While the staff may seem kind on the surface, the laser hair removal treatments have been a complete waste of time and money. After investing $3,500, I've seen little to no results--in fact, the hair growth has become thicker and worse. I originally went in for facial laser treatment, but once they learned I was engaged, I was strongly encouraged to purchase a full-body package with the promise that I would be hair-free by my wedding in June. That has absolutely not been the case. What's even more upsetting is the lack of follow-through from management (corporate, Amber, Dulce). I've been told multiple times that someone would reach out to address my concerns, but I've been completely ignored. Now, instead of "hair removal," they've shifted the language to "hair reduction," which feels misleading given how this was originally sold to me. This entire experience has taken a real emotional toll on my confidence and well-being. I truly regret trusting this process and would strongly encourage others to think carefully before committing.

Worst experience of my life! I had a care credit card and was going to use it. Then the girl told…read moreme they don't take care credit.she told me I could apply with Cherry (which is a horrible company). I did and I was approved for $4,000. Funny thing tho, they picked up an old address that hadn't lived at for over a year. So it comes time to pay and I had to pay $143.00 to Cherry. So I used my debit card. Well since they didn't have my address correct, my debit and credit cards wouldn't go thru. Now mind you, they got paid $2,300 from Cherry already! I was there for 1 hour for injectables and another hour trying to explain to the idiots at the front that they won't be able to take my payment for Cherry because cherry picked up an old address. I told them I would get back in contact with them when I spoke to Cherry on Monday. The process for changing an address with Cherry is sending them an email and then entering it. It takes a week to get into the system, I've never encountered an application for funds that didn't have you enter your name, current address, and social! Stupidity like you wouldn't believe with these two girls. The nurse was even dumber. I'm 68 years old and disabled. I left to go to my car and the nurse, I swear, came running after me and said I couldn't leave without paying Cherry the $143.00. I spent upwards of an hour trying to explain to this idiot that as long as Cherry has an incorrect address, none of my credit cards will go through. Honestly, I doubt that this girl is an RN. She's just too dumb for words. So I'm about to get in my car, when she comes running out with her phone and takes a photo of my license plate. Then she tells me I'm going to have to give her my license. I told her she was out of her mind if she thought I was going to drive back home without a license! Unbelievable. You would think this was the national deficit. Then two days later, I get a call from the police! U politely told them these people are out of their minds and that at best, this was a civil matter! I guess what is the icing on the cake, was that this "nurse" supposedly filled my forehead lines and the lines on top of my upper lip with Botox......not so much! The wrinkles on my forehead and my lip before are the same wrinkles that are here now. These people are nothing but common thieves! This business is a scam! They charge at least 30% higher for juvaderm than anyone else. Stay away from this business! They are crooks. Anyone that would like to see before and after photos to show that what I'm stating here is true, you may contact me thru Yelp. It only takes 1-3 days for Botox to take effect.

After some time and it clearing up, I came to Instinktive on the advice of a friend who recently got pierced here. The process was quick and painless and maybe a total of five minutes. The second trip involved changing out the stud after giving it plenty of time to heal. With my fat fingers and clumsiness, I much rather prefer to have a professional change out my jewelry. Again, the entire process took maybe 3-4 minutes. The shop is clean, albeit in a parking lot that could use some TLC. I would come back here for more piercings.

I've had an evaluation by another oral surgeon who I felt was just in the business of making money. I met with Dr Porter who sat down and talked to me. He reviewed my X-rays with with me and listened to my concerns. We both came to conclusion that one (not all 4) need to come out. I felt comfortable with the decision and appreciated his honesty. The day of surgery, I was very nervous, but the staff was very comforting. Before I knew it, the surgery was over. Dr Porter called me himself later that afternoon to check on me and answer any questions after that the anesthetic wore completely off. If you want an honest and caring oral surgeon, I highly recommend Dr Porter!
