Because of such limited appointment time, I was not able to get in with her this summer of 2024. In November 2024 I scheduled nine appointments to carry me through spring, summer and fall of 2025. I worked with Danita to schedule me. In the spring, for some reason, every one of my appointments had been canceled and replaced by other customers in my timeslots. I am told that nobody knows what happened. I talked with one of the co-owners several times. In the end, nothing was done. I felt they should have given me my appointments back with the person I made the appointments for. They offered me other dates, times and service providers. The co-owner, in a very friendly manner, told me I was always welcome there. I will not be going back.

I told the stylist my hair needed to be thinned out and she didn't do it. She said it would be fine. She did a small trim and it made my hair lay heavy on my head. I tried helping the stylist understand what my hair needed but she didn't understand it. It is a clean location, small, but clean. I will not be returning though because I feel like they know the basics and cannot make adjustments when someone comes in with different hair then what they are used to.
