Overall, I had a bad experience with this company, early phase of the project they were very nice,…read morethey came up with reasonable estimates, for both refacing and replacing cabinets, however the actual numbers are different please BE AWARE, I went with new cabinets and countertop, for the countertop it was 76% over the estimated price, and they added bogus charges for alleged electrical work without my approval. The work was okay, the cabinets were incorrectly measured, the length of the cabinet to appropriate location to my vent was incorrectly measured, so they made a big stink about it's a standard cabinet, however, they corrected the mistake by relocating the vent to adjust with the new cabinet, the worker that made the adjustment was very rude, he walked out of my house yelling and screaming, when I asked him if he can install the kitchen hood, which was agreed that they would install all the items they appliances they removed for the new cabinet. The granite countertop edge was delivered unfinished edge, so it was scratching the new cabinet door, they did finally replace the door, and had someone to manually polish the corner countertop, but you can still see a variance between the original polished edge that was delivered and the manually polished area. I asked them to address this problem, but they pretty much ignored my emails and sent me a final notice payment and threatening to take legal actions if I didn't pay. Anyway I made the final payments for items I agreed, I will probably have to go through a legal process to correct the bogus electrical work they claim they did which we are in disagreement. Someone had already commented that they are nice until something goes wrong in a previous review, my experience was the same.

I know excellent service when I experience it. This review is for the exceptional service I received when using Atlantic Marble & Granite, in Falmouth. We were doing a very needed remolding of our kitchen after over 35 years of use. During the remodel, I contacted three countertop companies and visited each one of them. From the three quotes, I received the best price from Atlantic. Not only did I get follow up with them on their quote, one of the companies never followed up with us at all. That made my decision easier. We met with a very lovely person at Atlantic, Bella, short for Izabella, and she was amazing from the start. She was knowledgeable and very patient as she helped us pick out the perfect color. We gave her all of the measurements and she took it from there. Within just a short time, they were out doing a template and a week later, the counter was ready to be installed. Unfortunately, because of issues with our cabinet makers, they had to hold it for 3 weeks. No problem they said. When the time came, they came out installing our new quartz counter. They were very courteous and professional. I was amazed the counter fit like a glove, especially where it had a jog in it and they were able manufacture it with no seam. They apologized in writing and offered to remove it and refund us. But they strung us along and did not remove the countertop until we could not longer dispute the charge with our credit card. After the uninstallation they sent an email stating they were issuing a refund but they never did and we could no longer reach them. I do have emails confirming they were to issue the refund so I am pursuing legal action. They are very good at making you think they will take care of things but then they stall and stall and its now obvious I should have never trusted them.

I called Stone Depot and spoke with Cynthia. Wow, what a difference. She was helpful and responsive and immediately sent me pictures of the Carrera marble slabs they had in stock. Her price was 2/3rds that of everyone else's, and she promised to have it fabricated in under a week. I drove down there, and we agreed together on the piece they would cut. 3 days later it was done and ready for pickup. She had pushed it through because of the fact that it was for my wife's birthday. I cannot recommend Stone Depot in Dedham enough. Cynthia is amazing and the team did a fabulous job delivering ahead of time. If you want to work with a company that is a delight, fabricates a fantastic product, and over-delivers on their promises then you should check Stone Depot out. You won't regret it.

After visiting multiple fabricators, stone yards and wholesalers looking for our quartz, we decided to stop at Timeless Stoneworks. Within 1/2 hour we had identified the perfect slab. They mentioned that they do price matching, so I pulled out the lowest quote that I had gotten, and without hesitation they beat that quote and included the stainless steel double bowl sink. They worked with our schedule on our new cabinet install and showed up on time when we needed them. They kept us informed throughout the process and came back for the install within seven days of the templating. The installers were professional, super friendly and finished the job in under two hours. Definitely worthy of the five star rating!
