Dr. Lanfranchi and his team made the entire process very easy. I had the procedure on a Thursday, and my stitches were removed the following Tuesday. I experienced only mild swelling and honestly had no pain whatsoever at any point. Dr. Lanfranchi was very communicative and followed up to make sure I was healing properly. He also made sure I understood exactly how to care for my eyes and use the correct creams and ointments during recovery. It has now been several weeks, and I would say I'm about 95% healed. I'm so happy, to be honest, shocked at how easy and painless my co2 under eye laser procedure was! There was literally no pain, no burning during the procedure and the days following. I thought I'd be in burning pain for days! Oh, and I didn't take any meds at all not even tylenol. This was less pain and recovery than the Morpheus, halo and all the above I've had done in the past. I'm an esthetician so I've dabbled in a lot skin lasers over many years and other procedures as well and worried about this procedure for NOTHiNG. I was completely awake the entire time. He did inject numbing or anesthesia in the area and I barely even felt that! He said this is the worst part... what??? The injection?? So impressed, I'm 46 and it was time for the under eye creepiness to go! I'm on day 6 and couldn't be happier with the results. I only had swelling and a light bruise that was just a light yellow. Listen, I am a stickler for aftercare and protecting my face AT ALL times. Also, a stickler for precare. Arnica, arnica arnica for bruising. If you follow his protocol exactly you will have minimal side effects as well. My only regret is not doing it this sooner AND I'm doing my upper bleph in September- I should have done both procedures together. I gave an honest and straight forward review , with pictures that were taken in February, 2024, and I CLEARLY stated that at first it looked good ( as in my 2 1/2 month follow up.) I am EXTREMELY happy to have found the Lanfranchi Center on both Google and Yelp, and to have had my chin implant/lipo procedures done by Dr. Lanfranchi so quickly and beautifully! I have always been concerned about my double chin. And this year (2023), I finally decided I wanted to find a permanent solution for it. For several years, I got jawline and chin filler, and I tried Kybella once. None of those procedures ever truly got rid of my double chin. My nurse injector told me that it would be best for me to find a permanent solution to my double chin problem, so she recommended I get a chin implant and lipo. She had the same procedures done with another Dr here in Vegas, who she recommended, but thankfully for me, he was not available around the time frame I needed to have these procedures done. That's where Dr. Lanfranchi came in to the picture. I found the Lanfranchi Center online, and decided that I wanted him to do my procedures because not only did they have great reviews, but Dr. Lanfranchi specializes in procedures for the face! I like that. I filled out the interest form online, and I got a phone call the next day from James. James is a dream to work with by the way since he's super sweet, knowledgeable, attentive, and quick. I put my deposit down during that phone call, and he managed to squeeze me in for both a consultation and a date for my procedure within the same month (May 2023). He explained that the procedure was done under local anesthesia and it was relatively safe. Fast forward to the day of the consultation. I met James and Dr. Lanfranchi in person. James was awesome in person. He mad me feel welcomed. Dr. Lanfranchi was also amazing. He's super knowledgeable and friendly, he explained the entire process, and answered all of my questions. Ryan (part of the medical team) called me one day before my procedure and provided great instructions on how to prepare the day of the procedure. He also indicated, he'd be there to meet me. He was great. On the day of the procedure, I worked with Dr. Lanfranchi, Ryan (part of the medical team), and a few others. Upon arrival, they made sure that I was super relaxed before Dr. Lanfranchi came in to inject the local anesthesia and getting to work. During the procedure, they covered my eyes, and I was half asleep/awake but I felt nothing. Apparently the procedure lasted approximately 1-hour but it felt like it was a breeze. I cannot say this enough, the procedure was so easy and pain free, it was better than going to the dentist. It has been almost 2 weeks since my procedures, and I still have a bit of swelling, but my results so far are beautiful! I am still wrapping my chin everyday for the next few weeks to reduce swelling, but I can tell that the lower part of my face will have a very nice shape to it. So, a year later I went for another consultation and ultimately decided to proceed with Dr. Lanfranchi. So here is the good and the not so good: His staff was really nice and provided the comfort I needed. The initial post surgery