The service technician showed up to help us with some small ants showing up in our house. I have had this young man in our home previously for other issues and he was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what they were and why they were migrating into the house given the cold weather with rain that drove them out of the ground. He treated for them and was gone within 15 minutes. I have an annual contract with KILLERS and they are very regular in their treatment around the house to prevent other insects from showing up and they are very effective. We had our initial visit today and it was great! Alvin knew his stuff and we discussed the possible issues for our house. then he proceeded to work inside and out checking and spraying where necessary. At the end, he told me that a screen was gone outside the attic and said he would return next week to replace it. I've had The Killers on contract for several years after a termite infestation. Generally excellent and professional service, though they've had one or two techs who hurried through jobs (now apparently gone.) I discovered a wasp nest in the ground in my front yard a few days ago and called them Thursday, sent a tech out on Friday. Very professional - dispatch hadn't told him about the nest, and he was only expecting to do a routine service - but turned to and dealt with it thoroughly. They've been very good value over the years: annual contract is about $600, and covers the termite traps (inspect/replace annually), quarterly perimeter spraying (with stuff that's very targeted and doesn't harm the bees), and one-offs like the wasp problem. read more

We have had Killers service for several years now and could not be more pleased. Josh has been exceptional and comes out whenever we have an extra problem. This is the second home for us and a few times in the winter We have asked him when he goes in For a few favors such as opening the cupboards under the sink, which he is more than willing to do. One time it smelled so bad in there when we went in and we could not find anything. Josh made a special trip out and found a culprit right away. Have no idea why we couldn't find it. Technician is friendly and accommodating. Whoever is in charge of making the appointments, is not so good. One time we received no heads up that technician was showing up and another time they scheduled a time that didn't work for us so we called, canceled and rescheduled. then when the rescheduled date came, no show, So I called and they said their records showed I canceled. Our service person, Tony, does a very thorough job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly & compassionate. I was hearing noises in the attic crawl space. He didn't find any critters but checked previously placed traps and noted they had not been touched. He walked around house helping me locate possible holes on roof where rats could possibly get in.
