This is the second time I've gone to this location. It has been a good experience both times! The staff is incredibly friendly. I get my brows done here and they are the best place in town to have them done. I've had a different esthetician each time (I booked it that way just due to my work schedule) and they have all been fantastic. I had Natalee today and she is excellent at her job and has a fun vibe. Definitely worth going to! Leyci was !!! I had an appointment which Leyci in which, she was right on time for. The fact that she was on time was one of my reasons for giving 5 stars!!! The place was clean and Leyci made sure to sanitize after each customer. This Lady(Leyci) is running the show here and does a great job holding down the fort. Don't get discouraged if you try to call them and they don't answer,because they are extremly short staffed! It's best to go online and schedule your appointment. I learned this the hard way!!! Leyci makes sure that you're comfortable as we discussed her having 5 cats which, I found very fun to discuss and it took my pain away while she worked. meow She was great when I asked her to work her magic. and to not tell me her steps... just go to work!!! Lol It's the pain!!! Lol I will definitely return for Leyci on a as needed basis, since I'm not fond of memberships due to my life schedule. There's plenty of parking onsite! They are open until 8pm. I am a first timer at hello sugar and the customer service is awesome. The place is cute as well, I was explained through the process and every step along the way. Since it was my first time, I was really made to feel comfortable. I totally vouch for this place for all your feminine beauty needs. They have a one time membership fee which is $7 and it's more like a subscription you pay for your services monthly before hand. You can cancel anytime but that's the catch, you are forced to take up the service and I guess that's how it works everywhere. I've been coming to the Chandler location since they opened & I love it there. Anneke is wonderful. She is so sweet, friendly, professional, fast, & most importantly makes the whole experience pain free. She's so personable & makes what could be an uncomfortable experience very pleasant. I recently discovered that there is a location less than 5 minutes from my home but I will continue driving the 30 minutes to the Chandler location. I booked last minute so the only down side was I could not get many questions answered prior to appointment. Chain company so a little less personal experience. Been for a wax service before Tried laser service for the first time. Ot was quick and not very painful. The you lady was nice and answered all my questions. Location is tucked away so may not be easy to find for first timers. Pretty trustworthy brand. Prices are a little much when considering membership. Almost seems like you pay the discounts ( you are receiving) upfront and get a reduced rate at time of service. Many locations if you choose to get a membership so good for people who travel a lot. But booking can be a little inconvenient. Primarily automated. So you hardly ever get to speak to a real person. My only issue was my reaction to the laser over the next 72 hrs. It is a common possibility so it was not their fault. But having to continuously shave was the only part I did not care for with the laser service. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This was my first brazilian wax and I wish I would've spent money elsewhere. I left with SO MUCH hair left over and wax still on me literally everywhere. I think this is so unprofessional and I wish I didn't pay for this service. She also stayed in the room while I undressed? I get that I am about to have my parts out but for the comfort of your client, you should ve respectful enough to step out of the room. I can't even put into words how awful this whole experience felt for me, it was truly traumatizing. This would have been worth it if I left with good results, but I am so disappointed. My wife cancelled service at the end of 2022 because we were about to have a baby. The employee taking the call told us our account was closed out. My wife was hospitalized for awhile and while she was incapacitated, the account was restarted without any intervention or desire from us and she didn't see the email. The email said our account "pause" was over and that service would automatically restart. Hello Sugar has been charging us $50 a month for almost a year.