experience is pretty traumatic and recovery is much longer. My procedures were 4 months ago and my ears and surrounding area are still numb. I hope a full feeling comes back soon. The marionette lines on my face did not get pulled up or go away, the turkey neck is gone, though :) The chin implant/ neck lift incision is 3x longer than what was presented to me and my chin is now protruding to the front which is not what I wanted. I wanted an elongated look from the side and front since my face is pretty square. The dr. would only fix this if I pay and undergo another procedure. The eye lid and brow lift looks good. The cost was substantial and I can only hope that this would last me 15 years as they said but we're not willing to put that timeline in writing. I hope this helps. read more

TLC is probably the first experience that has made me feel comfortable since I've moved to LV 9 months ago. I moved here planning a good 30k in work in on my body(face/neck lift, breast lift, lipo, labiaplasty) so I have been consulting w quite a few surgeons. I was working out one day and saw Dr Lanfranchi's ad at the gym and my gut said I had to see him for my face and neck. I couldn't get in for 4 months but saw a well known la Jolla face and neck doctor immediately and I immediately knew he was not my guy! Horrible consult! 4 months later my consult day arrived for TLC but there was a disappointing call the day before that I might not get in due to changes in their scheduling. I wasn't happy to say the least but it did get worked out and I couldn't be more grateful! I knew right away Dr Lanfranchi was my guy- extremely professional and well done consult that made me feel like an individual human and not a number. The la Jolla doc was completely aloof, indifferent and 8k more!!! Which is what I'm experiencing w a lot of them. This experience has been completely the opposite. I just went in to have the last of my sutures removed just a week and a half post op and I love how I feel! The whole TLC team/staff is fantastic!!! They all been there for years and it feels like a solid crew that works like a well oiled machine which makes the experience even more comfortable. Dr Lanfranchi gave me a neck and brow lift. The stitches that are inside are still showing and it's 10 months later. I still have a bruise on one side. I've been trying to get them to look at it, or tell me what's happening. Instead of getting me an appointment, they had me send pictures. I finally scheduled an appointment and they rescheduled it. Then I made another appointment, and that has been rescheduled. They always say something like, so Doctor won't have enough time to look at you. It won't take long for him to look at me. He just needs to tell me what is going on and what I can do about it it's not like he's doing surgery or doing a consultation. They don't want to bother with the aftermath of one of their patients that is not happy with their work. They've had me reschedule every appointment that I've made for them to look at this bruise and the obvious stitches that have been left. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled. Nobody ever told me that the stitches could be seen, I never read it in the fine print. I do not wear a lot of make up, at least enough to cover up a bruise. It's annoying and I wanted some kind of reassurance from my surgeon but apparently he doesn't have the time for me. It's not good enough! I'm very disappointed in that part of the process. Besides that he's pretty good at what he does, I suppose. I'd like to see myself without a bruise and stitches protruding from my skin on my cheek bones. I scheduled a consultation two months ago after reading reviews and scheduling with three doctors that I had narrowed down to. I understand that doctors are busy and had no problem waiting two months to see Dr Lanfranchi, I was looking forward to meeting with him. Today, one week before my long awaited appointment, I get a call to confirm and to ask me to text pictures of my eyes so the doctor could review. Not a problem. I get a call back saying the doctor reviewed but didn't feel I was a candidate for the procedure and that he suggested I look into fillers. Ok, that's awesome, I'm on it... But what in the actual hell??? If you can determine that from a picture why WHY WHY would you make people wait two months to tell them this???? If your "consultation" consists of a text messaged photo why don't you just have people do that out of the gate? And after my other two consultations the doctors were so thorough, lifting the area and examining the skin before making their much appreciated, respected recommendations and actually discussing options with me. Lets start with the staff that you encounter first before you meet Dr Lanfranchi because frankly thats who your dealing with before and after your procedure. James and all the other staff were so professional and ALWAYS available for questions before and after the procedure.
