Don't rent there. The counters are old and the carpet needs to be replaced.

Entered my home to have a look around with no permission. LUNATICS!! And they reset the appliances in my apartment and now the oven doesn't even work. I still live here for a week! You are out of your minds!!!!! They did not give 24 hour notice as required by law. Trek management will violate you, take advantage of you, and make you hate your own home. Let me remind readers that Trek is trying to force me in to staying an EXTRA month beyond my lease, yet enters for a "prewalk" and turns off my oven? Thanks for giving me more to talk to my lawyer about!

From the first phone call to the move in process the Management Team made my move easy. I worked with Tammi, Cassandra and Melissa. Their communication with me was excellent. Every email was answered the same day. The day of my move was made easy by being able to park the moving truck in the garage and having two dollies available to use. This small step made the process quicker. By the end of the day I already had my Package service set up with out even having to ask. When I first called I was hesitant about the small size of the apartment but the design was excellent and after moving all my things in it is the perfect size for one person. The apartment is a five minute walk to the transit center which is great for commuting,. Thank your Trek. Stacy

This place gets 3 This complex is more dog friendly than…read morekid friendly so if that's what you value it might be the place for you. Dogs have pissed on the carpets multiple times but children have literally been kicked out of their events. neighbors have complained to me about this. Seems ridiculous. The office staff was always very kind to my kids so I didn't have this issue but it was a complaint of others. I moved from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom because I gained two foster kids and was in a lease. They charged me $400 for a microwave because something had burned in it. I was shocked. The amenities are the best part, if you can use them. The theater was our very favorite. So amazing! The problem is the rooftop is such a gorgeous place but you can hardly use it due to Washington's horrible weather this is the same if you get a unit with a balcony. Pretty pointless. They don't set out the cushions for the furniture on the rooftop except for 3 months out of the year so like I said, pretty useless. They will try to charge you for every little thing like one time my daughter left a box on the floor in the garbage room by accident and they were going to charge me. Everything comes with a fee. I understand they have to do this sometimes to manage the property but it felt like a lot. Also, if you don't get garage parking it will be a nightmare for you. All street parking is 3 hours max and windows have been busted and ticketed, even towed. Management is really good about alerting everyone when parking enforcement is out so that's nice. They have events monthly that are sometimes put together very nicely especially if you like to drink which I never do. Some of the events were kinda ridiculous though because one time they did caramel apples and my kids had been looking forward to it for days but it was literally one slice of apple. Two bites. Another time they did an event celebrating 3 years in business and the picture shown is what they offered. For the entire complex. This complex is very unique and does offer a lot of amazing amenities but I personally didn't feel the pricing was worth it considering the downsides.

Unsafe area (google statistics). You pay for indoor parking yet- cars are broke into even with cameras and remotes. Parking $150.00 a month. Train noise is never ending. Very hot in Summer. Lots of turn over in office- so accountability is not guaranteed. Rent needs to be 1/2 the price for tiny postage stamp apt in this location. Don't be fooled by amenities they are not a guarantee of being available. Entire time we're there could never secure time in movie room. Could hear everytime nieghbor above us walked across room. Hallways smelled like curry, onions or what ever fried food was being cooked. Curious who's being evicted? They post multiple notes (at a time) on tenant doors and leave them all month.

How do I put this to avoid being negative? We're looking for a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom apartment…read more(difficult to find) and came across an ad for The Seasons at Lea Hill Village. Entering the office we met a female, who we assumed work there, although she failed to introduce herself. Knock one star off. We explained what we were looking for to which she pointed to a building about 100 yards away from the office, and told us to meet her there. We entered a secured (card reader) door that was propped open as a female was sweeping the floors in the common area. Got off at the 3rd. floor and immediately detected a strong fishy odor. Carpeting was worn and the odor seemed to be emanating from the carpets vs someone cooking in an apartment. Minus another star . The apartment being reviewed had a musty smell. Could be due to either poor housekeeping or being unoccupied for a while. Needless to say, we weren't impressed. Remember, first impressions. As we exited the building, someone (maintenance, staff, ???) had placed a pair of pliers under the "secured" door, so the apartments could be accessed via the elevators. Minus another star . I'll leave this review on a positive note. In the same complex (ground level) there's a small grocery store, hair salon and a couple of other businesses. There's even a small Police (Kent PD) Department office on the complex. Not certain if that's a good sign or not. As we exited the driveway a school bus was stopped and unloaded about 20 kids that appeared to between 15-17 years of age and as they exited the bus they immediately engaged in a water bottle fight dowsing each other with water and leaving their emptied plastic bottles on the roadway & parking area. Think we'll look elsewhere for our next apartment.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are CONSTANT PROBLEMS and the lack of cleanliness will make you SICK…read more I've been living here for a couple months and they will LIE TO YOU about their policies. (And charge you an extra couple thousand if you want to leave after seeing the truth of the shithouse here!) They don't have security and it's pretty clear they don't manage the rent they collect very well. Every pathway is always trashy and walls are drawn on (children are children but its pretty clear the properties are not well kept), the walls are paper thin and you can hear and smell EVERYTHING. Tenants smoke weed and its constant, the smell wafts up and you can't have your windows open (its summer which makes this particularly infuriating) if you don't want the smell coming in. I have yet to have the money to buy a seal for my front door because there IS NONE and I can always smell it through there no matter what else I do. There is supposed to be a rule about not smoking withing 25 feet of all buildings. It is not enforced and nor is noise control. I've tried multiple times to contact security over a neighbor playing obscenely loud bass music all throughout the night for nearly 2 months when I moved in. Could not get a full 8 hours of sleep. There's a "police station" right under one of the buildings but it's always closed and I've never seen a single cop ever roll through this place. Their "security number" is nonexistent. This place is not safe with how flimsy the door is and there only being one lock, too. It's why I refuse to live on a first floor. They also lied to me about unit pricing. Don't go with what it says online- their display unit was priced at a discount (it likely still is) and they lied to me until the day I had to move in and could confirm payment, and I was shoved into an extremely dirty unit instead of the one they keep clean. It was pretty clear to me that they preyed on my situation, because it wasn't until I was conveniently at the end of my rope that they told me they couldn't put me in that unit. There's water damage everywhere and it takes multiple weeks for maintenance to come in. They're either not paid very well or cannot communicate with each other at ALL. There's just so much damage. These buildings need to be rebuilt and management needs to be changed. There's only one receptionist that I have actually gotten good vibes from but she was the one who sat with me after they closed to make sure I had a roof over my head as I signed the lease. I wish I hadn't. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT LIVE HERE AND WARN OTHERS LOOKING. THE PICTURES ARE LIKELY AI CUS IT IS NOT THAT NICE.
