From my first phone call with Mia to the moment we walked out the door, the service was exceptional. Managing a large group of hungry, hot, and thirsty athletes and parents isn't easy, but Mia handled it effortlessly. She stayed on top of everything with a smile and made sure no one was waiting for food, drinks, or anything else. She truly made our experience memorable. The food was just as impressive! I ordered the pork nachos, and they were incredible. My husband loved the ribs and mac & cheese. Around the table, the wings and grits were also huge favorites--but honestly, everyone raved about their meals. Not a single complaint from anyone in our group! The restaurant itself was spacious without being overly loud, making it easy for our large group to enjoy our meal together. Even the restrooms were spotless, and the sparkly countertops were such a fun touch. If you're traveling with a large group, definitely call ahead--and if you can, ask for Mia. She went above and beyond, and I can confidently say you won't be disappointed. We can't wait to come back!

From the…read moremoment we walked in to be greeted and they said "welcome to the family," to the server talking through the menu to help us decide, we had fantastic service. The atmosphere was upbeat with music playing and you could smell the bbq throughout the restaurant. I just knew the food would be good and let me tell you!! Every bite was delish. We agreed it was one of the overall best meals we have had in a long time (and we eat out at many different places often). Try the soul rolls..and the ribs, pork chops...and ALL of it! We will definitely be back!

When you're stuck at work and can't step away to fix anything, it honestly makes it worse. But then--Katie at Panera Bread stepped in and completely changed the entire experience. Not only did she fix the issue, she went above and beyond in a way you just don't see anymore. When I finally received my order, there was a handwritten note apologizing and hoping my day got better. It caught me off guard--in the best way. It wasn't just about the food anymore. It was about someone actually caring. That small act turned a stressful, frustrating moment into something genuinely positive. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Katie reminded me that there are still people who take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for complete strangers. Panera--you've got something special in her. And Katie, if you see this, thank you. You didn't just fix an order--you made my day.

Now for the food. I ordered the Garden Avo (avocado toast with tomato on top). I have had this many times before and it has always been great. But this time, it had very little avocado on it. Small chopped up pieces unlike before. It was tasty, but would have been nice to have a little more avocado. Maybe they are trying to cut back since avocados have gotten so expensive. It is better to just raise the price and let the customer decide if they want to pay extra than it is to put a piece of toast with very little avocado on it. I am going to post a picture of my toast and a picture from the menu for you to compare.

Unlike many places that rely heavily on powdered mixes, the drinks taste fresh and are easily some of the best in the area. The food is good as well. I usually order the steak pho, and the ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I personally prefer the richer, more robust broth at Stone Pho if I had to pick between the two, but the pho here is still enjoyable and easy to customize with the sauces provided at the table. Service has always been friendly, though there are a few small details that could be improved. On several visits, appetizer plates or forks and knives weren't brought out with starters, which made sharing a little awkward. Nothing major, just something the staff could pay a bit more attention to as they continue to grow. One thing to note: if you order water, you'll receive bottled water rather than tap water, so there is an added charge. Overall, this is a solid addition to Valdosta's food scene. Between the fresh boba, welcoming atmosphere, and quality pho, it's definitely worth a visit and a place I'll continue coming back to.
