The staff blew me away with the attention they showed everyone who walked through the door. While my wife filled out forms, a male entered to pay a bill and expressed his displeasure with English Dermatology. The lady serving this agitated/rude man was respectful, efficient and calm while trying to explain the requirements of Hippa laws for patients. I tip my hat to this woman because the man was not respectful nor was he listening to her explanation. My wife experienced a complete body exam by nurse practitioner Kelsey. Kelsey explained in detail every blemish that needed attention or that was normal. She gave my wife treatment choices and the pros and cons of each choice. I was blown away by the professionalism of the nurses and staff today.

They then sent him a $50.00 NO SHOW bill, even though he was there well before his assigned appointment time and willing to see the Dr. We would not recommend this practice. His appointment was at 7:50 a.m. and was told to be there at 7:20 a.m. He didn't get called back until after 8 and after sitting in the freezing room almost naked for 25 minutes he got dressed and left. He was at office for an hour and assume first patient. He was frustrated with the waiting and doctors not concerned with patient time. He also had a job to get to. I had Mohs surgery in March and went back the Thursday after my husband for a wound check. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. so got there at 9:45 a.m. I was called back to the room at 11:02 a.m. and saw doctor for maybe 3 minutes. Not sure why a 3 minute appointment is over an hour wait. There were others in waiting room getting frustrated with the wait.

Didn't get her name but she worked directly with Dr Balle. We saw Dr Balle regarding some questionable skin areas. He was friendly and nice, kind of soft spoken and very gentle. He shared he recently moved from Oregon and the patient population here is very different than there. He froze off multiple areas and did a skin biopsy on one area. So grateful that he didn't look at us and tell us to come back. He took care of us same visit. My husband hasn't been to the skin doctor in years because he didn't want to be lectured that he should stay out of the sun. He works construction and covers his entire body.
