Jack S. , One of their techs came out in 15 minutes and investigated around looking for signs of mice, etc that I had called about . He looked in the attic, around in rooms and all the way around our house and just couldn't find any droppings or any signs of them .( We had heard scratching in the walls we thought) Anyway , he said he's not seeing anything but as a precaution he'd put 2 snap traps out in the garage to see if they get anything ( for free , btw) and left with a smile ! Amazing the genuine care and honest appraisal of the situation and didn't try to sell me on some kind of package , when it was clear we didn't need much of anything around our nearly brand new home ! I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle.
