years of purchasing vehicles. What truly stood out, however, was the dealership's commitment to doing the right thing. During my vehicle inspection, a technician noticed the tire tread was approaching replacement levels. Before I had even finished signing the paperwork, four new tires had already been ordered. There were no excuses, no attempts to cut corners--just proactive service, honesty, and genuine care for the customer. That moment perfectly reflected the culture of this organization. Throughout my visit, I witnessed multiple team members working together to support customers and one another. It was clear that the focus wasn't simply on completing a sale, but on delivering an outstanding customer experience through teamwork, integrity, and accountability. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. I paid 2k down on a 2006 chevy impala that doesn't even work. I brought it back the first day after attempting to get a oil change at take 5 oil. Soon as i pulled in they were telling me they have had 5 customers from Corey with the keys come to them and there car was F*cked. When i looked at the car it was okay. No lights were on or nothing. 1 hour later, engine light cuts on and my car won't go over 40mph im only 19yrs old & don't know Much about cars so i even asked him if i can swap it out since i've only had it 2 days he said no he don't do refunds or exchanges. How could you sell someone a car with a messed up engine. He told me to buy warranty that doesn't even start for 30 days & on top of that. The warranty doesn't cover a old car that has over 250k miles on it !!! read more

The owner sold me a car that ended up breaking down less than a week later. It took him almost a month to get back to me about it breaking down. He then proceeded to belittle me and lie on social media about what happened. The transmission was bad and I have no clue how it passed any inspection which leads me to believe he is getting cars fraudulently inspected. Do not go to this place to get a vehicle. Wouldn't advise if you are a woman shopping alone. I arrived after talking to someone via text. When I got there I was talking to someone who was completely unaware of my situation. After I advised him I only had 1500 while signing the contract she told me that I would have to bring another 500$ in by the 31st. I advised her I never agreed to that . I ask the car salesman and he lied to my face. He said he said it on the phone and thought I heard him. On top of being lied to and taken advantage of for more money. Worst experience but I was desperate for a car to be able to pick my daughter up so I took my last $1,000 after spending all day in the dealership finding a car to fit my budget Cory put me in a 1997 Buick with the back smashed in, no biggie because it drove and ran. Caught off guard with a video before I left the lot was forced into it because wasn't asked if I wanted to be in a video but they did it anyway so leaving the lot my car broke down half way to austin the car stalled and I called Cory he pretty much told me figure it out so I had to leave the car in a parking lot for the night towed it home the next day to find out the battery had problems the trunk would open but not close again so I fixed the trunk no problem put a new battery in it and asked Cory to have his mechanics look at it remind you this is the next day after breaking down and fixing it out of my pocket, the gas gauge is also broken so I ran out of gas quite a few times all within a few weeks of having the car then at the end of all this on the highway headed home from a family day the car broke down again on the highway it was 100 degrees and my 6 month old baby had to suffer through this til the roadside assistance came , another electrical problem I was not informed about and I decided to give them the car back giving them the location of the vehicle and key location. The whole experience was just bad. Never going here again just gonna save up a bigger down payment and go to a real dealership. read more

Ahhh Where do I start, I picked up a used car from this dealer and to my understanding the car is sold as is however, when someone purchases a car they would like to know everything about it or at least have the car in somewhat good working condition especially if that car is being financed. It's now July-August time so the heat is kicking in pretty hard in central Texas area. I got the car Mainly to have AC drove it off the lot air blowing fine next thing 35-40 mins into the drive the air goes out. Okay fine figured it just needed some Freon so had it charged and back on the road. I'm now fueling the car because they gave it to me on dead empty so filled it all the way up. Worst mistake I made, the car started smelling like fuel all the way on the trip and of course check engine light comes on throwing codes left to right. Long story short stay far far away from this place they will erase codes and do whatever it takes to sell you a car they don't even bother cleaning up making the cars look at least presentable what a trashy dealership!!! Don't even talk about the staff they will act like everything that happened is your fault even when trying to reason with them for a trade they will say it's your problem you got it as is unbelievable! read more

definitely not a good place of business within the first day there was issues with the car. from killeen to temple my chec engine light came on the windows started acting stuck the ac not working the windshield wipers def wasnt able to pass inspection or the passenger brake light!!. scam scam scam they need to let folks onow ahead of time its $2000 down!! cory act like he dont want ro dea with complaints but people arw spending there hard earn money for trash literally. $1500 and id please go to a decent and reliable car lot.. false advertising for the warranty on side of building!! you have to pay $500 within a week another $500 towards your car and the car payment on top of insurance within 30 days.. what a joke read more
