I canceled my service with The Chesterfield manager (Mariana - SP?) In person on June 14, 2019 due to crummy/awful service and later received a visa bill for $109 of continued service on June 28, 2019 (for which no service was received). Later during phone follow-up, the manager of Mariana (sp-?) explicitly told me that in order to cancel, I would have needed to complete a form. Why didn't she tell me this when I canceled with her at the salon?! I continued to inquire with Mariana about reversing this $109 erroneous charge at their Chesterfield location, and Mariana left me on hold for over 10 minutes and never returned. Never have I receive satisfaction from this company, nor an apology for their crummy service and lack of service while charging me in the process!!! For proper service, Mariana should have offered to call me back if they were busy (which they initially typed as a Google response, then later erased). In summary, no one ever contacted me or left a voicemail message to follow up regarding this matter. Mariana knew who I was, as I stated my name and asked for hers. Note the lash line requires all customers to complete the contact information form when you begin service, however they have not used its information to follow up with me. On Friday, July 12, The Lash Lounge Chesterfield sent me an email saying "it's time for your next visit." Again, my service was canceled on June 14. Apparently, they are not service-oriented and do NOT update their records. This rub salt in the wound; Very disappointed, aggravated and very poor business practices. To top it off, The Lash Lounge Chesterfield even had THEIR OWN wrong phone number on their company email (in the past, which I pointed out to them, so they could correct it for their customers). If you're like me...I have surmised the honesty and integrity of this organization is subpar and falls far below expectations (especially when they fail to meet an appointment for a minimum fill with a full 45 minutes remaining). I have never been here before but I really wanted a lash lift and tint... I was worried that wherever I went it wouldn't look good. I tried the Lash Lounge and I loved it. It was clean, adorable, staff soooo nice, my technician explained everything she was doing step by step. I can't say enough about this place. I'm going back this week to get another service done. The lashes are great and the stylists are really nice. However FYI if you join their VIP membership club with the monthly fee they will charge you for a whole additional month even when you cancel prior to the next renewal date. My fault I guess for not reading the fine print but not good customer service in my opinion. I do think some of your stylists need extra training/supervision, and they need to know when they need to reach out for help because clearly yesterday the girl (Hannah) that did my lash remover needed help but continued to put product after product on my eyelashes, and I kept telling her that my eyes were burning. I'm grateful that Lauren took over, she started over and washed my eyes multiple times before even getting started on eyelashes. read more

This is a great place to get your lashes done. Amy is an incredible lash tech and has always given me what I've asked for. The owners are so polite and welcoming. My lashes have lasted 4 weeks now which is AMAZING retention! I wish they were a little more full (because I'm use to very dramatic lashes and this isn't as achievable here yet -- maybe they can do so in the future?) but they are still beautiful. This is a GREAT salon!! i had visited Lash Lounge in Texas several times in the past 6 years and love them. When my current lash stylist cancelled on me the 3rd time in a month - I called the newly opened Chesterfield Lash Lounge. They fit me in the next morning with Jacqueline. She did an incredible job with my lashes! The salon/studio is gorgeous, the owners are delightful and all are committed to quality and great service. I received a hand written note from Jacqueline 5 days later thanking me. Also received a follow up call from management to see how I like my lashes...which are still great after 1.5 weeks!! I went in for a lash lift & all the staff was so friendly, however after I got home and looked at my lashes I'm very disappointed in the results. My eyelashes look basically the same as they did when I went in, and honestly look better when I curl them myself. I'd just save your money. read more

Horrible, condescending service from this salon. Katie is rude and hung up on me after telling me she was cancelling my appointment the day before christmas (I made the appointment a week in advance). Katie told me my lashes weren't right before anyone even saw them (I had offered to drive in so they could see my lashes before the appointment). I think they are just in the business of telling everyone their lashes need to be removed (see other posts). I asked to speak to the manager or a stylist- Katie told me no. Don't trust this salon with your beauty regiment- especially before a holiday or special occasion. I wish I had read the reviews before I booked this appointment. read more

DO NOT even try to go here if you have lashes done previously at another place! They will insist you have them removed. I booked my first appointment with full disclosure that I was a new client. When I got there, they told me I'd have to have my lashes removed and book an appointment for a different day to have new ones put on. To add insult to injury, a stylist came out to "explain" why they cannot place new lashes without removing old ones and told me "I can tell right now your lashes are messed up!" Well I certainly didn't come in for a fill because they were already looking awesome! Also, her "explanation" didn't explain anything; it was a can't/won't. An amazing salon!!! They offer so many services and their technicians are so friendly! I got my brows and eyelashes tinted and a full-set of eyelash extensions. Now I wake up and don't even need to do mascara or fill in my brows!! The lashes look amazing and I can't even feel them! Where do I start, I come here to get my lashes done looking for a so call upscale salon. I already had lashes really needed a fill but the tech wanted to remove my Nova-lashes and start new. I agreed, long story short they removed my lashes then refused to give me a new set. Technician said I was disrespectful, I asked her how. She could never tell, the manger called me Boo Boo because I was Black. I asked her if she call other customers Boo Boo, she said she was trying to get on my level. I asked again how was I disrespectful she couldn't answer ask me to leave. I told her I wasn't leaving you removed my lashes you didn't feel I was disrespectful when you were removing them now all of a sudden I'm disrespectful. This girl tell me she hasn't put her hands on me, and then calls the police like she's the victim. And tells me now I can be introduced to the Chesterfield police. I never called these women/girls out of there but I'm disrespectful. I had lashes that needed to be filled. I walked out with nothing. Now I have to pay for a whole new set, store manager returned my call. Did see anything wrong with the behavior of the staff. Only thing he was I wasn't charged $25 for removal. So, I asked it's acceptable for your staff to call people Boo Boo and undercover threaten them about put hands on them. He need to hear what the staff say.
