For me, choosing colors and finishes was disconcerting but Gail stepped in and made choosing less complicated, less scary for me, making suggestions as we went along. In addition, she helped with lighting and paint colors for the rest of the house. I would trust her with any project.

We had been in my house for about 16 years and had the original "builders special" cabinets, counter-tops and fixtures. Our remodel consisted of a complete gut of the kitchen/dining area and changing it's footprint. Gail and her team helped me choose new cabinets, surfaces, fixtures, appliances and hardware. No detail was too small, and they were very patient with me. Additionally I had some special requirements that needed to be addressed, such as low VOC products/cabinets, working with my busy schedule, etc. All of my concerns were met and addressed with attention to each detail. My kitchen was installed and completed in the time frame originally presented to me despite the fact that I added on some items at some very inconvenient moments (a bathroom). The quality of the materials is outstanding and the team was a joy to work with. My final product is a beautiful FUNCTIONAL kitchen that I couldn't be happier with!

"Hostage", "FRAUDS"actually fits the bill! Raphael and Caesar are greedy thieves! They take on more work than what they can ever possibly deliver! Spending your exorbitant deposit then not being able to deliver their product! They have held up our project for an entire year and there has been nothing that we can do but wait for pieces to come in literally piece by piece! The craftsmanship is below sub par and is overpriced! We built a multimillion dollar home and they delivered us plywood hollow shelves throughput our home with a Formica finish when it was supposed to be solid white oak!! Yes! I am beside myself! They installed all of our laundry room shelving so that they are unusable and on top of this disaster they are one year, yes I said ONE YEAR behind the install date that they promised us. The job should have taken two weeks! This means no countertops nor any appliances could be installed! Not only this but the amount of unnecessary emails, meetings and phone calls was absurd and from all of those conversations there have been so many mistakes I cannot list all of them! Caesar, one of the owners, was so unprofessional ,including using profanities, when we tried to get to the bottom of what the hold up was, that his partner Raphael had to call to apologize to us profusely! This is an honest warning to run, don't walk, away from this company unless you want a complete nightmare experience. They also have several lawsuits filed against them because of the same experiences that we have had. RUN!!!!!

I spoke to you directly many times and you came to my house to tell me the cabinets were not damaged and warped, that I must have a problem with my eyes. Thank God the contractor got involved and forces you to fix some of the issues. The granite countertops were cut too short and you have never fixed this or other issues. You did an awful job and after numerous attempts to get you to fix everything, finally some items were corrected but still not all. I recommend anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom go somewhere else. I hope to save another consumer from this nightmare. Should you like to correct any of issues, you have my number.

Invited them to give us a quote for our bathroom remodel, along with a couple others. One was just a salesman, and didn't know the ADA codes or Plumbing Codes. Another only wanted to do the shower and none of the other work. Manny and Paul know the codes. They inspected our bath and basement. They told us what exactly what would happen. No 'hidden' problems, no surprise 'extras'. Manny and Paul do the work. No subcontractors to deal with. (Their was an electrician, they scheduled him.) We are happy with their work and our new shower. If you have Ageing in Place concerns, or a handicapped loved one or concerns, these are the guys to talk to. They can walk you thru what needs to be done and all the options you have to update your bathroom. If you are on the South Shore or South Coast you owe it to yourself to, at least, talk to Manny and Paul before you start your bathroom project.

After meeting with a couple of designers and contractors, I knew John was the one I was going with. From the earliest stages of the project he was prompt, extremely organized and best of all, attentive to what I actually wanted. John and I worked to design my dream kitchen within our budget and he returned with a binder with renderings and detailing every step of the process (all before I actually signed my contract with him). This was important as the project was to be started and completed during our absence from the Cape during the winter months. I made several additions and changes along the way and even decided to have him renovate our 1/2 bath while he was working here, as well as build a hall entry area. John was in touch throughout the entire project, sending pictures frequently and communicating whenever there were choices or issues to discuss. My husband and I returned to the Cape in late May to the completed kitchen, 1/2 bath, and entryway and they were everything I'd planned and envisioned.
