Initially it was smooth sailing although there were some minor hiccups along the way which were immediately resolved. I was reassigned Brandon as my public adjuster and it's been smooth sailing. Brandon's quick to answer any questions that arise, considerate and calm mannered. His character and dedication to DB Solomon is contagious. My case has been challenging to work with because my insurance company, like many others, has left the State of California. They're restructuring within the company. As a result, agents are training new hires. Many of whom did not know about my case because of a lack of communication within the company. In short, Brandon has spent hours on hold waiting to speak to an agent only to be redirected to another department to start back at square one. Nonetheless, Brandon has quietly persevered through insurance companies red tape and bureaucracy finding resolution within a timely manner. Here's an example of why you need a public adjuster on your side. DB Solomon came though when I was inundated with intimidating letters, email and text messages from the company who rebuilt my home following the fire. The builders demanded I pay over $30,000 for unpaid expenses within three days from signing. Everyday their accounting department sent multiple texts and emails demanding my e-signature. Then came the certified letters from FedEx. Had I signed via an E-signature or formal letter I would be held responsible to pay the builders within three business days from my signature. The accountant insinuated I had $30,000 from the sale of my home. $30,000 that belonged to the builders that I was withholding. To say I lost sleep over these false allegations is an understatement. Brandon was calm and reassured me the builders were paid in full by my insurance company. He asked for the formal letter to be sent to his email and said he would call the builders. All communication from the builders has ceased. Brandon kept me up to date, I knew what was going on behind the scenes every step of the way. DB Solomon has been my best advocate.
