Professional, starting point to calling Good Earth Pest Company, my call was taken, great questions…read moreasked, polite, respectful, listening to my quest. I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. The first technician, Peyton, was incredibly kind and reassuring -- he told me he'd seen way worse and instantly put me at ease. He was polite, professional, and efficient, and I only needed to be out of the house (along with my cat) for about an hour while he sprayed. You're guaranteed three sprays for one initial price, which I found to be very reasonable. When the second spray date came around, I was running behind -- my cat wasn't in her carrier, my stuff wasn't ready, and I was flustered. Peyton patiently waited for me to get everything together and even helped carry a few things to my car! That kind of kindness is rare and so appreciated. By the third spray, I had a new technician named Isaac, who was just as friendly and patient as Peyton (again, I wasn't quite ready -- when they say 11 to noon, expect 11 promptly! ). Both technicians were fantastic: professional, punctual, and genuinely kind people who made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't recommend Campbell Pest Control enough -- their customer service alone deserves five stars. Every time I called, a real person answered the phone - no robots whatsoever. I even spoke with the owner, Austin, who was extremely kind and is the reason I'm writing this review.

Our…read morehouse was so full of ants that we would find them on rugs, on ceilings, even in our bed at night. They were everywhere. We had Campbell out a couple of time, but it got worse instead of better. Then they sent Darryl, and he earned our eternal gratitude. He found ant trails we didn't even point out, or know we had, and figured out where they were going to and coming from. He went into rooms that we hadn't reported a problem in (with permission, of course...) and showed us where additional ant activity was. Then he baited incredibly carefully, to ensure our cats would not be at risk of exposure to the bait. (Our cats loved Darryl too!) He even followed up with a text a few days later, saying he was thinking about our job, and he wanted to know if the situation had improved! Who does that?! It had improved, by 85 - 90%, but we still saw ants. So he returned and spent an equal amount of time and patience identifying their sources. Darryl has made a tremendous difference in our ability to enjoy our home He is a treasure, and a super nice person, Thanks Darryl, and thanks to Campbell for sending him!!

I thought they were really good at first only after some time to learn otherwise!! I was out of town of course, rip off time!! First, they are totally unreliable and work on their own "coastie" schedule, they have no office or staff so they are never available to return or take any phone calls!!! They only e-mail when they feel like it. They grossly overcharge and DO NOT fix the problems. They claimed I had NO rodent activity only to find two dead mice when I got there and some cheap paper stickies to catch a few bugs for $200. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! They thought I was some lame, desperate lady from a big city who couldn't cope!! WRONG!! I found a better company. Watch out rip offs on the coast you can no longer corner the market and force people to use you, there will be others to give you competition!!! Go to Point Pest Solutions!!! Our friends were told there was a fungus under the house that emits a scent that attracts termites and carpenter ants. They even showed pictures from under the house showing the fungus. They were told it would be $10,000 to treat the entire house or $3500 to treat just the area BUT they would do a preventative treatment for snakes, rodents etc., even though they are not currently a problem, while they were at it. I knew something didn't sound right so I had them call a very reputable pest control company locally. He inspected it and found NOTHING!! Both my friend and the pest control guy crawled underneath the house. He said it's perfect underneath and the pictures my friends were shown were NOT of their house!! My friend said the pictures they were shown had rounded beams and lots of fungus. When he was under their new house, there was nothing. This was going to blow the entire house deal. Thank goodness for the honesty of our local pest guy. Be wary of who comes to your house. Do a background check. I was informed this company has pages of complaints against them and was heavily fined for bad business practices. I was informed a formal complaint will be filed to the appropriate agency.

Turned out I had lots of ant hills around our house. Their normal service is to come back and keep checking/reapplying product on a regular basis. If you notice something come up between services they ask you to reach out and they come by same day or next day between your normal rotation for service. It has been so nice to have no ants living in the house this winter and spring. If they get in they are dead very close to their entry point. Life changing daily living since they started. Highly recommended them! Wonderful family team of people.
