That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. I'm glad I tried a lash lift with Lauren and definitely have another one in my future!

The space is clean, stylish, and gives off a very calm, welcoming vibe. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The furniture and decor at this place deserve a separate paragraph. The place is decorated with refined taste and gave me upscale country chic vibes. The bed for lash service was "contoured/curved" and so comfy. I usually toss and turn during a long service, this was a very comfortable experience. The salon is also very spacious with dedicated rooms. You don't feel constrained. The service was really good. My aesthetician inquired about my preference of lashes - classic or hybrid and also level of desired fullness. The end results were amazing, so full and great quality. I can't speak for longevity yet but I have very good feeling. We also connected very well, she was very enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly. Just can't say enough good things! The only unexpected thing for me was no lash bath, I'll ask if they do it next time. I'm using to have lash baths as part of the service. It's just a personal preference really. I found that salon's availability is great. I was able to book the next service with no problem. It works very well for my schedule. Lastly, don't be intimidated by parking. Ask the salon about a discount code for parking for designated areas or find nearby lots. There's quite a few with the closest being across the street. But as a Bridesmaid in my friends wedding, I had to get my nails done. After spotting The Beauty Room's good reviews, I decided to give this spot a try. On a less busy day/time, I felt the safest I could have in a salon. I truly appreciated that the staff wore their masks properly and social distanced. Because I was there mid-afternoon, it was very quiet. Jessica did my gel pedicure and she was fantastic! Trust me, there is such a thing as a bad nail professional. But Jessica is highly-skilled and even color matched the color I needed to match my dress. She's super personable and I liked her so much I immediately followed her on Instagram!
